I don’t like writing poor reviews. I have avoided this location for quite a while due to poor quality and lackluster service in the past. I was really craving chili and a baked potato tonight so off I went.. I ordered a baked potato with bacon & cheese (spoiler alert: this is the only thing they made properly), a large chili, medium frosty and a large diet Dr Pepper for an office co-worker. The frosty was the wrong size and they argued about giving the proper size as listed on the receipt. When I got back to the office I noticed that the “large chili” was only 3/4 full and the crackers had trashed packaging, with some being already opened. The large DDP was not the right drink. It was some poorly calibrated sugared drink that was undrinkable for my diabetic coworker. I had also mentioned to them that the prices they were charging for their drinks were not the same as on their menu board (there was a 10.38% price difference). Their poorly trained window persons response was “prices are going up everywhere, it’s call inflation”. Frankly I don’t give two shakes what you charge but be accurate with what you post and drop your pathetic attitude. There is a reason why I have avoided this location for more than 2 years. No thank you. Not again…

Okay dude straight up I stopped here right after we left the dispensary so I was a little high but it's legal out here so turn up. I got the double baconator meal with extra cheese and all the veggies, fries and a coke, a 10 piece nuggets with sweet and sour sauce and a chocolate frosty becusse chocolate is the way to go forsure. Now I know know sounds like a lot of food and it was but I ate it all and it was delicious! Everything was cooked great and the service was awesome. I can't complain at all. If you're in the area hit them up I loved it.

The service was better than the food. We ordered drive thru and I usually once check to make sure the order is correct, not if the fries are old and hard to eat. Not sure how long the fries where sitting there, but not tasty at all.

Great location off the highway. Clean, modern looking location, staff were kind, one of the guys that took our order seemed to REALLY enjoy his job if you catch my drift. Good food, turned out as expected. Might go again if I am in the area.

Who ever is right now at the drive thru was very very rude! They are not taking orders right now and they couldn't be nice to just let me know about it she had to yelled at me to cancel my mobile order like there's no other restaurants so just came to MCDONALD'S yay!

This Wendy's is awful. Beyond slow with tons of employees. Line at the counter with one person running it who just walks away to do other stuff. They need to get some serious management in here. I ended up leaving and not eating lunch today after waiting several minutes for them to take the order from the person in front of me. But as stated the person taking orders left. So, I'm not waiting indefinitely when lunch breaks are time sensitive. Totally uncalled for, you never have this issue with Mcdonalds or Burger King but always at Wendy's. And their app is awful as well. Couldn't even place my order via the app hence me going inside in the first place. Save yourself and just get one of the other numerous options near by.

Only one of the sandwiches wasn't a hockey puck and they forgot a sandwich as well. Or if this is the other Wendy's 15 minutes from this one they were closed before they were supposed to be so I had to drive to the other one. Both were disappointing though. A lot of fast food restaurants around here have went downhill majorly. I don't do fast food very often so when I do I want what I ordered to be etible. Northern CO seems like the only quality restaurants out there anymore for fast food. Denver is horrible fast food wise and surrounding areas besides Boulder and the Springs. Do better. It's fast food not gourmet complicated meals smh so how y'all mess up this bad is ridiculous. Find different employment if you are that incompetent and lazy.

This is hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had I’ve worked in customer service for going on 17 years. I’ve never had an employee of an establishment blatantly be disrespectful or talk trash, right in front of your face not only to the other coworkers, but the other people in the restaurant this is absolutely rude and disrespectful. I will be contacting corporate multiple times if necessary until something is done about this.

I usually mobile order because I have limited time on my lunch, but this store always does an amazing job, food comes out right, hot, and ready to eat. If you want a good store to mobile order on this is the one that will get it right!

Whole restaurant is dirty. The soda machine was dumping ice all over the floor, there were very few options for drinks. We waited for 10+ minutes for our food. The service here is atrocious. We asked for a manager, the guy taking orders is awful and rude and clearly doesn’t care. Other people have been served before us even though we had been here first. Kids name is Mario. He messed up many orders, he clearly doesn’t care. He was the one who walked past the ice on the floor. He was digging in his nose, his rear end and touching food. This place is filthy. Do NOT go here.

Staff is confused, walking back and forth like they keep forgetting what they are doing, taking items out of my bag, putting them back in. And someone please explain why I ordered an oatbar and they gave me a cookie instead??? Why is my order taking 20 minutes??? *update: they gave me 2 entries PLUS a side when I ordered only one and no side. I would say it was a score but NO, the English muffins were BOTH SOAKED WITH GREASE. Like a sponge, just dripping oil. Only ate one and the potatoes were old and dry from a heat lamp. This location was the worst! :(

I live down the block. It’s fast food nothing extraordinary. I have a certain order though and it’s like a 50/50 whether or not they get it right at night after I get off work. I get a #10 classic no ranch. They often give it to me with no bacon or spicy. I’ve had to take my sandwich back twice before. So yeah 3 star well deserved sitting here with a spicy sandwich and stale fries. Thanks.

I go here quite often since it's one of only 4 places to eat within a reasonable distance. Half the time my burgers are not freshly made. They won't serve cyclists after the lobby closes and the drive through is the only option.

Pretty good Wendy's. Service is usually on point, food is what you would expect from a Wendy's. Not bad for a quick lunch.

One of the few places close, due to my work schedule. On more than one occasion have wanted a late meal, lobby has always been closed before lobby hours. Last visit called to be sure lobby would be open as advertised. Showed up at 9:15 lobby was closed. Called in and was told the lobby was dirty so they closed to clean it, as they are allowed to do this

Used to be great few weeks back but when I was in there few days ago I stood at the register waiting to order for like 10 minutes when the lady at the drive through reminded the other guy people were waiting he just brushed it off and made people wait

We come here often and the wait staff is so kind and friendly. They always are quick and if so etching is wrong fix it immediately. Our toddler begs to go to Apple Bee's because they are just such an amazing atmosphere too!

The inside was clean, nice seating, outlets and wifi available. And their food was so fresh. They got my order wrong but corrected it almost immediately. Definitely one of the better Wendy's I've been to!

Food is always fast and fresh. Service is outstanding and friendly. I usually drive 6 miles out of my way to go to this location. I get off at 11pm and this place is still open by the time I get off work and drive from Denver. Can't say enough great about this Wendy's. Just FYI, I almost never give 5 stars, this store is a very strong 4. 👍 oh their chili cheese fries are really good.
