went

KFC

Street.
The
lobby
was
supposed
to
be
open
until
10pm
&
they
are
serving
food
until
11pm.
The
lobby
was
closed,
so
I
downloaded
the
KFC
app,
and
put
in
an
order,
which
was
paid
through
the
app.
Got
a
notification
that
my
order
was
ready.
Had
to
go
to
the
drive-thru
window
on
foot,
and
knocked
on
the
window
to
get
the
employee's
attention.
He
opened
the
window.
I
told
him
I
was
there
to
pick
up
my
order,
showed
him
the
app,
and
then
told
me
a
DoorDash
driver
picked
it
up
&
to
cancel
the
order
through
DoorDash.
I
didn't
order
through
DD.
First
lie.
Then
I
was
told
it
wasn't
ready.
Second
lie.
I
asked
to
speak
to
the
manager,
and
he
went
in
the
back,
came
back
out,
and
told
me
the
manager
said
to
cancel
the
order
through
DD
as
well,
again,
I
don't
have
DD.
I
ask
to
speak
to
the
manager
again,
and
he
goes
to
get
her,
he
doesn’t
come
back
out,
but
the
manager
does.
She
tells
me
to
cancel
the
DD
order,
again,
I
don't
have
DD.
Show
her
it's
the
KFC
app
&
the
order
has
been
paid.
She
then
told
me
they
didn't
have
the
item
I
ordered,
so
I
suggested
a
different
item,
she
told
me
that
was
not
available
either.
Then
tells
me
they
aren't
cooking
anymore.
Lie
number
3.
While
waiting
for
an
Uber
to
get
back
to
where
I
was
staying,
multiple
cars
were
going
to
the
drive-thru
&
picking
up
food.
There
were
no
bags
of
food
when
I
was
at
the
window,
which
means
they
were
cooking
food.
So,
my
money
got
stolen.
