This is the saddest bagel sandwich ever. It's so dry, chewy and basically empty. Everything from the bagel to the cheese was microwaved, and it wasn't even busy. The cheese just cracked into pieces... It's past the point of melted. I think we got less than a single egg per sandwich and we ordered two. Also, while waiting in line my husband stepped on a tissue that had what looked like fresh blood on it and he was wearing flip-flops. We absolutely didn't have a good experience today. I'm definitely disappointed and likely will not order from this location again. If somebody asked me what I thought of this Paula's I'd say one word... "Gross."

I came to Paula's donuts for the first time and had a wonderful experience. I explained to the young lady that I am from out of town and have never been here before. She graciously explained what different types of donuts they had and went over the list with me. She even made a few just regular sugar donuts upon request. The actual donuts were larger than normal sized donuts and some were unique. Some of the unique ones included a cookie dough donut, Lucy Charms and several others. Overall they were delicious and filling after just one. Whenever I am back in town, I will be sure to stop by again. I wish I got the young lady's name because she provided excellent customer service.

Date of Visit; Sat Feb 19, 2023 While driving through West Seneca area of Buffalo, we passed a sign for Paula’s Donuts. We had never heard of them before – but as donuts are a huge part of our sweet rogue trips, we had to stop and check it out. We popped in and were surprised at the abundance of treats they have on display. The sheer volume of donuts they make will keep you busy trying to decide what to get. The donuts are absolutely gorgeous, and they have all the styles of donuts – crullers, plain, cake, stuffed, etc. Their stuffed donuts are so well stuffed that they carry quite the heft to them. In fact, we ordered a strawberry short cake and it was sfuffed heavily from one end with the cream, and then again from the other end with strawberry filling – doubling up on the stuffing and weight. The flavours are amazing, the donuts are soft & fresh, the fillings are fantastic. The service is very good. They understand they have so many donuts that their customers will be having a hard time to choose so they have their patience ready. The prices are great – the donuts are upscale but the prices are not. They have 4 locations to serve you across the areas. Whenever you are in the Buffalo area – Make sure to stop at one of the many locations of Paula’s donuts and treat yourself to one of their many amazing creations.

Considered to be one of the top food destinations in Buffalo, I can say it’s worth the hype. Everything was super fresh and ridiculously tasty. I got the notorious peanut stick, which is a long cake donut coated with chopped peanuts, a glazed red velvet donut (my favorite) and paired them with a sausage, egg and cheese bagel on a jalapeño cheddar bagel.

I was up in Western NY visiting family from SWFL. Best donut shop EVER... The peanut stick is to die for. Amazing selection. Staff is attentive and friendly. Man... SWFL needs places like this. Dunkin' is god awful.

When we had up to Buffalo for a Bills game, this is usually the first place we stop at since I drive straight through and arrive early morning. A dozen donuts seem to weigh 10 pounds here. Lol. They're always fantastic.

The doughnuts are so big it takes two hands to eat them. The union rd location next to the Evans Bank is clean and cozy. The staff is so very friendly. Treat yourself to a " Made with love 💘 " Paula's doughnuts. You will not be disappointed.

10/10 best donuts ever! Great flavor, soft, delicious, without the odd oil after taste from chain donut shops. Reasonably priced and staff were friendly! Throughly enjoyed Paula’s! Coconut, Bavarian, and peanut were bomb!

Amazing customer service! Went here to pick up some donuts for my boyfriend's birthday today since we live out-of-state and we dont have peanut donuts where we live. I've never been to Paula's before so I was a little overwhelmed and gobsmacked by the choices available! Everything looked delicious and the store itself was immaculately clean! The counter clerk that helped me (sorry, I never remember names) was so kind, patient, and helpful! Needless to say, I will be back to Paula's when I come back to West Seneca in a few weeks for a wedding! Thank you for helping me make my boyfriend's birthday a little better with a peanut donut! And again, amazing customer service!

They have the best donuts I have ever had. Their donuts are filled full of cream or jelly. They are a decent size. The prices match what they are giving you. The staff is friendly. Morning times are busy so there will be wait time but it moves along quickly.

The donuts are really good. I especially like the glazed cinnamon one. It's huge. The online ordering for pick up is very slow, though. I often feel ignored as a full line of customers can place their orders in store and be in and out quicker. It's easier to order online since I get anxious talking to people but I might just order in store for better service. I'd avoid online ordering due to poor customer service but other than that, the donuts are good and price is fair.

The donuts were amazing. We ate coconut cream, chocolate Bavarian cream, and an Apple fritter. Also had a delicious turkey sandwich and some chocolate 🎂 donut holes! I highly recommend Paula's!!!!

The donuts are fresh, delicious, and HUGE!! The service is fast, friendly, & knowledgeable. I don't get to WNY often, but when I do, Paula's is an absolute must!!

