Very good food, and service was excellent!

The onions added to hash browns were black. The chicken fried steak gravy might as well have been soup. The grease on the bottom of the steak was dirty grease from the deep fryer. I think if they want to be here next year, they'll need to cook like they still want the job.

Great people, very good food! They go above and beyond to serve good food while being kind and understanding. They give me free coffee when I'm out on deliveries and they never charge! That means a lot to me! Kindness goes very far in the world!

I like this place, but, on this occasion I was disappointed. I was seated and given the menu and I watch other patrons come and seated. I saw them get menus and within minutes the were asked what to drink and also asked their orders. I was still waiting to asked what to drink. Now several minutes went by and still nothing. The other patrons who came after me got their drinks and food and yours truly nothing. I was thinking of leaving until a girl who was cleaning some tables saw what was happening and finally got someone. It should not take 20 minutes to ask someone what to drink and eat!

Every single one of my orders from the resturant over the phone is always incorrect, how do you mess up a simple uber eats order of mozzarella sticks and chocolate chip pan lacked with bacon. Like what is this ???

Good coffee in a ceramic mug. Beats paper cups. Good eggs, huge pancakes. Fantastic service.

My family and I visited this location for dinner. After sitting an the waitress taking our order,I noticed she was wearing something with a coconut sent. My husband, approached her at the register area,an explained to her I was allergic to it,an we would unfortunately have to request a different waitress. The whole staff was great with accommodating us and my allergy. They worked amazingly as a team,to make sure myself and my family was served our meals. I truly appreciate it,and appreciated that the waitress we originally had,check on me from a distance to make sure I was okay. We will definitely be back in the future.

I came in here after a hard day, and needed some alone time, unfortunately for me I missed the bus, and my phone had died as well and had to come back in and wait a hour for a new bus. The server I had not only brought me a milkshake she paid for for me, also went and let me borrow her charger. There’s good people still! And I appreciated that more than she knows.

The food is frozen b******* and if it's not heated up properly then it tastes even worse than it already is the people there were great service was wonderful the atmosphere itself was not great it was late at night after Bill's game so it was pretty scarce but it would have been more helpful to be pleasantly greeted when we arrived it was more like people were on their phones and when asked a question it wasn't an overly friendly response like it should have been

Extremely understaffed, though the staff works hard, so I don't hold it against them. This chain has come to show the extreme downsides of late stage capitalism. If you like the taste of corporate America's gym socks, I highly recommend trying Denny's in 2022. Pros: They're one of the only places still open 24 hours. Cons: Everything else.

Our server James has outstanding customer service skills. He was polite and attentive. While we were there, I also saw him offering to help his coworkers, all-around great guy.

Brought my family in for a bite to eat. There were a couple folks in line waiting to be seated, I was asked how many by the young lady at the front and I said 4. I asked two questions, 1 was how long was the wait and I was told 15 min. Ok no problem. 2 I asked if Denny's offered a first responder discount and she looked me dead in the eye and said oh your one of them looking for free food. First off it was a question and second I never asked for free food nor would I. I was discussed by this attitude. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told there was none? I then left with my family and went to Uncle Joe's and had a great meal. I called Denny's and was placed on hold for 18 minutes when I hung up. Terrible customer service. Unbelievable that my young children had to experience this. Never again. Waiting on a corporate return call.

The food was good, our server (Jame) was great! His sense of humor was what I we wanted/needed. Theu customized my order, with no issue and did so correctly. The bathroom was spotless. Only one downside....they took cash only, not credit cards.

I’ve been to this location multiple times for late night eats but tonight was the first time I was able to stop in for dinner. My parents and I were seated and our waitress Molly immediately stopped by for our drink orders. We ordered an omelette, super bird, and Buffalo chicken tender salad. Everything was delicious, Molly was attentive to our needs and kept our drinks full. She couldn’t have been more kind and polite if she tried. This location and its customers are lucky to have Molly on staff to take care of them. Great job Molly!

