I have been getting my eye brows threaded for years now and this visit was the worst one ever. I go to the same place back home and they are great. The woman basically took off my whole left eyebrow. Making it so thin and ruining the shape I had. And the right eyebrow is a little thicker but still too thin. I don’t have thin eyebrows and you can tell my shape and thickeness by looking at my eyebrow. I went in for a cleanup and she completely destroyed my eyebrows. Thin eyebrows are not the trend so it doesn’t even make sense why she would make them so thin. I will never be coming back to this place again. And thank you for ruining two years of growing out my eyebrows.

Services in Plymouth meeting branch are amazing. I absolutely loved the way owner took care of my eyebrows. One in Exton is good but does not take card payments.

Absolutely highly recommend this location. Subia is THE BEST. She has been threading my eyebrow for over 3 years. She is kind, considerate and listens to me when I tell her what I like. She is personable and very professional. I would not go to anyone else. I am a mom of 3 young children and I plan my time accordingly so that I can have my eyebrows done only by the best. Absolutely horrible customer service!!!! went in she asked eyebrow? she said 20 mins someone else came in she said one of u can get it done? I look at her I said how much is ur charge she replied 12 dollars) pls I get mines threaded for 5 dollars after reading all these comments im glad i didnt get it done she would have messed it up! im glad i let the other grl go ahead! I went there cuz I was in a hurry..but never again I wouldn't go! I can agree This was the worst customer service I have seen esp with that attitude!!

Mandeep is the best. Every time I go to get my eyebrows done, I am so happy with the result. The Zara Brow Bar is my one and only place to go and get my eyebrows done.

Bad customer service every time I go. This most recent time, had an appointment for 7PM and wasn't seen until 7:25. When the lady came out she asked me if another customer who hadn't been waiting as long could be seen first because her service wouldn't take as long. I will say they are good with eyebrow threading but they are never good with waxing any area, they always leave hair behind.
