My fiancé got my engagement ring from here and they have been super great from the start. My fiancé mentioned how helpful they were from the start with showing him all the different types of bands and diamonds he could choose from for my engagement ring. Once we had got engaged, the ring was a little big on me so I was able to go back twice to get it fitted. You can bring it in anytime you’re in the area to get it polished. The warranty on it is great as long as you keep up with getting it polished! They’re always there to greet you when you walk in too. Beautiful rings and great service!

Ron helped me with the engagement ring process he made it very easy with my time constraints. I was in and out we however had a little hiccup with the setting, it came in a bit different from the online pictures from the order but he is going above and beyond to make my fiancé a new setting at no extra cost. He is going to make a mold to make sure she absolutely loves it first. I'm very satisfied with the service even after the sale. Kim made mine and my moms’ experience going to Jared so wonderful. Prior to stopping in we went to a different jeweler to look at engagement rings and it felt super rushed and not personable. when we went to Jared, Kim was so warm and welcoming. She really listened to what I liked and didn’t like and showed me my dream engagement ring. Even though she knew we were stopping by just to check out what rings were available and weren’t going to buy anything in that moment ( we were getting ideas to relay to the boyfriend, was why we stopped by) She really took the time with us and let me wear the ring the whole time we were there and even cleaning it for me so I could see it in all its glory. Kim took the time to get to know us and that meant a lot. She was so kind and extremely knowledgeable in engagement rings, diamond types etc. I also loved how we were able to make a profile for my boyfriend and she put down my ring size and all my favorite rings. I think that makes it super easy for when it’s time for him to come in and make the process smooth for him. I would recommend Jared, and especially Kim to anyone. She was amazing and has defiantly gained a life long customer in myself and family.

I had such a wonderful experience with Kim Raslawsky. I have needed to get my wedding band and engagement ring resized for a few years now, but was unable to leave it with anyone to get it done because of a traumatic event causing high anxiety just at the thought of having to leave my ring anywhere. Kim was empathetic to my unique situation and was able to arrange a day and time for me to come in and stay at the store and even watch wile they adjusted my ring for me. I had my young children with me both visits and we were all made to feel welcome by not only Kim, but the rest of the staff as well. Kim also helped my husband pick out a pearl necklace and mothers ring.