Stopped in about 9pm. Should of left as soon as I heard the people sitting behind us stating they didn't get what they ordered but didn't want to wait another 30 minutes. Waitress drops off our drinks and disappears for 15 minutes. Finally comes back to take our order and does not write the order down. I waited tables for years, I don't care how good of a waiter you are, you write your orders down. Well guess what? Our orders were wrong and we waited almost 30 minutes to get our food. By the time the food came, both our drinks were empty and she never offered to refill them. Went out whole meal without seeing the waitress once, never even got a check! Had to go to the register to get our check. Terrible service and the food would of been better if it wasn't cold.

Chicken fingers were hard as a rock over cooked, I made a comment to the waitress they were very dark and over crunchy and she stated that is how we make them here, i refused to eat them and she didn't even offer a discount. Had a cup of coffee and grounds were covering the bottom of my cup! Highly disappointed. And the holiday menu didn't have many options

It was quiet when we went, not sure if that's an overall way things are or just this location. I ordered a steak and was pleasantly surprised to find it cooked the way I like as well as flavourful. I did take half of it home and had it as a sandwich for lunch the next day. Staff was courteous and friendly. Handicapped parking right outside the door was convenient.

The food was so delicious. The waitresses were so friendly . The place was very clean. 2 thumbs up.

Came with my mom and 8½ month old daughter, they were so polite, such a nice staff. The food was very good. Wasn't a long wait, a couple people ahead of us and we were seated in 2 min and even let us have a booth even tho it was only 2 adults and a baby.

Very nice place to visit. I never ate at Denny's before. But that T-Bone steak was marvelous.

Been going here for so long that one of the waitresses (Ann) knows exactly what I'm going to order she's an amazing waitress and I love every time she's there and she knows me and my wife and my family always a wonderful experience

Ordered food later at night for delivery, when I received it food was lukewarm and later that morning ended up making me sick! Got food from here before, and was pretty good so hopefully it's just a one-time thing, do not know if I'm going to try here again someday or not definitely not in the near future though.

Very friendly staff, everything was so delicious! I got the country fried steak, red mashed potatoes, and zucchini which costed me $14.99 let me say that iv gotten that meal 3 times in a row and each time it was the same simply.. delicious! Also each time my husband got the same thing a double cheese burger topped with bacon, bbq sauce, sauteed onions, and onion rings and each time he was so pleased. This Denny's has a great consistency with food.

Had not ate at Denny's in years. Went here last minute. Waited 45min to be seated and the place was dead. They said they had to wait for the kitchen to catch up. Tables full of dirty dishes. Staff noted to be standing around or counting tips instead of cleaning tables. Would rather be seated and have coffee while waiting in this situation. After being seated it took another 15 min to get a cup of coffee. I understand that times are hard with staffing as I am a nurse. Not a good experience.

I ordered no onions on my bacon avocado burger and still got onions. I ordered season fries and got almost burnt.

just left. Sat for 15 minutes and no one served us. people came in after us and were served, we weren't even served drinks, they must have forgot we were there since there were 5 other customers in the diner....... Great customer service when you have a baby...(sarcasm).

Haven't been to Denny's in awhile. Since I work overnight and had a craving for breakfast, Denny's was the right choice. I was able to order online while punching out and pick it up right in the drive home. Everything was hot and fresh.

Dennys on Ridge rd.was awesome from being seated,the orders were correct,came out quick,and tasted delicious! The Hostess,waitress,and cashier, were all pleasant! I ordered the Philly cheese omelet. We were very pleased and satisfied!!

decent food at decent for the price however I was shorted a item on a to go order. They said they would make it right and credit my bank account but that didn't happen. The food is usually okay though. The staff looked a little stressed probably because they are short staffed like everyone else at the present time.

The food was delicious. Served in a reasonable time and nice servicer. Although she never checked back with us to refill coffee or soda. There were only 8 other customers and 4 were finishing up their meals when we were Served.
