Avoid this hotel if you can.... It cannot be called as hotel. It's a luxury lodge. No restaurant, just three tables with chairs. Room I stayed had one side full glass over looking road and building opposite, but curtains don't cover entire window making it visible for everyone. Bed coffee requested at 6.30, got bt 7.30. CP breakfast was a catorie pongal!!! That too bought from tea shop opposite. Ultimately they billed for two PAX when staying alone, and they said have no provision for correction. PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL... oopss... Sorry, LUXURY LODGE.

Tiny rooms but good services & polite & manager & receptionists. Good hospitality. All kind of shopping places nearby good restaurants r nearby.... totally satisfied

In total this hotel is mediocre but I'd venture to say above average for the area. Sleeping space was small but seemingly clean and adequate. The bathroom could use a good scrub to make it feel more inviting. Staff seemed helpful, but I wasn't overly happy with the reception desk speaking in Tamil and laughing as they looked my way, on several occasions. I wouldn't stay here again based on that interaction. They did hold our bags for many hours which was very helpful. The site could use more food options on site

Room is neat, clean, spacious. Very good service as well. Only let down is the breakfast All days same food . We have a team staying there for almost 20days and counting. They accepted and changed the regular breakfast to a different one. But they won't provide tea or coffee.

Located in RS Puram Bar is good. Only Fosters beer was available. There are no lodging room with smoking. All the rooms are for non Smokers. Excess ₹500 will be charged for Smokers (If smoked inside the lodge room)

Room Service was good and convenient. They were humble

The property is located nearby a small stream with a view of tea estate in the background. Worth place for the price they quote. It's better to book with them directly instead of any other booking sites. You can include the maximum capacity (4 people in normal room and 6-8 people in twin bed room) without any extra charges. The managers are also very good and will help with all requests. They will also assist with local cab/Jeep for trekking and site seeing. Rate will be much cheaper than booking on our own. The property is located underground. So you will be seeing only the name board and parking from the street. You may need to walk 250 meters from the bus stand to reach the place.

Rooms are reasonably maintained. However the TV wasn't working for two days. You need to ask for replenishing a bottle of drinking water every morning. Water glass has to be requested seperately. These basic facilities, though available at the hotel, have to be asked for. No breakfast reminder. Complimentary breakfast is homely and hot, procured from outside. There is no restaurant in the hotel. Only a Bar.!!! Staff is polite, but need training to make them efficient. Location is its main plus point. S reasonable place to stay if you are on work, and are not spending much time in the room except at night to rest. The basics like a tea coffe kettle and tea coffe sachets are not available. I think that they should invest in this necessity, for tea or coffee for the guest to have in the room. More so because no catering is available in the hotel. Room was cozy enough but the washroom was not up to the mark. Bit high priced. Location is good.

I checked the hotel at 7th July, from that day internet is not available in the hotel. I checked with Manager Ravindran. I tried to explain about the issue. But he is not ready to listen. Till 14th I was patiently asked. But no response. While checking the internet speed it’s showing 3 mbps. Took the home connection and giving for all the hotel customers. Third class management especially manger don’t know how to speak with customers. Bar, Security and Service staff all are same. If you don’t know the issue better take help from subject expertise and don’t shout on customers

No restaurant, so we have to go out for everything. They do get breakfast/ coffee/ Tea etc from outside, but by the time it reaches the hotel, the coffee is not so hot, just lukewarm. Besides, they have to improve their cleanliness quotient. After having pointed out the leaking wash basin and hand shower, they got them fixed immediately. Even hot water was not available , there seemed to be some issue with the water heater.

Me and my friend stayed there for a day and they have good rooms and the location is also very good but their service is pathetic and very bad,they think like we are staying there with their cash and the guy sitting in reception have no care attitude towards us. Not at all adjusting on bill or service. He makes the stay horrible for us. And he thinks as if, we are staying in house for free. Please make him understand this is not the way to behave to a customer. And let please eliminate him to some other role as him sitting in front make your business go way down to hell. Thanks.

They need change the beds very old and toilet is very smelly 😸, need lots of improvement 😭

Stayed for a day. Very friendly front desk and staffs. Room though very small , maintained neat and clean. Bathrooms are just okey as hard water made all fittings looks gloomy. Bar is available within the property,parking space is very much congested. Room price is quite okey considering location of the property

Very poor response...u hav to go down for everything for hot water room services...they wont pic up the call at anytime in intercom...no restaurent in hotel...have to wait for morning complimentary breakfast tht will be provided at 8.30AM.....

Worst behaviour ever I seen in Coimbatore. It’s shame for the name of Coimbatore. Don’t go to this hotel they ll not respect you.

Every about this place was awesome. The staffs, the breakfast, the stay, the comfort I had , the staffs are the main thing. They're very courteous. I'm from Kerala and they treated me very well. Mr.vijay was really great . He made my 10 days long stay more comfortable and relaxed.. every day they did housekeeping . Gave water every day. Got wifi. And I would definitely suggest staying here if ur new to coimbatore

I'm not sure about the hotel but this is the worst bar ever I visited in Coimbatore. The service staff is too old and didn't give chicken

Location is very much comfortable for a calm stay. Good vegetarian hotels, temples, shops are in walkable distance. Railway station is about 3 kms.

A decent place to stay if you are using the rooms for a resting purpose. Comfortable rooms. There was complimentary breakfast, we chose to eat out. No restaurant attached.
