This is worst apartments in West Sacramento. Constantly hot water problems. A/C doesn't work. You have to run A/C 24/7 in summer time, and heater in winter. Cause of bad windows and bad thermal insulation in walls and ceiling . High price, but low quality of service. I lived here more then 4 years. Owner doesn't care. But manager can always help you buy used car.

such a corrupted place!!! Manager's name olga has been running that place for 14yrs. i dont understand why Board wont kook into that place. olga makes decisions based on ur color and race... not ur income. if the law says its 3x the rent (gross income) u should qualify. but once u meet her in person and talk to her she would say the owner says u need to make 3x the rent(net income).... seriously???

I have been living Here at Timbers Apartments for 6 years now. It was good at first but no upgrades have been made even though they keep raising rent every year. YES they make you sign a 1 year contract so they can raise rent . If you have issue in your apartment they will go into a empty apartment to grab used items to fix your apartment. APARTMENT complex management Olga and husband are worthless. Instead of hiring professionals to fix building issues they hire there family members to fix issue and they save the money.Stay away from this place. Olga is never in the office when you need her . She is always gone.dont rent here. Everything is old

Anyone who says these are the worst apartments in west sac has obviously not lived long enough in west sac. I'd much rather live here by the southport blvd area than in the broderick area, or by west capitol ave. Apart from russian teens blasting obnoxious techno music in the parking garage from time to time, the Timbers are probably the nicest affordable apartments in southport blvd. The area is virtually crime-free. I can think of another apartment complex right after crossing the river port that's pretty expensive and terrible at the same time. Not only from the POV of management but of tenants from hell as well. Hint: the name ends with "llo" One thing I agree on with the previous commenter is that the insulation is pretty poor. And you do end up paying more in utilities due to this problem. I averaged $45-50/month in utilities. Sure the apartments could be better. But if they were, you'd be paying twice as much. If you're on a budget give the Timbers a try

Though from the outside the premises may seem quaint and a little rustic it is quite a pleasant place to live. The management does a relatively good job of keeping up on any maintenance needs. And they are always very polite and friendly. We have lived here for 4 years and have absolutely no complaints. Though to many the price may seem high I challenge those making these complaints to find a better, equal sqare footage residence at a better price. And by far one of the greatest values of this place is that there is no riffraff/troublemakers living here. That in and of itself makes this a very great place to live.

The manager tells you no pets allowed but over 9 tenants have pets and they never say anything there are liars if you want to live in peace do not rent here because The manager is very corrupted
