This place is disgusting.!! Very dirty . We had the worst experience ever. I ordered the sampler with scamble eggs with crispy bacon and a side of toast. We both ordered coffee and water. He order the chicken fried steak breakfast. We asked if we could change the pancakes to French toast she said sure . The toast was burnt hard and cold . The extra French toast she gave us was cold . No crisy bacon The water has something it and and the place was disgusting. .

12/24/22 This place is like an icebox! NO HEAT! Our entire party was cold and everyone's food got cold very quickly. Wait staff was friendly and food was ok. Please turn on some heat, It was 14° outside! 2/28/22 Went on Wednesday evening (2/23) Food was ok, but our waiter was NOT in the mood for people. Tried to make him smile with a couple small jokes, got nothing but snippy words back. Dude, if you're not a people person, don't wait tables. If someone put you in a bad mood, don't take it out on people that are trying to cheer you up. 😠 _________________________________________ 11/10/20 YUMMMMM I was talked in going, hadn't been there since my last bad experience. Tuesday evening, the place wasn't too busy. That was cool. I ordered a burger (yeah, at IHOP🤣) 1) As I sat waiting for my food, I commented on how the pictures in the menu, never look anything like the way you get it. I swear to you, this burger was PICTURE perfect!!! 2) The fries were PERFECT!!! (I rarely order fries because establishments don't usually care if you get them cold) I don't eat cold fries. 3) I ordered a half lemonade half iced tea drink. PERFECT!!!👌 I'm not even kidding, and it was beautiful to look at too. As simple as this menu selection was, everything was absolutely perfect, right down to "no water spots on my silverware or on my glass". It was all of the little things that impressed me today. Total CARE went into everything, including how we were treated by management and staff. ↓The review below was posted a yr prior↓ I wasn't very impressed with the food. I had pancakes. They were ok, but not nearly as tasty as Denny's. I had coffee as well and it was aweful. I found out Mr Evans is no longer there, I guess he's not top of things, those little things made a big difference. He was always right there with a big smile asking how things were. Nobody cares now.

You wanna eat one of the best breakfast come to ihop. THE BLUE BERRYS PANCAKES ARE THE BEST.

I’ve been told to go on a Monday or Tuesday to eat if I want to be sure that the food is in stock and available. This has been the case for several months now. Never any onion rings or mozzarella sticks when ordering a sampler. The wait to order is ridicules and the management clearly has given up! No longer will support this location. Went to Spfld on Cooley st much better service and they has everything we ordered🙌🏽

I was so damn hungry I forgot to take a picture before I started eating lmaooo😅 it was about 3:30 in the afternoon and I decided to get pancakes scrambled eggs with American cheese hash browns with onions and peppers and turkey bacon... it's just my favorite! this is the best place to come get breakfast anytime of the day.

Didi the MANAGER . .. .is the worst . ..food is being served that's not correct at all and with her at the top spot i believe t her responsibility to make sure food is correctly being sold as on the menu. ..a COLORADO OMELETS should come as sold not HER VERSION OF IT. . all the ingredients were present just not put together right. . ..its sad that a fine fine breakfast place is sliding . ..might have to try DENNYS. ..

the last few times i tried this location its been extremely long waits, to-go or ordering and eating in diner style. service is always mediocre. but tonight was definitely upsetting. waited 40 minutes for our to-go order (when the app said it would be ready 20 minutes ago) then informed us they didnt have any ingredients for our milkshakes and when we decided what we wanted for a replacement we had to wait 20 more minutes for the server to acknowledge us. we just decided to leave. hopefully our refund comes through in 3 business days.

Food was good, wait staff toke almost 15 minutes to come to our table. While people who arrived after us was seated and received their drinks.

I don't normally leave reviews on chain restaurants simply because I expect them to all adhere to the same standards no matter where in the country I eat at one. But the crew at this particular location is deserving of this review. My wife and I were in Springfield due to the passing of a family member. One of our days there, we decided to eat breakfast at this location which was close to the hotel we were staying at. It was a week day and a late breakfast (around 10am). There was a wait when we arrived but we were ok with that. We watched the staff handle a customer that was obviously not used to having to wait and they did an excellent job of keeping him calm and getting him to a table as quickly as possible. The entire team worked together moving seamlessly between the kitchen, tables and front of the house. Their communication and willingness to help one another was just something you do not see in a lot of places these days. Each staff member we dealt with was polite and courteous. The service was timely and the food very good. For the manager/owner of this location, this was on Monday 10/16/23. My wife and I highly encourage you to schedule this crew together as much as possible. They were a great team. We also asked them to thank the kitchen staff who rarely if ever get to hear the compliments for their labors. We simply can not say enough about our experience here and if we lived in the area, it would be a regular place for us I'm sure.

This particular IHOP is amazing! My husband and I came to Massachusetts from South Carolina to visit family, and when we finally finished our 14-hour drive, we were exhausted and hungry. This IHOP was the only thing open, so we stopped by to get something to eat. We were more than taken care of by staff. They were very friendly! The food was good. Thank you for a great experience!

I was impressed with the wait staff at this location they're very friendly and attentive. Also the food was good and delicious when they messed up on an order they fixed it immediately. So there was no time to even complain about it. I ate the steak tips and eggs which came out very delicious.

