Beware of the thin walls. With the exception of the amorous couple next to me my first night there, it was a relatively quiet and pleasant stay. Clean and comfortable rooms, nice channel lineup, easy to see the whole parking lot. I will gladly stay here again.

The front Desk Man was very friendly and ensured a Safe and clean environment to stay at. The room was a Bit small but also spotless. Some rooms seem a little outdated but overall A very Pleasant and comfortable experience.

We weren't sure if we wanted to stay at this place, not many vehicles and hadn't heard of the name. We stopped around 11pm, the owner showed us a room and we were pleasantly surprised. spacious and clean. The owner takes pride in the property and it shows. We will be here for 4 days and will return!

I really did not have a good experience here. The people were very aggressive about not smoking and I told him I don't smoke and he was still persistent and telling me that I can. And in the first room they gave us we found the bug underneath the sheets and they denied that it was from them which was a little bit offsetting for me. And then when they put us in the other room they didn't really seem to be friendly about it almost as though we thought it was our fault. Besides that it looked clean and it was a nice facility it was just a couple minor problems. I'm sure they'll have these problems fixed by the time I visit next time

We had a long day on the road as we were traveling from Madison Wisconsin to Rhode Island. We transport boats for a living and picking one up Tuesday and Rhode Island. It was getting later in the evening already dark and found this little gem. We pulled in not too many cars we have a 25 ft dually and a 43 ft boat trailer. The tendon behind the counter was very nice and asked another guest if he was able to move his vehicle so we could turn our trailer around and be facing outward we needed that vacant vehicle spot. The guess agreed whole heartedly and accommodated us very well. The guy checking is in was very nice and the room was sufficient, clean, no bugs, quiet. We would definitely stay there again if we were in the area!!

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city of West Springfield! Extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, ,she makes our stay more easy for us since we are looking for apartments, she works with us ,supermarket ,shops,restaurants bars are within walking distance. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again RED Carpet for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!

Everyone was very nice. But it smelt very bad inside and it was very suspicious. Very cold inside.

Very terrible place got in the room got settled got in bed after driving for 3 hours started itching like crazy was only in the Room for less than an hour. Call front desk the guy was very arrogant was not refunding me not a dollar of my money myself and my husband were itching all over was beet red from itching so bad wanted to check out ask for money back even if he kept a cleaning fee I was okay with that but did not want to give me back any of my money clearly there's a bug problem in this establishment we ended up leaving and I'm just rooting the payment through my credit card... very bad businessman said the people rob him...

Room with a hot tub and only two small towels I asked for more and manager said you have plenty burn marks on the floor and bed cover looks like they got used furniture from the salvation army

Desk Clerk was disrespectful saying there was no room after saying the deposit was unreasonable because we did not have the money for the room. We did no even pay for any so called deposit when we stayed there 2 months ago and we know it is a scam. No respectable should stay in this place with rude staff and polices that discourage people from staying. Do not stay unless you want to lose your money and be completely disrespected by staff.

Horrible experience. Came to relax and couldn't even do so. People next door to us was up all night fighting. When asked can we change rooms,all they do is call the police and asked if I wanted to give a statement. No I want to be moved....Police left and it was still the same all night long. Morning time came we asked for atleast a discount. We are told that was not possible.Paid 230$For a room that is run down only good thing is the jacuzzi so we delt with it....But after the yelling all night long,not being moved when asked,or not even a discount...I will be calling my bank to fight the charges.So very very disappointed in the customer service from this establishment.

Whole hotel smelled of weed and cigarettes.. room wasn't clean. Wanted to give our son a bath but had to get permission from front desk to have a plug for the tub? Weird. Also, when packing in the morning to leave. While changing clothes, front desk worker and cleaning person opened our room and stood there while I was changing with no regard. Had to slam door. It was horrible. Dont go here!!!!

Convenient room was nice and clean but smelled of 🚬. The staff was nice

I had a wedding party over the weekend with my now new wife. Had an out of state marriage, coming from South Carolina where we live now for the past 8 years it was hard to plan things out being so far away. The manager TJ was so helpful from the beginning, I wanted a room with a Jacuzzi tub for our wedding night so the new wife and I could just relax and “Soak” in the amazing night we’d just had. Being so far away I couldn’t check out the rooms in person, so TJ had sent me his personal number and photographs of each Jacuzzi tub room. I was able to choose which one I wanted, found the biggest tub they had and asked him to even sanitize it the night before we arrived. He took care of everything for me with additional pictures to show what kind of sanitizer he used, and even had the AC unit turned on and the room cooled off for the day we checked in. He told me that night that the following checkout time would be 11 o’clock but to not worry and take our time. He said just enjoy your wedding night, so we checked out at 12:30 in the afternoon the next morning! The service was beyond amazing, and I would highly recommend this hotel. He also left snacks and water in the mini fridge in the room for us, just in case we were a little hungry getting there. TJ was amazing, and I can’t thank him enough!

The hotel service here is great the first day I checked in I was very late they where reasonable with me. Also worked with us because we are homeless through out the weeks! They are very sweet here! The rooms are nice! Love the bathrooms close to place’s to eat as well!
