Whenever we get our car serviced at Firestone on Robert Street, this is where we go to wait. Caribou coffee actually makes the wait so much worth it. Very chill atmosphere, and you don't feel rushed to leave. Always a great choice of food and snacks.

Great staff and some of the hardest workers I’ve ever seen. Always a pleasure to come and sit for a spell.

On my way here I got an important call so I had to park before Going in to the drive thru I spent sometime talking. this woman comes parks right next to me. Appears annoyed that I'm parked here, she is wearing a caribou tag. Then she comes out of the building, enters her vehicle after looking annoyed at me being parked here again, she hits my door with her yellow car door and then leaves, I don't know what this is all about, but I hope they have cameras out here, ridiculous behavior, there is plenty of parking available. I just parked wherever I found first. And she had the need to show me that. Maybe this is their parking for being workers? or whatever, ridiculous. My truck is parked correctly inside the space, she had this tiny car and was hitting my truck, if i wasn't in the middle of a call and uncertain of whether or not I was at fault on the parking side of things, she would've gotten a nice earful, no where does it say exclusive parking

Ample seating, very cleaning inside. I can tell when the employees are getting a little burnt out in the evenings. Oftentimes see loiterers and people sleeping inside and people walking around asking for bus/gas money.

Quick friendly service, good coffee. I've been to this location multiple times and received the same level of service and product every time

Fairly big inside. Tables are well spaced out. They were busy but it wasn't crowded. Multiple choices in seating were free at 11 on a Sunday. Good service. Definitely a routine visit place in the making.

Note: Lobby closes early! at 7:30pm on Sunday's, only drive threw open until 9pm. Two older white homeless guys in there sleeping. They seemed harmless, but kinda odd and sad. Wish lobby was open later. Great interior decoration and feel. Pretty clean too. Glad it's in the neighborhood.

I’m unsure what happen over the year but service is EXTRA slow, workers are rude, lines are long and they ignore inside at the counter for a long time only focusing on the drive through…. This use to be my favorite caribou … now I can go without

Very rude unprofessional will not get your order right! they told me to come back and then Refused to honor a refund!! The lady refused to give me the management name she kept saying that she is the manager her name is RAY

Caribou is by far my favorite Coffee place. Try their hot Turtle Mocha - it's the BEST! Of course it's a bit spendy, but it's a way to treat myself.

I love Caribou SO much! The flavors are fantastic and the service is excelling! Drink I ordered was a little melty when they handed it to me, but the flavors were still there.

Do the drive thru a couple times a week, the employees alway have mobile order ready to go when I get there. I get an iced Campfire Mocha with a full shot of caramel. When not ordering ahead, I'd like to be able to have my own cup instead of the plastic they have, but apparently you can only do that when going in.

I love their cappuccinos. It's a little confusing that they no longer take your name to get your order.

The coffees have began to taste poorly made, honestly. Will not be coming back for a while. On the other hand the employees are very kind.

Breakfast was good I ordered a chicken and chorizo burrito which was okay, probably wouldn't get it again because it was nice sized, but too bland for my liking. Also had a blueberry bagel toasted and caramel high rise cooler extra caramel drizzle and a whole shot of caramel and that was made to perfection! I almost slipped on ice going in and coming out of this location, but everything was shoveled and salted. There was just drips coming from the rain water gutter onto the front sidewalk and it was so cold it was freezing and made it slippery!

I was just at this Caribou and stood in front of the register for 5 minutes. There were 3 persons working. One person made eye contact with me, and looked away. No one said May I help you or I will be with you in a minute. I go to this Caribou every weekday as I work in the area. I left, no one bothered.

Always greeted friendly , plenty of smiles.No problems here but…The cost for a coffee these days has just gotten ridiculous.Almost $8.00 for an extra large mocha. OMG
