I’ve asked them multiple times to WEAR GLOVES.The customers can see you & it’s disgusting. I watched this man make my beef with his bare hands and proceeded to clean with a dirty rag. It’s a shame because the food is good but I can never go back.

The food is really good and reasonably priced. The building looks a little old and isn't in the best of locations. This is most likely the only reason the place isn't super packed every day. Im on a mission to try and italian beef at every single place i possibly can. The italian beed here is good. Honestly its a bit hard to tell them apart. I give it an 8 out of 10. Only because i never had a 10 and can only think of one 9. 😁. If i get cheese i like it on top of the beef not down in the bun. Over all i like this place and will return. Thanks.

It has been more years that I can count since the last time I got to have Donald's Famous Hot Dogs. There was one not too far from where I grew up that I got to stop at on occasions and I've been to them in other parts of the city and surrounding area. I know I've driven past this one but I don't think I've ever stopped at it before. But since I am in the area and it was lunch time I wasn't going to pass up the opportunity. I was going to have to eat while driving and it was pouring rain outside so I took a chance in their drive-thru and ordered something simple. I just ordered their two hot dogs with fries combo and got the dogs plain. Ordering was easy and the employees were friendly. The french fries were everything I remembered being a straight cut fry with just the right amount of salt and coming in a paper sack. It has been a long time since I last had plain hot dogs and these were everything I remember about eating them. They tasted like memories and I wish I had more. This was the perfect meal to get me through the day and then price was spot on. One of the things I've learned about good food is that it often comes from places that look their age. Donald's have always looked to me like places that have been around forever. The food though is everything you want it to be.

A nice place for a tasty burger but I do have to say the fries made the dish better then ever. The seasoning was on point with these fries. Had a dog wasn't to bad but the burger was filled with good flavor. Nice to know as well free refills, to me that's always a plus.

I didn't have any expectations before we tried Donald's, but after, I felt a little disappointed. I ordered the chicken Greek salad and my hubby ordered the Italian beef. The salad looked delicious, but I had to deconstruct and reconstruct the salad in order to enjoy it. There was a mound of onions, pits still in the olives (that I did choke on), big chunks of cheese and peppers. The chicken was seasoned well though. The lemonade could have used more flavor, it tasted watered down. My husband enjoyed his sandwich, I just wish my experience was all positive as well.

Food was great. Service was good and cost was reasonable. Can't ask for much more than that in the fast food world.

Customer service was great but I can’t say the same for the Italian Beef I ordered. The meat was unflavored and tough with an old taste to it. The only thing that had flavor and tasted fresh was the fries. 🤦🏽‍♀️ I would usually keep going if the parking lot is empty and on this particular day. I wished I would’ve followed my first mind.

Friendly staff and good food. I always get the Greek salad with chicken or gyro meat and have them make it into a chop salad. The best!!! Oh and the portions awesome. I promise there's salad underneath 😁. That's how awesome this salad used to look like but now with new ownership never more. Not the same food and watching the 2 clowns at the front counter is a joke. Tweeddle-dee & Tweeddle-dum.

Pork chop sandwich was good but the onions were old. How hard is it to cut up a fresh onion? The fries were good.

Saw this place on my way to Loyola Medical, decided I needed to try it. I had a beef sandwich, bowl of cream of broccoli soup, french fries, and a strawberry shake. Everything was great! The Italian beef is the owner's own recipe, not all peppery like another chain I know. This was better. Fries were lightly seasoned, not too crisp, not greasy. Soup was great, and the shake was excellent! I'm definitely gonna stop again next time I'm in the area! Only 2½ miles from Brookfield Zoo so if you're taking a family day trip, I recommend you stop in and grab a bite to eat here! Tell the owner I sent you!

My girlfriends family drove us here and they all complained about the orders and sizes of hot dogs but idk man I can't eat beef so I was happy. I just sat and vibed Smelled like sweat and pits and stinky stinkyy

The fries were really good. The beefs, very flavourful and not too soggy. The burger, I'm afraid I won't reorder. It was too plain and the patty tasted old and frozen. Not fresh at all, just odd. This place is great, overall. Our cashier was very patient with our kids regardless of how busy they were and confirmed order twice before charging. I appreciate her service.

Love the Chicken Ceasar on Pita with Americancheese! Fries were fresh and hot! Had cream of broccoli soup that was amazing!

Donald used to be the spot where the burgers and dogs would hit. But lately the food has downgraded. From homemade patty’s to frozen patty’s…. We’ll be my last time going to Donald’s. Over price for 2 burgers and dogs smh

Loaded beefs but even wet the meat seemed slightly tough...it's an okay place,but spend the money get one from pops on Ogden or Portillos anywhere!

The quality of food has went down, the food use to be so good that I got the same thing everytime I went, chicken pita with fries the quality has went down that I threw 1/2 of my food away what a waste & the prices has went up, I wish they have the girls back because the guy they have at the window don't know what he's doing. It doesn't really matter because I will NEVER be back there again!

Fries were fresh but the oil stayed on my pallet after i ate them but the portions are very generous, Very good rib tips and Gyro. 👍

Went here recently and could not be happier ! The food was great plus the girl at the register was so funny & helpful I would go back for her alone !
