I
arrived
at
1am,
the
front
desk
person
was
terrible.
Not
friendly
at
all.
I
asked
if
there
were
upgrades
(I”m
a
Diamond
member)
to
what
she
answered
“NO
WE’RE
SOLD
OUT”
in
a
very
rude
tone.
She
gave
me
my
room
key
and
turn
around
to
leave…
I
asked
if
she
going
to
give
me
water
(usually
Diamond
member
are
given
water
uppn
ck
in),
she
turned
around
and
said
very
rudely
“
you
can
grab
it
from
the
cooler
yourself!”.
I
got
to
the
room
and
the
blinds
were
up
with
the
whole
room
exposed
to
outside
and
the
blinds
did
not
work
so
I
couldn’t
close
them.
I
called
the
front
desk
and
she
rudely
said
she
had
nobody
to
go
fix
that
and
no
other
rooms!
I
had
to
go
to
sleep
completely
exposed
to
outside,
needless
to
say,
I
couldn’t
sleep
at
all.
I
complained
about
it
in
the
morning
and
the
manager
at
the
desk
looked
at
me
as
if
I
was
crazy
and
said
not
a
word.
I
asked
for
the
room
to
be
cleaned
and
the
blinds
fixed,
still
nothing
to
say
but
“have
a
good
day”.
I
returned
at
night
and
the
blinds
were
fixed
but
the
room
was
not
cleaned!
I
complained
in
the
morning
again
to
the
same
people
and
they
said
sorry
and
that
was
it.
Not
once
a
manager
came
to
talk
to
me
or
contact
me
to
apologize
for
the
terrible
service
and
experience!
And
I
could
not
sleep
at
all
the
1st
night!
