Excellent staff and facility to help address physical therapy needs. I have come here for a few mobility issues and have been impressed with the level of professional care I have received. A friend referred me to Scott who was able to assess what I needed and a treatment plan for me very quickly. Scott has a team of therapists, Paul and Dave, who are helpful and awesome. They were very clear and honest about the path to get better and were patient and attentive during the recovery process. They listened and believed what I said when I described my discomfort and pain. They carefully watched me do my therapy to ensure they had the correct exercises I needed for each step of the way. I appreciated that they made me a folder with diagrams and notes about what I needed to do each day in between appointments. This really helped me to stay on track. I appreciated that they took their time to ensure I was at my best before releasing me from my program. I would recommend these guys for anyone who needs PT. Great location, availability of appointment times and the faculty is very clean. Staff and other patients are wearing masks at all times and the surfaces are constantly being cleaned.

Very pleased/happy with the Buffalo Rehab Group on Union road in West Seneca. Friendly helpful staff who really want to help you get to where you want to be. Been at different physical therapy places and it seemed like my program was a never ending program. After my evaluation, my therapist outlined a schedule with me with a clear defined endpoint. He and I stayed on that schedule and I finished at 100% recovery. They also have an app that has descriptions and videos of the exercises. A lot easier than trying to remember what to do! Don't really want to return, but if I ever need pt again I will be going back there.

My experience with Buffalo Rehab Group is summed up with one word, miraculous. Prior to visiting there, I could barely walk up and down the stairs in my house, they taught me tips on how to manage my mobility. Paul, Penny Scott, and Dave, the group that I am currently working with, seeing my progress, they are extremely kind, considerate, patient and caring. They are very flexible with my appointments and they also encourage you to keep doing your best. I have very positive feedback with this Rehab Group.

This place is very friendly, flexible, and has always made sure my questions were answered. They created a very effective and accessible exercise routine to fix my back pain. I definitely recommend.

Live on Orchard Ave across union. They have a whole lot and insist people park on our street. It has made our quiet side street a parking lot for Buffalo Rehab. If you can't figure out your parking for the volume of business, it shouldn't be happening

My experience with Buffalo Rehab has been great. Tad, my therapist has been doing a great job and my therapy has been super. My shoulder is doing much better even though I'm not finished with therapy. Exercises I do at the facility and the ones I do at home have helped me so much. I would recommend Buffalo Rehab to anyone that needs to go for therapy. They have a number of locations and the one I go to is less than a 1/4 mile from my apartment. Thank you for everything your facility offers.

I chose Buffalo Rehab Group in West Seneca due to the close proximity to my home. I have been pleased with my treatment at this location. Everyone is kind, helpful and accommodating. They work with you to set up a schedule that fits your needs. From the time I enter the building someone greets me with a smile. My therapists, John and Richard work as a great team and I feel like I making good strides in my post-op recovery. They are always concerned and monitor pain and discomfort during the session. I highly recommend the Buffalo Rehab Group for physical therapy.

Great experience at Buffalo Rehab! The therapists are excellent. They are competent, caring and committed committed to their patients, My therapist Tad Gibson was excellent! He was so patient and encouraging with me when I was struggling with a particular exercise. I recommend them highly! Especially Tad!
