The food super good. But to be honest whenever I go I notice two things. 1. the tablet and buttons all dirty and greasy. 2. Salt and pepper shakers with food residue. I always leave the review but I think they totally ignore it because it's getting worse. I like to eat from there but I think I'll start to avoid it. In a way it makes you think about what things are overlooked in the kitchen.

When the hostess sat us she brought us to a table that had a pile of food on floor that was swept with the broom next it. I thought oh great this is going to be bad. We had to wait a little for our waitress as she needed to sit at a booth with another employee for a few minutes. While waiting we noticed a fruit fly. My husband got shrimp tacos and I got chicken fajitas. We both enjoyed our meals the food was surprisingly good after a ruff start. We did tell the manager about the fruit flies as we ended up with about 5. We payed with gift cards and the one thing I didn’t like was the waitress told us that we automatically had to take a tip out of the first gift card. We wanted to leave cash and I don’t like that we didn’t have that choice.

Sitting here waiting for another drink going on now 15 minutes. Husband had to send back his bacon burger because it was burnt. Our server was the most pleasant guy you could have. But after this experience I will never come back here.

We went on a Friday night. The place was packed. We waited about 20-30 minutes to get a seat. Half the drinks came out and they forgot one drink. The appetizers came out cold, the chips were good but salsa was very watery. The Buffalo chicken tenders had a good taste but were cold, wish they were crispier too. The food was okay, nothing to rave about. The ribs were mostly fat, chicken tenders good, the brisket Quesadilla wasn’t tasty. The fajitas were okay. I would only go back if there were no other places to eat. The waitress was very very nice which made it a better experience overall.

The food was really good. I ordered my favorite apps (sliders, egg rolls and crispy chicken tenders) and my friend got chicken and steak fajitas. We both shared, and loved our food and Presidente Margaritas. The waitress was really sweet and attentitive too. And we had leftovers and didn't break the bank (so to speak). The atmosphere was very clean even though the place was busy. It was, like, the only place open after 9pm on a Sunday.

What a great visit to Chili's today. We were sat in the bar and Christopher was our server. He was welcoming and extremely attentive. He took our drink orders promptly along with our appetizer order. Cheese bites appetizer arrived without the regular seasoning and he ran back and got it for us. Our lunch came out hot and as ordered. All of our food was good, the kids meal did look as though it sat under the heat lamp a little too long, and my kids are such picky eaters that she only took a bite or two even though she usually eats it all. Overall a great trip, and Christopher really was one of those servers that made it even better.

Ate lunch with my girlfriend on this visit. The server Victor was very attentive. The food tasted good. I was very pleased with the food and service and will be back soon.

Honestly, the good was fine. I am just not a fan of the chicken strips and shouldn't have ordered them. The mac and cheese was a little mushy but tasted okay. The street corn was soooooo good. Totally worth going just for the corn.

I Went in this past Saturday for lunch and had the best service. My best experience ever a Chilis. Everyone was pleasant and the food was good. The only recommendations I have for the restaurant is to clean the salt and pepper shaker and I'm not a fan of the plastic cups.

I was very pleasantly surprised with our experience. The service was seriously perfect. Day was our server and a young man was the host. Our drinks were fast. Our app and food was prompt and timed appropriately. She checked back (hard to find these days....). Just a lovely experience. Our food was delicious. We will definitely come back.

My husband and I came in for dinner tonight with our infant daughter. While walking to the hostess stand we had our daughter in her doona stroller. The hostess rudely said we were not allowed to have that in their restaurant. At first I thought she was joking but when I asked if she was serious she rudely replied yes. She offered no additional help and I had to place my daughters car seat on a dirty chair. Her car seat could have easily been bumped and she could have fallen on the floor. I am very disappointed because my husband and I usually enjoy coming here but I will not be returning.

Our waitress, Alicia, was very prompt, attentive and friendly. Our cocktails and food were delicious.

Food was OK, Service OK but atmospheric was the worst ever. People screaming, talking loud, it feels like being in McDonalds at 3PM on Fridays. Come on price was OK but at least i deserved to be treated like a human being not like pigs and cows together on a same place. Thats not OK. 75 dollars and Iam not going back.

Server was great. Super patient and helpful. Answered all our questions. Always ready to help us if we called him over. Genuinely cool guy. Food came out really fast. Tasted pretty good. Wouldn't mind eating there again. Considering i was in a party of 3 and we showed up 30 minutes before closing, the service was superb.

Every time I order to go, something is forgotten. Tonight, 2 cheesecakes, 2 salads - Caesar & House - & their dressings, so no Caesar dressing for the Caesar salad, awesome. The food is generally good, but it’s more times than not cold and soggy, and as I said I always have to go back or call for a refund for something, which is no way to continuously run take out.

Today I had the most wonderful experience at chilis. As we were still deciding on our entree’s . Our already ordered appetizers came out immediately. We were served in less than 15 minutes. The drinks were great and the waiter Tiana was extremely patient and wonderful. I was pleased to see how quickly all the workers worked together as a team. Thank you Tiana for making our night amazing. You made no errors on our order and I appreciate how often you checked up on us! The environment was busy but you were still attentive.

I go to this chili's all the time. I got a curbside order and the young lady Lucia helped me she has such sweet personality and does a fantastic job of making you feel good as a customer. Great job chili's on hiring her also she took my order over the phone as well!!!

Dinner with my dad and step mom from out of town. The waitress, wish I could remember her name was very accommodating. My only complaint is their online menu didn't match in store menu. They also did not honor their online coupons and specials. No reason why. Just didn't. I give the waitress an A though. She could only do so much without management. The food was edible. Atmosphere was good.

Nope won't return there ever again! Food was not hot at all! Even table across from us was saying the same. Server was overwhelmed, manager came over and ordered table across from us new dishes and mine. My wife's fries too. Fries came back hot, chicken crisps hot, but ribs looked like all they did was slap some sauce on them and sent them out. Luke warm at best. (More like room temperature) Even the table across from us said the same. Still not hot! Unacceptable!!! I understand server being overwhelmed with people not wanting to work still, but nights like tonight why would they want to work at a restaurant that keeps sending food back? The tablets at each table were even giving her troubles. She had to keep switching them around. Quality has gone way down! If it wasn't for the gift card I had gotten from Xmas I wouldn't have gone back from the last time I had bad experience there. What was I thinking. Should've re-gifted.

I came here with my brother and mom for dinner. I ordered the new England clam chowder and a lemonade. The food was ok and the drink was good. The waitress was nice to us. The parking lot was big with handicap parking and handicap accessible entrance. They have a computer thing on all the tables to let the customer pay for the meal on that small computer. They had a plastic barrier at the check out counter. No mask mandates. The floors in the front of the restaurant when you first walk in are kinda dirty. Also they do have a bar here as well. They do serve alcohol and non alcohol drinks.

Food was great 👍🏼 our waiter Victor was amazing, I need more Victor in other restaurants. Lunch $10 for my chicken fajitas 😊 not bad.

We love chili’s cheesecake. So we called and asked if we can buy a whole one. They told us it would be $44 for a whole one and $24 for a half. We figured we wouldn’t finish a whole cheesecake and opted for the half option. This is 100% not half. For the price we are beyond disappointed! Especially since we called ahead and went out of our way to pick it up. Absolutely terrible.🙄
