There is an employee here who refuses to wear a mask. Manager does absolutely nothing to protect public or other employees. This store should be shut down as they clearly cannot/refuse to meet the criteria required to be open at this time. Shameful. If anyone who is a customer here gets sick this establishment should be ashamed! Update 6/12/20 Same Employee Jason was still working without a mask. The store manager will not do his job and allows his employees to serve and potentially sicken the public with no mask. Manager should watch video for all shifts and remove anyone who will not wear a mask.

Most the time this place is closed although it's 24 hours. Place is a joke don't waste your time trying to go here. They shut down if ebt is down or if short staff which is often. Just go to the rotary one They there always open. Place should be just closed down permanently or at least have hours They can handle.

July 14, 2020 at 1:30pm went into store was greeted, everyone was polite. The coffee woman was nice. My issue and why there should be a zero rating on this if not for those other two reasons was the older male cashier. He was handling food without a mask covering his mouth and nose. It was on his chin. He then helped out with customers but I refused to go to his line. His kiosk section had no barriers either so his germs got everywhere. I won't be back to this store especially when there's another just down the road.

I always stop in here to buy Monster Sugar free drinks. Most of the time, the Staff is friendly. They also have tasty, breakfast Sandwiches.

THE BATHROOMS IN USA Are always super dirty but this one was….. need a new language dictionary…. Most of the time it’s clean so give him a big hand

The best coffee test

The coffee is really really bad. Always. Other Cumberland farms have great coffee, but at this one it's always burnt and if you go overnight there is none made. I work down the street so I've been multiple times and at different hours.

The lady with the dreds who i assume is the manager is rude as hell. She yelled at my Cousin who is special needs and screamed at another man telling him to get out. She could have handled it in a more professional manner. Other than that the rest of the staff is friendly and eager to help you. Their prepared foods are good too

These Cumberland farm workers were great, the man who made my coffees was awesome kind funny and very polite, the cashier who took my order was great nice to know there are still nice people with great attitude s still out there thanks Cumberland farms in west springfield for hiring great kind and courteous employees was in your store on 7/25at 10:10 am

Someone needs to teach their employees about customer service. Three employees sitting behind the counter doing nothing, one of them very rude (Khan).

That’s why I like to buy my coffee at this gas station 😁