This franchise should consider changing the pans they use for creps. Or they shouldn't use the same pan for different meals. Those black pieces came inside crepe. It was folded and we almost couldn't see those. It is not healthy.

Ihop seating area was pretty busy when we arrived a few people ahead of us for sitting, but the line moved pretty fast. Although once we got our table we had to wait for a waiter and also wait for food to be done. It wasn't the worst experience but it wasnt the best. Been here before when it was at its best today just wasn't one of those days. As far as the food okay, worst part is the wait for everything including the check (in which we requested before we even finished out meal)!

The place looked close - 1 car in the parking lot. There was one table occupied when we went in. The service was good. We ordered breakfast foods and I don't think the cook that was working didn't really know how to prepare it. There was no cheese on my husband's omelet. My scrambled eggs were more like a folded over sheet of egg. My sausage was overcooked. My bacon was limp and fatty. The hashbrowns were burned. The ham was okay. The pancakes were slightly mushy but tasted okay. The best part of the meal was the bowl of fresh fruit I had.

Haven't been there in awhile must say disappointed. Seats were ripped,must of been a leak somewhere because they had napkins lined up against the wall.The crepes that my husband used to love looked old and overcooked. Tasteless! Time IHop for an overhaul.Get back to the higher quality that you used to have

Went there on 10/15/23..no one was waiting and was told a table would be ready in a minute …waited about 15 minutes and was lead to a table ..after being seated and about 10 minutes later the waitress handed menus and asked if we’d like anything to drink before ordering so a coffee and tea were ordered….place was not crowded with only a few guests there…people were being served …waited almost 40 minutes and still no coffee or tea had come so we left the place …we figured things would be a lot faster by coming in the afternoon when the place wasn’t busy but turned out slower than ever…can’t run a place with only a couple employees working …don’t intend on going there anymore…it’s always a long wait but this time it was ridiculous ..

Went in with my wife at a slower time around 12. Service was a little slow,. But the young lady that waited on us was friendly an helpful. The food was everything we expected an wanted. IHOP , always good 👍

If there was a zero star rating these people would of gotten it. Waited over 45 min for a takeout order that was already sitting on the counter for 15 mins. How do u burn pancakes and sasuage? Our sasuage came like this! Its so disgusting(we didnt even bite the sasuage it looks like that). We called them over 20 times but no answer. Our crepes had no filling and the season fries were so salty and over fried and tasted like it was 2 days old. To top it off we didnt get eggs for our meal that we paid for.

Had the 2x2x2 special. It was not noted anywhere, we had to ask for it. Even though we were 8th in line, staff was spot on in their wait estimation (20 min). We were surprised that there were so many empty seats though, after that wait. Restaurant needed a thorough cleaning. Dirty floors, walls, restrooms. Waitstaff was slow. Very slow. But friendly. Food was good. Cooked correctly & accurate.

This was the worst visit to a restaurant I've ever had. It was so bad that I felt horrible for our waitress who had to keep apologizing for how bad things were. Dirty table, dirty silverware, broken syrup bottle, coffee mug came out with lipstick on it. Food had hair on the plate. They had no ice cream, steak, or a couple other items I've forgotten. Our waitress was considerate enough to remove the item which had hair in it from the bill. But her response seemed like like it wasn't the first piece of hair she'd dealt with that day. Disappointed is an understatement. Maybe it was due to the day and time we went, but I'll never go back to this location.

Ihop was awesome me and my nephew's had a ball trying out the minions menu before we saw the movie excellent service all around.

It was busy but the order was out in about 15-20 min. I ordered to-go when I arrived. Food taste good but hashbrowns were a bit burnt. I like them crispy so I was ok with it. The greeter was very sweet and kept me up to date on my order progress. I'd go back and order again.

The food was good but the waitress was not seen after we placed our order. It was another staff member that brought our food then that was it no one checked as i was wishing i could get some water. We just sat and waited for our bill. After waiting for another 15 minutes we decided to go up to the front register and have her pull up our bill to pay so we could leave while people were getting backed up and waiting to get seated. No reason for it!!

Not impressed. It took 30 minutes to get our drinks (after waiting 15 minutes to order them). Hash browns looked ok but had a very burnt flavor to them. Didn't eat them. My scrambled eggs were chopped up so fine I had to use a spoon to eat them.

So one star is too much my experience the other day was not very good if it was for the manager Andrew my friend and I would have just left our server never ever came to our table due due was our server she gave us our bill that was it we waited a long time to be seated and like ibsaid if it wasn't for Andrew our experience would have been worse he took our order delivered our food and checked up on us so he got the tip not her KY friend and I are servers as well we expect certain things I I waited on my tables like that I not make any money I hope that this review will show her she needs to take better care of her guests in the future ill never go back

It was OK... Food was warm, we like our food nice and hot. Waiter did a gd job memorizing our order. And lastly - seating, table and menus should have been cleaned and sanitized. NOT STICKY. But I tipped well considering the facts at the present time.

We understood the 20 minute wait to be seated due to it being busy. But the food was cold. We had waited over an hour for it after placing the order. No silverware at first. I had to wait 15 minutes to even make my coffee. One order was supposed to have scrambled eggs and the waiter put it in as over easy.
