    Horrible, Horrible and Horrible. They can care less about you being there. Rather talk to each other than you to take order and you're standing awhile. Figure order online. Nope! They forget everything. This kfc straight up sucks. Look around for something else. You're welcome.

    The order taker was quite rude. The line was extremely long for a random Monday. The food was cold and almost not thawed. It was a very poor experience. There is ample parking though and the restaurant looks great. That's why it deserves 2 stars but otherwise I had a poor experience. KFC is usually great but I am not sure what happened here.

    Do not. I repeat, do not attempt to order food after 8pm. By this time their inventory will have been depleated. (Side note: this location consistently has inventory issues.). The employees that work this shift don't have the competence to run it. My famous bowl order came with all breadcrumbs. .Drive through was at least a 20 minute wait. Before I got to the window. And another 5 mins at the window. God awful.

    I have been to this KFC about 3 times in the past 3 months. Every time I go, you can't order certain things. I like dark meat(thighs and drumsticks), but you can't order that. It's not like they don't have it, because they will allow me to have a mixture of white and dark meat. If it was near closing when I did this, I could understand. Normally, it's between 5-7pm. Any other KFC I've been to, never has this problem. Other places tell you when they don't have certain pieces and let you know it will be a wait for that. Not this KFC. Horrible service!!!

    I went to KFC Thursday, September 28, 2023 in West Springfield: 931 Riverdale Street. The lobby was supposed to be open until 10pm & they are serving food until 11pm. The lobby was closed, so I downloaded the KFC app, and put in an order, which was paid through the app. Got a notification that my order was ready. Had to go to the drive-thru window on foot, and knocked on the window to get the employee's attention. He opened the window. I told him I was there to pick up my order, showed him the app, and then told me a DoorDash driver picked it up & to cancel the order through DoorDash. I didn't order through DD. First lie. Then I was told it wasn't ready. Second lie. I asked to speak to the manager, and he went in the back, came back out, and told me the manager said to cancel the order through DD as well, again, I don't have DD. I ask to speak to the manager again, and he goes to get her, he doesn’t come back out, but the manager does. She tells me to cancel the DD order, again, I don't have DD. Show her it's the KFC app & the order has been paid. She then told me they didn't have the item I ordered, so I suggested a different item, she told me that was not available either. Then tells me they aren't cooking anymore. Lie number 3. While waiting for an Uber to get back to where I was staying, multiple cars were going to the drive-thru & picking up food. There were no bags of food when I was at the window, which means they were cooking food. So, my money got stolen.

    Normally I would be satisfied with a KFC spicy chicken sandwich and fry combo, but NOT at this location. Stopped here on our way home from vaca for a quick bite. The SPICY part of the sandwich was barely noticeable and I went to counter to get some on the side and was told they don't give it out and that DAB was normal. Guess if they didn't over salt the fries they could afford a little more sauce on the sandwich.Jyst won't go to that Location again.

    Once upon a time a 16 piece bucket need a extra box for all the chicken. I went last week and the 16 piece fit in the bucket with room to spare, Thighs same size as the wings,breasts 1/2 normal size!!!!! DOWN SIZING,I guess I'm last one to notice this, as the place was empty. No customers @4;30 really???

    Order taker/ unfriendly. Atmosphere/ fithy Food/ lukewarm to cool chicken tenders. Potatoes were hot 😊 Spicy chicken sandwich was so spicy I couldn't eat it 😩 Fries were warm. Never returning to this one. During our meal two customers returned with their food. One got wrong order, and one was complaining about his bowl.

    Wait an hour before closing.. we're told that the lobby was closed so we went through the drive-thru as we were ordering we were told that the only thing that we're available were two items so we got them..spent 36$ I'm the driest chicken I've ever had my life.. never again

    Worst place to get food from. Everyone walks around mumbling, staring at you like you’re not supposed to be there, walking around looking at customers at the counter then walking away. They make you wait 10 minutes for something as simple as a drink. When you place your order they stare at you like you speak another language. If you order from the app you’ll be waiting there an 45 minutes before your drinks are even handed to you. When they are handed to you they’re incorrect. When you finally get your food it’s made wrong. Fire the whole crew.

    Many people love it..and I like it to but I can't eat it. It's food it's to salty for me..I trayed but I can't have all that salt..I get sick..wish they would use less salt on their food..

    I left a review for the main street store, here is my follow up with this store. I drove here because the Springfield store was closed and locked ( with staff inside) 2hours before the store closed. Imagine getting to West Springfield and being told they aren't serving tenders or sandwiches for the rest of the night. Its like the prices if everything has gone up, and my money is still the same, yet wasting my gas driving around for some KFC will be over.

    I ordered a good sized order on door dash and after a hour and some change they cancelled my order, I will not recommend this location to anyone. If a store cannot fulfill a order then they should let the consumer know right when they order instead of waiting a hour and some change for their food.

    I ordered fried chicken online and picked it up after shopping at the nearby Costco. The people there were friendly and waited for just one or two minutes. I love the black pepper flavor. The chicken is a little salty for me.

    The restaurant is clean inside, the staff upfront was pleasant and helpful. The food is what you expect for KFC. It was hot and tasty. However, I will try to say this nicely but I felt terrible 4 hours later. Let's just say the evening was spent on the "throne" deciding that KFC is off my quick stop list.

    If you use the KFC app, order items, then get to the store to find out they are out of the items you requested there are many hoops you must jump through to get your money back. Using this app does not allow a refund at the designed store you chose your items to be at. You must call KFC headquarters and file a report with one operator then another with the actual refund department operator(s). Not a great experience and I won't support KFC any longer.

    Ordered food from them with a online order drove 16 min to pick it up waited in the huge line and got told everything I ordered was out of stock when on the site it said everything was in stock, and got told my money will be refunded in a couple of days I never was so disappointed before at any food chain. Would love a gift card for the inconvenience please contact me.

    This place does not pay attention to what their doing how I order a 8 piece chicken and a 8 piece tender fill up box for the crew which is also suppose to come with fries and when it gets to my house I’m missing 8 tenders and no fries. Get it together back there

    Ordered a classic sandwich no pickle add cheese and they did it no issue 2 days ago. Tried again today and they just refused saying they can't do that only if I order Diablo sandwich. I don't know if that is policy but either train your employees how to do it or give me my slice of cheese that I'm willing to pay for!

    If you think you are going to force me to use that stupid computer to order your mistaken I walked out 2 times without ordering and you lost a good customer that would always stop in and order every day I pay with cash I will not order from that stupid computer I will never eat at kfc again as long as you force me to order from it and kfc was my favorite place to eat
