This Pizza Hut is awesome Service from a lovely helpful staff member named Nethmi was exceptional The pizza we had at this restaurant was just the best. The right amount of topping and served hot to our table. The garlic bread was perfect with the right amount of garlic butter per slice The mango juice was thick just how we love it Everything from service to food was awesome The restaurant is not large but can accommodate a few groups They have a party room upstairs I will definitely be back here again

Really amazing service. Food preparation was quick and the 2 girls working there who looks like twins to me because of the masks are really friendly.

I went there last week. There service was extremely poor. I will never go there again and I have informed my friends & relatives as well. Out of the lot somebody called Roshan is the worst one, he has big attitude problem and doesn’t know how to talk to people. I would have canceled the order but the one who served us is better among them, as a respect for him I thought to keep quiet. Pizza hut sets example for customer service but it’s time to look back at your own staff before your customers will search for alternatives.

The staff are friendly and always willing to help. The speed of food preparation and the quality of ingredients are excellent. Good value for money and taste of food is also good. However, convenient parking facilities were not available.

We tried their offer where you order a large pan pizza and get a free medium classic pizza. The large pizza was the sausage pizza and the medium one was the cheese pizza. It was delivered on time but I have to say pizza hut is losing their quality and standard size of their pizzas. The crust was oily and soggy. The toppings tasted bland. This reminded me why I have not tried pizza hut in almost two and a half years in Sri Lanka. It is not worth the money you spend. And though it looks like there is a lot of sausages on the pizza trust me these are thinly sliced just to make it look like they have been generous.

The staff is excellent! They are very friendly and humble. The atmosphere inside is okay. Some times they have live music as well. The Food is the same as every other Pizza Hut, so the food was good. Overall it is a good place to grab a bite with a group of people.

Averagely good. Small parking area available for the customers. High traffic area in peek and non peek hours. Food is ok as usual quality. Customer service needs to be improved. Lady is too loud and the way they take the order is also loud. Since the restaurant is small loud shout will disturb others and privacy also. Need to concern on that. Also after everything is done they checked our bill again which is very tiring for customers.

The team was very friendly and helpful... did some great suggestive selling. The pizza was offered within the time and the team explained the pizzas before handing over to us. Value for money. The crust of the pizza just as we like it, my daughter loved the pepperoni and the Hawaiian... great Job Pizza Hut..

Bit small space for dinning and parking. Staff is quite helpful and decent. Quality of Food is good. Park is always full. There were many days that I was planning to stop but no parking available. Better if they can start this in calm environment.

Pizza has become like eating a cardboard with some toppings. Surely they been keeping the pizzas in a deep freezer for months. Eating pizza has become so dull experience.

The place is shared with tacobel. And nicely arranged. The foodpreparation is done in open where it is visible for all which was not there in pizza hut previously. My baby really enjoyed that experience. There is sufficient seating as well and must say the interior design was really nice. The order preparation took arround 15-20min.

Clean place friendly staff , Not value for money - pizza dough so thin Less items in a 4000/- pizza , LAVA CAKE SHOULD BE NAME AS " MINI LAVA SCOOP" ITS 420/- AND ITS HALF POTION ONLY HAVE INSIDE THE CUP - paying you some thing extra is not a problem but these cannot be acceptable if you 4 people going to eat here you would need 10,000/-

Probably the best place if you like Pizzas. At least the cheese tastes like cheese and not synthetic mayo based cheese like the competition uses. We ordered the meat lovers pizza which comes with a choice of 4 toppings. The pizza was fresh and good, It had a slightly spicy touch but was quite good. Try the Garlic bread with onion and chillies it's good. Go for it if you like Pizzas.

Surrounded by a catchy atmosphere. Staff is also customer friendly and gave me a good experience. Venue is not particularly spacious, but clean and relaxing. Also there’s a common parking area for the Taco Bell and Pizza Hut, but it’s quite okay. Food is also delicious. Nothing to complain!

Highly recommended meat pizza😋 It's very cheesy and pizza do is better. It is a very busy place in the afternoon. The staff is very good. There is good communication, they find out what the customer's shortcomings are and provide them. The people there are more friendly than other pizza hut branches.

Good place with a nice dining environment. Catchy atmosphere but with limited space. They share the space with taco bell, so you will have enough space for dining. Sometime they will get too busy and you may have to wait more time to get your order. Food was yummy and valuable for the money. Car parking is enough for 4-5 cars since we can't expect that much big space for a car park in this area.

The overall experience is good. But I do not recommend the pizza hut melts. It is not worth the hype. It taste like eating a bread and chicken with cheese sauce. But the staff is very friendly in this place and atmosphere is also good. Has enough parking place. Other than melts, pizzas taste great here.

We had our first meal of the trip here. We had a slight issue because of language. It would be helpful for the tourists if the staff were more fluent in English. Overall, the meal was lovely. We did feel that there weren't many options to select from though.

My husband and I went there last night and ordered thin crust pizza.They served the pizza with dusty sause packets .once we opend those packets we got that the colour also different than usual.so we asked another from the staff and they complaint that they don't have any and confirmed those were not spoiled .Another person from the nearest table also argued with them and then they provided new ones for them .Completely dissapointed with the service and never recommending this place to anybody .
