Omg do not stay here unless you are desperate! This place smells like pot and cigarettes. The carpets are very dirty. Everything is dusty. They have NO ELEVATOR! They have no extra pillows and don’t give you many to begin with. The blanket was wet when I entered the bed. There are holes in the walls. Did I mention the smell. Dirty smelly and gross sums it up.

Room was disgusting & smelled horrible. Toilet plugged, asked desk to fix it at 11:30am. Returned at 6pm, not fixed. Told guy to give me plunger and I’ll fix it, he did just that 😡. Bed was not made, trash not emptied, nothing was done. Two friends shared a room next door, one bed was made, one was not. Bedding had brown stains all over. Found bug in bed 🤢 (not bed bug). See pictures if they allow me to attach. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Definitely not worth any amount!

Honestly, we had to reserve rooms here because an AirBnB canceled on us. Let me tell ya, if you're in a similar situation, keep looking elsewhere. My expectations for a Super 8 are never high, but good Christ did they break through those at Mach 5. - Our buddy's room had black mold on the ceiling - Of our 3 rooms, 1 had a microwave - Despite being in non-smoking rooms, every single blanket and sheet looked like Swiss cheese from burn marks - The trashcans are those tiny little bins you put in the bathroom, and the liners are thin enough that they tear under any friction. They weren't even big enough for the can, almost like they used a Walmart produce bag. - The neighbors were so audible we could hear some... pretty intense arguments. We even heard when they tried whisper-shouting. Zero privacy. - They advertise continental breakfast - that was a lie - The emergency lights in the hallway were always on, for some reason? - EVERYTHING was nicotine yellow. EVERYTHING. - There was all sorts of random furniture just scattered about the place. The hall, the lobby, didn't care, it went there. (Why podiums??) - Your view out the windows is either a dilapidated parking lot and abandoned buildings, or a wall. - Our buddy heard a couple getting intimate while he was OUTSIDE the building to vape. How? Where's the insulation? - The wallpaper was peeling off of basically every wall - Our tub's anti-slip mat had mold all around the edges of it - Our toilet was cracked - Our drain was cracked - Every wall fixture had some damage to them - The carpet had several red stains - One of our chairs had brown stains (I hope to GOD it was coffee) Like... Good Lord, man. I don't know if Rooms 107, 109 and 110 were just their worst, but those were the rooms. I regret not taking pictures of the place, because as soon as we get home we're taking the hottest showers of our lives. If you HAVE to stay here - if you have absolutely no other choice - check every seam in your beds for bedbugs. We didn't find any, but I wouldn't put it past this place to just ignore them. Bright side, no bedbugs, the A/C kinda works, and the wifi functioned. Make this an absolute last resort, and try not stay here for longer than you have to.

It's a great budget-friendly place to stay with all the amenities needed for a restful stay. Great location too, many restaurants in the area deliver to this location.

Update: Since there is no breakfast served and no microwaves in the rooms, I had to buy food for sandwiches so I don’t have to eat out every meal while in town for work. I came back today and a mouse had helped himself to my food. What he didn’t eat, he crapped all over. Mouse pellets all over the top of the bureau. So, I had to buy food again. Probably would’ve been cheaper to eat out. Also, I forgot on my initial review — there were two dirty, used face cloths hanging on the shower rod when I checked in on Sunday night. They sure pay attention to cleanliness here. And if you want to go up the stairs to your room or down the stairs to work since there is no elevator, you can’t because the stairwells are loaded with people and kids who apparently live at the hotel. I’m going to call Super 8 corporate about this, as this whole experience has been absolutely unacceptable. For the love of God, please don’t EVER stay here. They need to lose their Super 8 franchise - it makes me not want to stay at another Super 8 anywhere. There’s no way this place can be passing any corporate inspections.

The check in experience was poor, primarily because of the front desk attendant who was curt bordering on rude. The room it self was ok, the bed was comfortable enough but the bathroom was old and dirty, with hair (not ours) visible on the toilet base. There was also mildew in the shower/tub area.

Do not stay at this hotel ….. smells like cigarettes to the point that it stinks up your clothes, luggage, hair etc …. I had to sleep with a face mask on . Bedding and pillows also smelled like cigarettes, just disgusting. No breakfast , only coffee. Front desk guys were nice and courteous but the smell in that entire place was horrendous. It looks like the first floor is for people who are living there ………..so lots of thrash and dirty towels all over the hallways on the first floor . Again, do not book here

What can I say good, the staff was kind. The room was not clean, it smelled of formaldehyde. Mold smell. Toilet seat was coming off. Improvement needs to take place. Occupants were friendly.

Rooms smelt weird, cigarette burns in carpet, chair, and bed. Bathroom door did not close all the way, or lock. Pretty dirty, a lot of sunflower seeds behind the tv stand.

