Best service I've ever had. The clerk sat and helped me put a charm bracelet together for my granddaughter. She was so kind and patient with me knowing it was something special for my granddaughter. Undivided attention all the way. Definitely will be my new go to place. Amazing. Beautiful jewelry.

This is the best place to buy jewelry. Period. These people are so nice and helpful with anything you're looking for. It doesnt feel like a Kay Jewelers. It feels like a personal experience and they are very knowledgable and patient with helping you find exactly what you have envisioned in your head. They are the best ladies in the business and wouldnt ever recommend anywhere else but here for your jewelry needs.

Great service bought wedding rings custom made 2 years ago, just had a ring guard put on because of weight loss, done in a few minutes.

Arrived at this store at around 6:30 & the door was locked (though there were people inside). I figured that they were closing and didn't want anyone else coming in, so I turned to walk away when someone came to the door and told me they were open, but I had to ring the bell. If you're going to let everyone in why lock the door in the first place? I then found that all their ancle bracelets started at $300! I went down the street and found a really nice one for half the price. Avoid this overpriced creepy place!

Graeber did a wonderful job looking at and repairing my watch. I brought in an everday Casio G-Shock watch that had a recent battery replacement and was no longer making any sound. Ben talked to me about the watch and worked on it. Afterward, the watch started working properly. I’m grateful for Ben’s time and for both employees’ time and energy. I felt comfortable there, they were honest with me, and they were generous with their time and work—thank you!

Couple of my small emeralds fell out of my wedding ring so we went to have it fixed and came up with a solution so it wouldn’t happen again, given emeralds are so soft. We determined we would put diamonds in instead and then solder the cradle to my engagement ring…when they told us it was done, original emeralds were back, not diamonds and nothing was soldered together. I’m very disappointed.

Our anniversary is coming up for 30 years and I was looking for a ring because my wedding ring didn't fit anymore and I wasn't sure if I wanted to change my ring into something else or have it separated so I can wear part of it and then I found this amazing ring there it was a beautiful gold ring with three stones in it representing past present and future had a perfect fit I was very well pleased and the lady who took care of us was super nice would highly recommend going here for jewelry it's a cute store very friendly. Was very helpful and made our shopping experience a pleasant one

Good gifts for reasonable amount for lady friends family etc

I took my platinum engagement ring to Graeber Jewelers to be sized down by half of a size. When I returned to pick it up, the bottom half of my ring was much thinner than it originally was and it was not smooth at all. I was fortunate to bring it to another jeweler who was able to help with making it more even, but there is no way for my ring to be completely repaired without replacing the shank. I caution you - DO NOT bring any jewelry that you care about to Graeber. A simple half size down destroyed my brand new engagement ring.

I thought I had ruined my wedding band swimming in a heavily chlorinated pool but the lovely people at Graeber’s had it looking better than new in less than 10 minutes after stopping in. They were so kind and helpful and completely made my day! Would recommend to anyone :)
