The Body Bar NEVER disappoints! I’ve seen Tricia for massages and facials and leave feeling like a million bucks, so relaxed and of course my skin and body feels great. She’s so personable, sweet and welcoming that it keeps you coming back for more! Her recommendations after my facials have helped tremendously and my skin has never been better. Always a great experience at The Body Bar! I’ve had a few facials which were great, and I have massages every month for my sciatica with Michelle. The place is always so clean and staff is very polite and professional. They take my insurance which is a bonus! Would definitely recommend.

I can’t believe I waited so long to come here! As someone who’s been to numerous spas in Buffalo I can honestly say that no one does it better than Tricia! I got her new sculpting facial, and I have never been more relaxed in my life. As someone who suffers from severe TMJ this treatment is a game changer. Not only was I pain free for the first time in a long time, but I was GLOWING and SNATCHED. I got numerous compliments throughout that day of how good my skin looked. Her place is so peaceful and welcoming and she is extremely kind & knowledgeable. I will be booking many more appointments with her and have already started referring everyone I know to The Body Bar! Tricia is incredibly knowledgeable and does everything in her power to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. She is absolutely AMAZING at what she does and I couldn’t recommend her more. I’ve been here a few times during the spring/ summer and got massages almost biweekly since I was training for my first ever marathon (which turned into marathonS)! Everything about the pressure used was PERFECT. They always ask about pressure which is appreciated especially in training because there are some areas that can take more intensity than others. Not only that, but they incorporate range of motion and stretching into the massage which is an added plus. 10/10 will be back!!!

I went for a massage here and from the moment of walking in, I felt such a warm sense of belonging- from the way the team interacted with each other, to their clients, new (like me) and regular. The massage was well tailored to my needs and I felt amazing afterwards. Definitely looking forward to going back!

I saw Nicole for a Deep Tissue Massage, and she does an amazing job every time I see her! She notes my problem areas and makes sure to address them in a way that isn't painful but also provides tension relief. If your looking for a place of pure relaxation this is it!

Had a mini facial + belly facial at The Body Bar and my experience was amazing! It was just the relaxation and care this mama needed. I will definitely be back, and recommend you trying The Body Bar for yourself!

The Body Bar is quite beautiful, very clean and well kept… most all RELAXING! I had a self care day Friday that consisted of a Swedish massage done by Trisha then a hydrafacial done by Olivia. Both services were incredible & satisfying! Trisha & Olivia made me feel very comfortable & answered all of my questions. Highly recommend if you’re looking to spend a bit of time & money on yourself
