Ridiculously long waits to collect items ordered online! One person on the till up in the men's section. Kept serving customers at the till and ignoring all the customers waiting to collect 🤬🤬

I know a lot if people who love this store, yes the clothes are good quality but for me personally i would rather purchase 2-3 items than pay athd same for 1.

Went to collect product ordered by my daughter in another country.Only had thank you email and payment confimation.Manageress not prepared to search via name.Totally inflexible and uncooperative of the situation.What more can you say other than shop elsewhere for better customer service attitude and product quality.

Only one staff member on tills on Saturday, madness. Because of this I couldn't complete my purchase.

Good but very busy at time of visit. Men's section upstairs along with home section. Staff friendly and helpful. Some items were out of stock and not a great selection of men's clothing but might be due to the size of the upstairs floor.

I pick up my order today and use the machine to put the number they sent you by text and the staff is very attentive and no queue. Excellent 👍

Lorraine, the 'manager' needs a real lesson in not only how to treat customers but people in general. Disgraceful treatment of my elderly mother, blunt and rude. I requested to speak to the manager on the phone, at first she refused then I heard her ask my mother, "she's not going to be all shouty is she"? She was also eating when she finally came to the phone. She caused so much difficulty in my mother picking up her slippers that I requested a refund in the end so we could go elsewhere. Well done Next, another dissatisfied customer

This place is a mess. You can’t find your size and the staff was so unfriendly. No one has a name tag on do you have no idea who works there, or who is trying to sort through the mess of clothing. This was my first visit and I am so disappointed.
