    If smell was captured in a photo there would be several. OMG the smell of cleaning products and ammonia is so thick our noses are running and sleeping for a quick highway stop. Our total time in the room was just over 5 hours (1am-6am) and all of our eyes burn. The air is reading 60deg blowing cold air although we turned it to 76 when we came in (I believe the thermostat isn't talking to the system because the fan blows even when we turn it off, and on heat it is clearly blowing cold air.) Of the four outlets we could find three of them don't work. We were forced to charge phones in the bathroom. Plus, the toilet connections are leaking and the bathroom floor is wet pretty much everywhere. (We just keep telling ourselves it's clean water leaking). The bathroom door won't shut because it looks like it has been forced open with a tool and damaged. Other than all that.... The room was excellent for a highway hotel ....

    I arrived at 1am, the front desk person was terrible. Not friendly at all. I asked if there were upgrades (I”m a Diamond member) to what she answered “NO WE’RE SOLD OUT” in a very rude tone. She gave me my room key and turn around to leave… I asked if she going to give me water (usually Diamond member are given water uppn ck in), she turned around and said very rudely “ you can grab it from the cooler yourself!”. I got to the room and the blinds were up with the whole room exposed to outside and the blinds did not work so I couldn’t close them. I called the front desk and she rudely said she had nobody to go fix that and no other rooms! I had to go to sleep completely exposed to outside, needless to say, I couldn’t sleep at all. I complained about it in the morning and the manager at the desk looked at me as if I was crazy and said not a word. I asked for the room to be cleaned and the blinds fixed, still nothing to say but “have a good day”. I returned at night and the blinds were fixed but the room was not cleaned! I complained in the morning again to the same people and they said sorry and that was it. Not once a manager came to talk to me or contact me to apologize for the terrible service and experience! And I could not sleep at all the 1st night!

    Excellent staff, very clean hotel and rooms. Breakfast was very good, all the items I tried were fresh and hot, not always the case in some hotels. I had one or two small problems which the staff took care of immediately and completely. Overall a very nice stay and hotel. Thank you to all the staff!

    The Hilton Garden Inn is a very nice place to stay. The room was clean and didn't smell stale or old. It has a nice big window for a nice view. It has a computer Rm, a gym, and a pool. They also have full breakfast which I think should be complimentary instead of paying an extra fee. I just wish it was cheaper. But it's best to reserve a room cause they fill up quickly. It's also attached to a restaurant.

    The hotel was clean and tidy. Staff were nice. Location is close to restaurants and a target for emergency shopping whilst away from home. The only problem I had was extremely sticky tables in the restaurant area. I tested more than one to be sure before writing this.

    Stayed here for 3 nights for a conference in the area, I will definitely stay here if I am ever back in the area. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the public areas were very well kept. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The highlight was the servive; this hotel may have had the friendliest staff I have ever met at a hotel. It went beyond simple customer service.

    Unfortunately, I was not able to enjoy my stay. The AC in the room did not work well which resulted in me not being able to sleep through the night. There was a technical issue with the television in the room which made watching TV unenjoyable. The gym equipment was neglected. There were also other minor issues with equipment in the room. Overall, the stay at $149 was unacceptable and I definitely expected more given the premium they charge compared to other hotels in this area. Breakfast was also not included in the price. However, I will say that the room was clean as well as the rest of the hotel. The staff was also very polite. The owner/manager of the hotel should place more importance on inspecting the rooms and repairing malfunctioning or broken equipment if they want to operate in the 3 star hotel realm.

    The positive was the rooms appeared to be clean. We were disappointed because we had specifically as for adjoining rooms with one being handicapped because we an elderly family member with us. The girl we made our reservations with assured us that would not be a problem. When we arrived that was not the case. We did get a handicapped room but the connecting room was not available nor could they come up with anything else. Please do not promise what you cannot deliver! I was also surprised that breakfast was not included at the price that they charged.

    We are on our third room. First was on the party floor, tried three times plus talking to the mass of people next door about taking the noise down. This happened from 10:30 pm to 11:30 pm. Next room had blood or something red all over the desk and on the floor. Next downsized room is ok. TV has a permanent blue tint to it! What can you do! Might have to try Super 8 at least price matches what you get! Also dated, not up to Hilton standards.

    First time at a Hilton. It was really nice. Very modern, clean and quiet. Every staff member I encountered were friendly and helpful. The location was not the best.

    I’ve never stayed in a hotel before where I could hear every step the person on the floor above me took. It’s like a poorly made apartment complex. Absolutely terrible. I’m paying over $200 to get absolutely no sleep. The hotel definitely needs renovations, but with the absolute lack of any sound proofing, may as well tear it down and start from scratch. I contemplate leaving as I type this.

    Great Hilton Garden. The room was very clean and very spacious since we had a pack n play. Everything was modern. It was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave. Continental breakfast isn’t free even though there was a sign the night before sayogg n buffet was free. It was a little confusing. The beds were very comfortable. I liked how spacious the hallways were and the high ceilings.

    Wife wife and family were traveling back from Mass and were so tired, they needed to stop. I went on line and booked the a hotel at this location. They said the room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It is as a great place for them to stay on a rainy Sunday night.

    We used this hotel for my son's wedding guests and everything was wonderful! The Director of Sales, Paul Biancheri, was fantastic throughout the whole process. He was very helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

    Everyone, front desk and more the guys in the kitchen very friendly. Since we walked in they had a smile despite it was midnight. And in the morning the guy that cleans the tables was offering us the food available and it was almost 10am they were about to close the kitchen and he didn’t mind and waited for us to get what we needed.
