We tried the tomato 🍅 wrap and it was good, messy but good!! Trying to be healthier one burger at a time. Hubby got the protein style, which is the lettuce wrap and also was satisfied

My family loves this place! I particularly love watching them make the french fries, and I will have to say the customer service is good. I tend to get my Burgers protein style, which is no bun and the burger is wrapped in lettuce. But I will say I had a bad experience and the corporation immediately addressed it by sending me a gift card so that I V return customer.

A continuous crave, I eat there twice a Week minimum! Always dine in, can’t eat these burgers in the car! Always friendly! Even though I pass 9 of these on my commute , I love the West Sacramento one near IKEA!

This place is really my go to if I crave for a simple burger and fries it's either this location or the one by arden that I like to go to plus it's pretty close to authentic compared to most fast food joints. I've gotten a double double cheeseburger with fries and it cost about a little under 8 bucks. The double double I had was a pretty decent size it kinda reminds you of a big Mac but better. The taste from the patty is pretty good I added sliced chilli peppers in it to make it better which I prefer. If I were to rate the burger itself it's probably like a 9/10. As for the fries they were okay. Not as fresh and hot as I thought they were going to be but they were pretty warm at least. Wish all the fries are soft and aren't as overcooked because right when you're like 1/3 away from finishing them the rest are really small, super crunchy, and a little hard. Other than that it will fill you up and keep your stomach satisfied

They broke the car window while I was at the establishment. They took all the documents and belongings. Be very careful because people said it happens often. April 19th 2023 at 9pm

This location by Reed Ave. Had an unhoused man that came in and took some of the peppers at the condiment counter. Nobody addressed it. Then there was free entertainment from a man that just wanted to speak out loud about nothing but was very much of his meds. It was a little concerning and I felt prepared to tackle him if he was going to try and do something stupid. Couldn't wait for all our family to finish eating so we could leave. I'll hit the drive thru at this location next time.

I would like to say I’ve never tried better French fries than here! Freshly made before your eyes 😍 I had double cheeseburger and an animal fries , folks I’m speechless ! This food is so delicious 🤤😋😋 , definitely recommend try it for your self ❤️, btw very clean place 👍🏼.

So I rarely write bad reviews let me explain, I love in N out and I usually have maybe 3 per week. I have tried more than 30 branches and all were amazing. So I went here recently and I got what I usually get, but it was extremely salty to the point I couldn't finish food. I told employee about my food and they just said sorry 1 word. Why can't you just replace my food? It literally cost them nothing. Very bad experience in this branch!

NY first experience national In N Out was amazing. The Double Double Burger and fries were fantastic, and was rivaled only by the amazing customer service. Definitely coming back!

It's always a great place to go when wanting a burger. Staff is always polite, nice, and courteous. The bathrooms are always clean. Tables are always clean whether they are inside or outside. I always recommend In-N-Out Burger to anyone who hasn't gone to it and had a burger there.

I had the double-double at In-N-Out Burger, and it was really tasty and satisfying. It comes with two beef patties cooked in mustard, caramelized onions, cheese, and a special mayo-ketchup sauce. I enjoyed it a lot and would definitely recommend it!

Consistently good food. The In N Out Quality shines through at this location. My family and I regularly visit when the diet and money is there. Definitely much cleaner food than other fast food places in town. [Tips] If you're new and driving up. The Line goes out pretty far into the parking lot at times. Be patient and courteous to other drivers. Make sure you don't cut anyone off in line!

Very good burgers. Highly recommend the grilled onions on your cheeseburger. Fries are always good. Love the pink lemonade they offer as well. Place is always busy. Because there so good.

You can always count on In-n-Out to have great food and customer service. No matter how many times I go there the food never fails to satisfy. This location was very clean and we got our food quickly.

Not only was the food fresh and delicious as always, but the staff are genuine. I left my purse behind after we finished eating yesterday and after speaking to the customer service line they confirmed the manager had my purse in a safe waiting to be picked back up! We got my purse back no problem with the cash and all my cards still in place! Thankful there are still good people in this world! Thank you so much to the manager and staff at this location 🙂

Amazing burgers I get animal style fries and a double decker burger soo good.

Love In-n-out but this location is allowing homeless to hang outside. So instead of smelling yummy food you get the stench of the homeless.

The drive-thru line is the only deterrent I'm going here every time I am in sight. The milkshakes are not anything to write home about. Aka-they suck. Everything else is top notch and delicious everytime every location.

They get my order right every time with speedy, yet friendly, service even during busy, crowded times. The food is always Fresh, Warm, and consistently Delicious! Always an optimal choice for a dinner night out on a tight budget.

Lines are always long but what do you expect from in n out! I haven't had a problem here, food is always cooked correctly, everyone is nice. Only problem is some people don't know how to take turns getting into the line. There are 2 lines where everyone alternates going into the line from each side. Other then that it's great here.

The fries were kind of stale, didn't taste fresh. I found a gross looking french fry. It doesn't look edible and its a very nasty brown.
