This is by far the worst Tim Hortons I have been to. Unfortunately, it is the closest location to my home and for convenience, I find myself forced to pass through this location for my morning coffee and breakfast a few times a week. 3 out of 4 times, the sandwiches they serve are SEVERELY burned, (See my posted photo) and the staff is absolutely as rude as can be. I have witnessed on MULTIPLE occasions the manager of this location (skinny redhead with a tattoo sleeve) yell at customers. I have also had issues where they’ll ring me up for something, charge me, THEN tell me that they’re out of that product and get upset when I ask for a refund. The staff is clearly poorly trained, and the management in place is a joke and should be removed from the positions they’re in. The coffee itself is decent at this location, but that’s no excuse to treat your customers like they’re an inconvenience.

It took a while to get service. The employees were a little busy hanging out and playing on their phones. The coffee was ok, I honestly haven't really liked it much since around the time they got bought. The breakfast sandwiches are usually ok too.

I love Tim Hortons coffee. It's great. The honey crullers are glorious.

Really my review is regarding female workers in the Drive-Thru and one that was working behind the counter I could see from a distance.....10/14/23 5:25 p.m. her tone to the drive-thru speaker with short direct not pleasant whatsoever just tell me what I want to hear and move on is what I thought, I pull up hair below the shoulders freely flowing no hair net no hat nothing tied up the girl behind the counter red hair like painted red, free flowing nothing tied up I asked the girl at the window window "excuse me, aren't you supposed to wear hats with your hair up for food safety?" She replied, " yes we are but I've been here 15hrs and i dont feel like doing anything with it right now!" I replied " I don't really care how long you been working here but if you're handling my food or my drinks I don't want your hair in it I work in food at stores and I know the rules. The only time I've ever got lit from young people in drive-thrus is from women or maybe I should say girls the guys are usually very good or they're just quiet and don't say a lot but decent service the minute this particular Tim Hortons has been really good when I've gone through the three times now females at the window are God-Awful and the owner's going to pay the price cuz I'll drive out of my ( others probably will too) way to not come to this Tim Hortons anymore. May I recommend a ring camera system or something like that that would be cheap and you could log on anytime and see what your workers are doing. You can't fix it if you don't see it.

Awesome chain. Love their coffee. A “double double” is a two sugar and two cream coffee (regardless of size of your coffee)

This Timmy's is great! Never seriously long line but sometimes do have to wait but it's nothing to complain about. Coffee rarely tastes burnt donuts are fresh.... Gotta hurry for the old fashion plain though 😁 staff members are very nice and polite and accommodating.

Its tim Hortons. The coffee is good, the traffic is terrible to navigate in the drive thru. What else is there to say?

We got English muffin breakfast sandwiches. They didn't toast the muffin even though we asked, the egg was half of a circle, looked like a bite was taken out, another had egg half out of it and another was missing part if the English muffin. Unedible! Very disappointed. That location typically has issues with the food and service is not up to par compared to other locations. Won't be returning to that one.

I'm sorry I can't give a higher rating. We were not familiar with Tim Hortons and wanted to try the dishes there. We tried three different restaurants (USA/Canada) at different times. When you are traveling by car for a long time you like to have your meal at the table. At all three restaurants, the tables were dirty from previous customers, so we preferred to eat in the car. In two restaurants, the dishes we chose were not available and the staff seemed rather bored. The food we were then able to order was good. Therefore three stars. The two stars deductions were for the three stars. The two stars deductions were for the three reasons mentioned above.

The service at this Tim's as with most is top notch. The food was a warm delight, the price fair for the times, and they offer a non-dairy creamer for those of us who suffer at the deceiving hands of smoothe and delicious light cream.

We just stopped here at the drive thru about 10 minutes ago for breakfast before an early hike. The hashbrown had an audible crunch, the bagel was cream cheesed to perfection, and the chipotle brioche sandwich was honestly beautifully assembled. Really great work by the morning crew today!
