BIG ISSUE HERE: with their policies and procedures. When you put something on layaway it’s not really available to you when you are ready to purchase. We have been waiting two months to get a couch that we paid layaway for. The delivery dates have changed THREE times causing us to miss work and other activities we put on hold. They promised delivery before Easter and then cancelled on us. My whole family had no place to sit during our holiday family gathering. That really needs to change if this business wants to compete with other outlets. Other than that we are happy with the quality of the items we purchased from here.

Ana the phone sales person was amazing - patient, kind and answered every single question I had and then some. The delivery guys were incredible. They were courteous, kind, thorough, timely and quick. I will definitely be ordering from them again. They had my bed fully set up how I asked for it in less than ten minutes. The delivery guys made me feel for sure like I picked the right company. Great job guys. was definitely white glove service from beginning to end. I rarely write reviews but had to on this one -- no hassles - no attitude at all and that is what I look for in customer service when purchasing along with great product and service!!!

After having to return a set of brand new couches an another being delayed at Bobs I was over finding different ones till I walked in Raymour and Flanigan Outlet. GREAT customer service Ana was the one that helped me pick out my couches , I absolutely love them so comfortable . Knowing when my furniture gets delivered it will fit ensures me I made the right decision.

Today my husband and I purchased a living room chair and a rug. We were helped by a wonderful sales representative named Princess. She was amazing! By far the best sales person I have ever dealt with during furniture shopping. I highly recommend visiting Princess for your next furniture purchase.

Went with a friend to help her pick out a coffee table and end tables. Linette was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and helped us find a great set at a great price. She was going above and beyond with helping us figure out our options when considering the logistics of a complete set of discontinued pieces, as well.

I had a wonderful experience at the store on Riverdale St in West Springfield. Very reasonable prices, good deals, great financing, and amazing customer service. A young woman named Princess helped me, and in a half hour I was on my way with a brand new sofa/loveseat combo and a kitchen table with 4 stools. I would recommend this place to anyone, especially first time home buyers on a budget.

We went to 6 different furniture stores looking to replace our living room sofa and love seat. Prices were all over the place with a couple stores being totally extravagant which we quickly left behind. Raymour & Flanigan Outlet store on Riverdale St in West Springfield had a large selection of decent looking sofas and sectionals on the floor. Our sales rep, Andy, was exceptionally knowledgeable about the products and took as much time as we needed to look everything over. He listened carefully to what we told him about what we were hoping to find and skillfully showed us a number of differend options. We likes a certain combination but wanted to go one more place before we committed and he was very amenable about us leaving the store without purchasing on the spot. We went to the other store, were not happy with our choices there, had lunch and returned. Andy helped us finalize our purchase at alwhat we felt was a decent price and we very easily applied for and received a revolving line of credit and will pay off the furniture interest free over the next 18 months. Andy was terrific.

Sandra was wonderful! She immediately got to know me in a few good questions and she was great! I love my sleeper sofa! The delivery service was 5 stars as well!! I am so happy with this purchase!

Just on how the product was presented, would make me go back and purchase something every time. Associate gave off a homely feeling and was honest with the knowledge of the product. And what I mean about honest, is understanding what I was looking for and what I was wiling to send. She did t make me feel as if I needed to uphold a certain look being in that type of store buying furniture

Ana was very helpful and pleasant to work with. (A few days later...) Greg and John deliverd and set up our new bed! They were extremely professional, great personalities!! We will definitely shop Raymour and Flannigan again for future needs!

Had a couch delivered from the Raymour & Flanigan Outlet. The delivery guys damaged door casings and walls. I contacted the store to let them know. I later got a call back saying they would have a licensed/insured contractor call me to set up a time to fix the damage. I never heard back. Today I got a text from the salesman we used telling me about a sale. I let him know the issues I had that were never settled. I was told that they never contacted me and that I was out of luck. I will never do business with them again.

We had a great visit, we were allowed to roam and look without being bothered. When we needed help, there was someone there. Will did a great job. The showrooms were so nicely arranged and nice to walk through. Thanks Will we will ask for you when we visit again

Excellent service. Greeted us but let us look around without nagging or hovering and checked in to see if we had any questions after quite some time. Went out of their way to move many lamps around to see which one we liked best with the furniture. Very nice as well.

We had a wonderful experience here and our sales associate Michelle was wonderful in helping us find exactly the recliner we needed. She was so kind and answered all our questions. We will definitely be returning next time we need some more furniture.

Though I wasn’t planning on a purchase yesterday I had a wonderful and pleasant Salesperson, Sandra, show me some beautiful and affordable mattresses. She explained everything so well and wasn’t pushy at all. I know this was a smart decision and I can’t wait for my new mattress to arrive so that my sleep will improve and my back pain will also be lessened.

Very good experience! We were welcomed by Melissa upon our arrival. She showed us what we described we were interested in and she was totally not pushy at all. She seemed very experienced and was very helpful and very nice. We purchased two chairs and are waiting for them to be available for pickup. The cost was very affordable and we hope that we love them as much as we think we will.

Great selection for furniture, mattresses, some decor, etc. Great customer service and prices are certainly fair based on good quality items. I was going to purchase an "assemble yourself" online but it was worth going into a brick and mortar and sit on a dozen sofas 😊. I bought a recliner sofa. I recommend!

So personable and patient! I hate looking for furniture but salesperson was wonderful! She pulled sectionals apart to show me different configurations and helped me compare what furniture would look like with swatches. So excited now to get my new furniture! Excellent service!

Back in March I purchased a recliner from Bob's Discount Furniture. My first choice, The Falcon, was "unavailable in my area" even though it was on the website. I "settled" for a Quinn. Originally they said 6 weeks delivery. It kept getting pushed back every two weeks until finally, after 3 months of waiting, they told me they had no idea when it would come in! Needless to say, I cancelled the order. I then went to Raymour & Flanigan. Thinking I would pay way more, I was pleasantly surprised to find what I truly wanted, a rocker recliner with heat massage, in stock and at a lower price! It is made by Lane. I have hade Lane furniture in the past and loved it. Needless to say, I was skeptical but made the purchase. 3 days later I received a call telling me it was in for pick up! Bob's never offered in store delivery and charged me an additional $130! I can't say enough how comfortable this chair is and how easy it was to get. All the staff at R & F in West Springfield, MA, from sales to shipping, were an absolute pleasure to deal with. After purchasing literally everything in my home from Bob's, R & F has now made me a customer for life! I could not be happier.

I went to the Raymour & Flanigan Outlet on the recommendation of my brother, who thought it was great. We were looking for a dining room table and a coffee table. A young man named Marquis was attentive, thoughtful, and helpful. He showed me the options that met the basic criteria and was able to answer all my questions completely. There was no hovering, there was no hard sell, there was no up-sale at the register. Marquis was great about keeping things below my price point as well as rolling with my sense of humor (extra points for that). I am looking forward to the furniture arriving soon, and would definitely go back for other purchases.

We bought a sofa and love seat last week. The sales person did a great job in showing us the availabilie options and selecting the set we wanted. and went to pick them up today and during pick up I noticed the two pieces seemed the same length. I questioned this and was told these were the right pieces. When we wrestled them into the house we discovered we received two love seats and no couch. It turns out the cashier rang us out for two love seats and no couch. Neather of the love seats are the ones we ordered. We reached out to the sales person who is trying to correct the problem but it appears we are going to have to pay more. Until then we will have to live with a large box in place of a couch through the xmass season.
