If I could do 0 stars I would we paid $75 for the kitchenette room that had holes in the walls roaches no towels the remote they gave us did not work and it looked like someone stepped all over the bed sheets. When we asked for a discount on this all the said was next time and grabbed the key and closed the door!? Who said we wanted to stay again!

It's no place if you have kids or health problems. There's black mold in the walls. The plumbing is very out dated there's bed bugs and Roche's crawling on the beds and walls. The management just opens the doors with out people's premisesion.and go through there stuff and take what they want. And if anyone is wondering . How I know all this my wife and I used to work for them and they worked us like slave and they worked us 24/7 365 days with no breakes and no days off and no room and board. S

Had a stove. Water was weird. The bed had confusing stains, but was comfortable. Still don't know how I feel about the experience.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed I don’t even feel as if they wash the bedding it had a stench to it that I could not even describe and the woman who may be the worker or owner not sure, she’s very rude and unfriendly. I also seen a roach next to my belongings and now I am afraid to take them back home with me. May tie my things in garbage bags and just discard it... If I could I’d give 0 stars as I did ask for refund after showing a roach and was screamed at... please do not give these people business.

This is one of the Motels that All of Sudden Stopped Renting to People who been going to them for Years!! For Know Reason!!! With all the Problems they've had they have the nerve to treat people bad and turn them away!

Black mold in rooms and they "fix" that but having a homeless stay in the room whom gets high by slamming dope cut the obviously noticeable mole and putting new wall piece up. No attempts to deal with the mold it's self. Will not refund money when mold is noticed and will not tell next renter the mold risk. They screwed me out of 995 monthly rate even though I am disabled for breathing problems on SSI which is how I paid for the room. And if you mention it about another room they will 86 you proclaiming you damaged the property

As previously mentioned, this location provides reasonably affordable housing for a wide variety of clients. The management cares about each customer in an individualized fashion. A recent inspection by West Sacramento's Code Enforcement unit passed muster.

Just fine but close to $3,000 per month. Manager is cranky and a bit condescending toward guests.

This Motel is probably the best Motel on West Capitol it is always extremely clean the woman that runs it is always very polite and understanding there has been a couple of times I had to check in extremely early or really late she always gives fair prices best deals and also the rooms were just remodeled and they all look great and the only thing she's extremely strict about is illegal activities going on at or in her Motel this motels very family oriented and I would highly recommend this Motel for you and your family when you're on a strict budget it's very affordable in the office is always open

Well I was renting from Sylvie's Motel for the past 15 years on and off it used to be very friendly it seems they're only friendly when they first meet someone lots of the hotels around here are like that so I brought many people friends and family to rent from their Motel only for them to turn around and tell me I'm banned from them because my children lost a towel and damaged a pillowcase I offered them money I offered to get them more they told me no just don't come back ever they even slandered my name in front of people that have tried to help me and that hurt really bad I know people in the motel who have had police come broken TVs broken electronics stolen things yet they're allowed to come back so I just don't see why they're punishing me and my children so bad however I no longer want to rent from them anyways they're infested with bugs and they're rude and who needs that not I