No elevators. Breakfast is a joke. The place has a funny smell. However, the bed was comfortable. The price was reasonable.

The room was very large and comfortable, even though it appears to have last been updated in the late-70's. Unfortunately the neighborhood has severely degraded since my last stay in West Springfield almost 15 years ago.

Hotel is nice for it's location.beds are nice. but the sewage system isn't the greatest. The room I stayed in the toilet seat backed up. So that wasn't fun, but other than that the room and bed accomodations was nice

I wanted to rate this hotel better I really did. At check in things seemed ok. Parking lot was a little worn down but not bad. Building is your basic budget hotel. We check into our room (King bed Jacuzzi Suite). Well It was nice. I will give them that. The bed (for the small amount of time I sat on it) was comfy. The tub fits only 1 person. But that was my bad assuming it was a 2 person tub. Then the issues started. First there was a plastic bag over the smoke detector (weird) and NO WIFI. Not on 3 phones or a laptop. We got a "you timed out" but was told by the front desk "we weren't doing it right" So we show him on our phone. He resets the modem. Nothing works. Finally after walking to the front desk 4 times he says "we can move your room". He puts us in a dbl bed NO microwave.... and expects I'm going to not want a price difference. I will say at this time the front desk clerk switched with Shelly. She was wonderful!! She realized I wasn't able to enjoy my king bed or tub. She tried to find us something close and finally just gave us the difference of the rooms. The Wifi was still pretty poor. She let me use the breakfast area for my popcorn since well now I have no microwave... The DBL Bed room: Generic room. Broken table, small beds (those are not normal doubles glad we had 2 we slept apart), no microwave, broken fridge that was stuck on ice machine and froze everything. Burns holes in the blankets and floor. Blankets are paper thin. Oh and the room above us never stopped moving. We got very little sleep. I came back from working the next day to find my key card stopped working. My boyfriend needed his card replaced twice while I was at work. I showered, packed my things and left. I wasn't spending another moment. I was not even offered a break or asked if anything could be done to get me to stay. Huge waste of time and money.... Except Shelly... Shelly you rocked!

The room was clean and well supplied. (Refrigerator in the room, yes, had to go to the lobby for a microwave, but they did have HBO on the TV...!) Location is "commercial-industrial.". Just a little sketchy. "Breakfast" was pathetic. Coffee, orange juice, granola bars. They had a sign that said "for the safety and health of guest ... No breakfast until further notice." It was an adequate place to stay, but if you have "high standards" you may wish to look elsewhere - this is a "budget" hotel.

The rooms were old, musty and smelled like cigarettes or mildew. Carpets and sheets were dirty. Had to request clean sheets. The sheet covers also had cigarette burns on them. The bathtub had a mat that was dirty an also the tub was extremely cracked. Had to place a towel on the tub to shower cause it was nasty. Will not make reservations there again. The only positive thing the bed was comfy.

A solid 2 star hotel. Rooms ok, odd smell when we arrived. Bring a heavy blanket as the sheets are thin, but the bed was super comfy. Inexpensive, acceptable place to sleep. Room nice, really on the nice side, but a bit worn as would be expected of a budget hotel. Would stay here again if traveling through and needed a place to stay for a night or two. Heads up, the included breakfast has been suspended due to covid.

The room smelled like a huge ashtray. Dirty towel left in bathroom. Comforters were disgusting food on the ceiling.

Nice location, non smoking rooms were smelling like smoke very strong. Cigarette burn marks in sheets and bed. Very disappointing stay.

I did not want to give this location any stars, but it wouldn't let me post. I just left there this morning after an overnight stay. It is disgusting. Despite large signs threatening fines for smoking in the room, the coverlet on the bed had numerous burn holes and stains of unknown origin. I was checking for bed bugs & the mattress pad had what looked like grease stains. The bathroom floor had dirt crusted in the corners and there was some sort of a scary stain on the toilet lid. The glass frame of the mirror had a large chunk out of it. In other words it was basically a dump. Not a comfortable, clean room. My next note is to the parent company, Wyndham, shame on you for accepting this level of filth at your properties.

I didn’t have high expectations based if the price but I wasn’t looking for anything fancy as my family and I were going to be spending most of the days at 6flags. Pulling into the parking lot I knew I was in for a treat. There were crack heads in the parking lot and broken down cars. The coffee maker in my room was filled with mold and when I brought this to the front desks attention he simply said would you like another one? All the screens were busted off the windows. The blankets had burn holes. And there was dirt in the corners of the room. The bed was comfortable. The inside of the bathroom door near the handle was all broken like someone was trying to bust it in/out. I had to put a chair in front of the door just to feel comfortable to sleep at night.