Stopped in today at 7:30 am and was able to walk right in and grab donut holes for a tailgate. Everyone was very friendly, great donuts and I was asked what flavors I wanted more or less of. Red velvet is a family favorite

  • 5/5 Jonathan H. 1 year ago on Google
Really are the best in Western NY, you can tell they spend a little more on premium ingredients. Staff is great, the line moves fast even if it seems crowded, and the taste and freshness of the donuts is always excellent. The cannoli donut is pretty special and worth the extra 75 cents or however much.

  • 5/5 John Koch J. 1 year ago on Google
Ordering online make this super easy. Fresh, huge and flavorful! They usually don't have the chocolate peanut stick though. Way better that doughnut kraze.

  • 5/5 Dominic M. 3 years ago on Google
Great job managing a line during the pamdemic. Sweets are amazing as always. Worth the extra exercise needed to burn off the calories. Red velvet and sour cream donuts are great. Filled donuts are massive so total acceptable to share with a friend.

A friend suggested we try Paula's Donuts when we attended a Buffalo Bills game last year. We were so impressed with the quality of the donuts, coffee rolls and breakfast sandwiches we had to return. When you think to yourself, "this tastes like grandma's" it has to be the highest compliment because "this tastes like grandma's".

  • 5/5 William S. 5 months ago on Google
Paula’s is a staple for great doughnuts. They have tons of options and they are all great. There are a few locations and you can expect the same good quality at each of them.

Paula's Donuts is an absolute donut heaven! I've had my fair share of donuts, but Paula's takes the cake, or should I say, the donut! First and foremost, their selection is massive – there's a donut for every craving and occasion. From classic glazed to unique specialty flavors, Paula's never disappoints. It's hard to resist trying something new every time I visit. But what truly sets Paula's apart is the taste. These are, hands down, the best donuts I've ever had. They're always fresh, perfectly fluffy, and just the right amount of sweetness. Each bite is a little piece of paradise. The team at Paula's Donuts also deserves a shoutout. They're friendly, welcoming, and passionate about what they do. It's evident that they take pride in their craft and are dedicated to delivering top-notch donuts. If you haven't been to Paula's Donuts yet, you're missing out on a truly delightful experience. Whether you're a donut connoisseur or just looking for a sweet treat, Paula's is the place to go. I can't recommend it enough!

These aren’t doughnuts. They’re Paczki - huge, wonderful, Greek god-sized doughnuts of lore. They’re also fresh, delicious, and the flavor selection will leave your head spinning…as will the resulting sugar rush.

  • 5/5 Carolyn H. 6 months ago on Google
Paula's is always a nice treat to see in someone's office breakroom, or to take the kids for a special treat on a day off. Big, fluffy donuts with excellent with plenty of filling to be had, and traditional donuts are also a great size with plenty of flavor. A personal favorite are the peanut butter headlights, but seasonal donuts are also great. If you plan on checking this place out, be mindful that donuts do sell out every day, so make sure you have a backup plan if you favorite isn't available!

  • 5/5 linda t. 6 months ago on Google
Best donuts anywhere! It is an experience. Great selection of donuts including some that you will not find at Krispy Kreme or Dunkin' Donuts. The size of their donuts are double or even triple the size of the above mentioned chains. They are full of flavor and sometimes still warm. Would make it a point to stop and check this out for yourself, you will be a customer for life!

Best donuts ever. Freshly made and filled. Coffee is always fresh. Restaurant has a nice sized eating area. Restrooms were also very clean.

  • 4/5 Eugen E. 6 years ago on Google
Big, roomy, clean and bright with tons of parking close to entrance. Seating available at tables, booths and counter for dining in. Takeout lines can be long at times, especially mornings and weekends. No Drive through service. The baked goods are small batch, high quality products - not frozen and reheated pastries. This is a close as you can get to your old fashioned neighborhood bakery unless you live in a walkable community. Fresh, generously sized and with enough variety to satisfy the pickiest doughnut fan, you'll find that Paula's delivers. Coffee, pastries, bagels, muffins and sandwiches are available if you prefer something less doughnutty. A local favorite with a loyal following.

Great product but ordering a bagel toasted with cream cheese takes forever. They have no process when it comes to the bagel station.

This place is awesome. It truly doesn't get better than this. Hard to eat the whole donut..they really are that big. Always fresh.

Paula's has great donuts, but they've gotten much smaller. In some ways I don't totally object to this, but they've also gone up a bunch in price as well. This seems to be the trend unfortunately - less for more. We'll just have to Paula's an even more infrequent special treat!

Not what I expected. I recently moved to Buffalo from North Carolina. All I can say is If you’ve ever been to Duck Donuts these are gas station donuts in comparison. Duck Donuts are fresh, flavorful and made to order. Worth every penny. These are bland bricks of dough that tasted a day old.
