Everyone goes to Jim’s for steak subs and rightfully so, they are great. I’ll let you in on a secret, their tacos and cold subs are amazing also.

The night of taste of country, they were busy. I ordered at 12 minutes after midnight. They lost my order internally somehow so they started over when they found their mistake. It was already a 45 minute wait time. Now leaving at 10 after 1:00. Damn near an hour and their apology was a chocolate chip cookie. Not impressed

I came last night spent a lot of money for 3 sandwiches didn't get what I wanted nor presentation was to my expectations without getting into to much details. However, when I called back the lady Supervisor went above and beyond providing excellent customer service. Came back today and the whole crew made it right for me. Thank you!

What happened to the food ? I used to get the best Steak Subs in Buffalo here. I recently bought three subs and it was terrible. The meat was stringy and not chopped up. It was very tough to chew and was like a piece of rawhide. I guess I am going to have to spend my money elsewhere.

I always order the Philly cheese steak and have never been disappointed. We also ordered chicken fingers they were tender juicy and full of flavor. Open late it's the perfect place after a night out.

Third six dollars for 2 subs and a fry ordered double meat extra cheese. Sub came with no cheese in it. Thus is not the first time jims has screwed up my order. Amazing like 8 people working there. Thank Jim's never again.

I wish I could give them 1/2 star. Customer service is lousy. I ordered & paid online. People were in the drive up ordering. I pulled up to the window to pick up my food and the kid at the window told me next time I need to wait in line behind all the people ordering. Then he tells me that's what his manager said. My food was ready. Why would I wait behind all the orders waiting to be made? You've lost my business!

Skimpy on the ingredients. Put wrong stuff on and when I called, mgr wouldn't even come to the phone. Emailed owner...no response. Used to be good. Rude employees, high turnover. Except for the mgr ..bald guy with that on head. Poor mgr. Go somewhere else. Plenty of good sub places in Bflo and burbs

This place has the most amazing food and variety for a take out/ eat in fast food restaurant. A little pricy, but the portions, well made food, and atmosphere make it worth it. Clean place with beautiful artwork. Well mannered staff. A must place to visit if you've never been here.

Fast pick up service, great good. Perfectly followed directions. Easy take out. Ample parking. Food is excellent, fresh, high quality. Steak subs are excellent and available to order in many varieties either hot or cold. They have a great special sauce for a unique experience. Loved the onion rings. Would definitely recommend. Great food consistent from location to location.

Food was okay once you could eat but it but so disgusting and messy you almost don't want to. Tacos were literally so soggy from sauce, and the hoagie looked so unappetizing because of how messy it was I mean I understand this stuff is supposed to be a little messy but this was unreal.

Cargd reader does not work. So-called combo meal only includes the sub, nothing else. Cashier is more interested in the phone than serving the customer.

I've had their amazing subs in the past, but this time I just got chicken Fingers and fries. I wasn't expecting much, but they were much better than most pizzerias that I have tried. Keep up the great food! :)

Absolutely horrible. When u order steak tacos you expect steak. Not a veggie taco with one bite of steak. Never again will l ever eat food for this place . Total ripoff

Everytime we come into Buffalo, we get a sub from Jim's. However, this time..this location was close to our hotel. We stood at the counter for quite a while before the employee decided to take our oder. Three employees stood there and not one time say hello or anything. The steak sub had no taste to it,cheese was not melted and all around not like the past shops we went to. My husband and I didn't even finish our food because it wasn't good. Deft will not choose this location next time in Buffalo.

In town to see a concert at Shea's. We got hungry late, and nothing is open within walking distance of the hotel. Security recommended Jim's and we walked a couple of blocks past some active late-night spots and into a small storefront, very busy even after midnight. There's a huge menu so i decided on the Jim's Famous steak with everything and a side of fries (I was 174!). We cashed out for a little less than 20 with a couple bucks tip. Fantastic, extremely hot French fries which reminded me of Five Guys fries, and these were really good. The sub was terrific, lots of steak and mayo and a house sauce and lettuce, tomatoes and toasted. I don't get downtown often, but I'm definitely coming back because I want to try the Stinger next. Great music too👍

Bought 2 subs and a fry $36 no cheese on either sub. Had to be 7 people working. There was a time Jims steak out was the best. Your not even in the top 10 anymore. I got to say this was my last bad experience with this cooperation. Jims never again !!!!!

Enjoy Jim's steakhouse, Walk in with a friend and grandchildren. Music pretty loud in the back. Order over 50.00 in food. Stinger, 2- cheeseburgers , 2 tacos, fries and Mac and cheese bites. Drink's. A young lady asked if I would like buns toasted and I told her yes. Our food came out it was over toasted. Cheeseburgers over toasted kids wouldn't eat them. Mac bite's over cooked. Better training more supervision you be right back on track. It used to be a great place.

First time ordering on line , Food was awesome .Everything was Great .. Decided to go there again . Tried to ordering on line site had issues ,so ordered on the phone . Totally screwed up the order , Had to go in and get the Poutine Fries , They give me a single order of fries that were cold without the sauce on them . Crew in there said they would make them , if i wanted to wait . Not worth it to wait, the subs were already cold . Top it off the subs were hot steak subs were cold . I never write reviews .But this was something that got me upset. close to 40 dollars wasted.. not worth it to go back . Not even worth one star .

There was so much lettuce on my sub I thought I ordered a salad. Most dissapointing experience there ever. West Seneca

Holy onions Batman, that’s on 1 sub, ordered extra toast, nope, and a very skimpy and sloppily made sub for the price… may be the last time I go there, each time has been a little worse than the last...

-subs are inconsistent quality and over priced -for over a month, they haven't had large cups (completely ridiculous, as they're happy to charge me for a large on the site and this is an incredibly basic thing for a takeout restaurant to have) -can't get the sub of the month deal when buying a combo, if you order online. -At it's best, Jim's is a local treasure. After 10PM, they're undefeated. But why would you even bother ordering from here, if there's a single pizza place open in the area? Better, cheaper subs.

Food was good but my food was up really fast and my friends order was forgotten about and we waited 20 minutes before they started it. The drive thru was extremely busy though. Restaurant was clean and staff was friendly

My fiancé gets sick every time she eats at this location. I never got sick until last time I ate there & it was pretty bad. Otherwise food is generally satisfactory enough for me and staff is decent. Really nothing to write home about, I recommend trying a different location.
