I'm
surprised
this
location
is
still
in
business.
Absolutely
worst
customer
service
and
horrible
food
(see
pics).
Came
in
at
6:30PM
on
a
Wednesday
evening.
Two
customers
waiting
inside,
no
one
in
line.
It
took
almost
ten
minutes
to
place
my
order.
No
greeting
or
any
kind
of
customer
service
from
Shafeek.
It
took
35
minutes
to
get
my
simple
order
of
fries
and
two
tacos.
While
waiting
I
noticed
that
one
of
the
kitchen
workers
touched
the
food
(salad,
chicken)
without
gloves.
Additionally,
Shafeek
got
both
orders
of
the
two
parties
ahead
of
me
wrong.
The
woman
already
drove
off
and
had
to
return
because
she
only
got
half
of
her
order
and
the
other
couple
waiting
also
got
their
order
wrong.
When
I
asked
Shafeek
why
there
is
an
almost
40
minute
wait
he
was
rude
and
said
he
already
announced
that
they
were
short
staffed.
Lie,
he
only
mentioned
that
the
chicken
will
take
longer.
Also
if
you
are
short
staffed
why
is
the
guy
in
the
kitchen
diddling
with
his
phone
for
ten
minutes
instead
of
prepping
food?
Do
not
go
there.
They
do
not
care
about
customer
service
or
the
quality
of
their
food.
I
emailed
KFC/TB
but
of
course
only
got
the
standard
BS
response
"We
appreciate
your
feedback
and
take
this
very
seriously".
OK
then
start
with
replacing
this
joke
of
a
crew.
