I don't wish anyone look for Urgent Care, but if you need one, please go here. They take care of the patients with good respect. Staff is very attentive and valued our time. Place is very convenient and had good parking space.

Fake reviews!! Black girl at the front desk not wearing a mask, when confronted she said she was drinking... no you wasn’t... even worse, she was inattentive, insensitive, rude, unsympathetic, disgusting attitude.. she was so uninterested and acted like I was bothering her about how I’m very sick and need to see the doctor.. and she didn’t even look up and just handed me some forms to fill out and kept on counting cash into an envelope.. was that more urgent than attending to a patient ?? Avoid this place if you want actual urgent care!!!

We had the best experience with Dr. Sestakk, Cammie, Rebecca, and Sherry. They were so kind, thoughtful and helpful. They even stayed late to help us in an emergency. They explained everything wonderfully, and reduced our anxiety. Would highly recommend this group for any of your emergency care needs!

Wonderful and kind staff. However, I know this may be out of the company’s control, but they really need to hire someone at the front desk instead of only having mobile check-in. While I was in the waiting room there was an elderly couple who couldn’t check in because they don’t have a smartphone, and it took 15 minutes for me to flag someone down from the back to help them out. The problem was immediately handled after this, but the point of Urgent Care is to provide *accessible* healthcare to the community, and this setup is just not accessible.

the ability to fill out all of my paperwork ahead of the appointment was a huge PLUS for me. the nurse and the doctor were kind and competent. definitely will go back, if needed

This was my 2nd time going here. I went back because they're super quick getting you back, waiting on the doctor and diagnosis. I was in and out within 15 minutes! You can walk in or schedule a same day appointment. I scheduled and was able to get in within 2 hours. You can also complete your paperwork online prior to arriving and check in online. I did both. Super quick, nice staff and doctor. Highly recommend.

It is never fun to have to go to an Urgent Care facility, but the experience here has more than once been very positive. I made an appointment so I did not have to wait long in the waiting room. Stu the nurse was very friendly, informing me of what he was doing as he performed the tasks prior to the doctor. Doctor Sestak spent a very nice amount of time providing me with information about my sickness, his diagnosis, and the meds he was prescribing. This review is 5 days after the appointment and he was correct in his diagnosis. I would not hesitate to return.

Tracy at the front desk is super sweet and helpful. She was very nice to my little one and so was Gretchen. For it not to be nationwide children’s, they were great. The doctor or nurse practitioner Miss Joyce listened to my concerns and checked her out. She explained possible complications with the medication she would be giving us and also explained what was going on.

The staff here is always friendly. As I was waiting in my room this time, I could hear the doctor chatting with the many other patients and he seems genuinely happy to be there helping people! Was very refreshing. I would recommend them to anyone.

I’ve been to this Urgent Care many times. I don’t know what it is, but these people are legit always in the best mood! They’re precise, thorough and very helpful! I often choose this option over my family physician because it feels like they really do care about each patient. Somehow it feels very personal but yet speedy and dependable. I had no idea this was a rarity until I looked at reviews of different facilities. If you haven’t tried this yet… I highly recommend. Tracy at the front desk will explain all your insurance questions, Erica and Stu are wonderful nurses and a big shout out to Dr Dave. Consistent and positive personal care.

I'm always pleased with the service and treatment I received at the Westerville Westar Urgent Care and yesterday was another great experience. They have professional and knowledgeable doctors, nurses and staff members. They take the time they need with their patients to diagnose and determine treatment and still respect their patients time and busy schedule. Keep up the great work!

I can 1000% say this is the BEST location I’ve ever received care at in my entire life. I’ve been to OhioHealth ER / Urgent Care, Riverside, Mount Carmel facilities, etc and I can say hands down that this is the best location for patient care. If you want to feel listened to and have your concerns addressed there is no better place than Westar Urgent Care. You should be treated like you matter and the staff here treats you as such!!!!!

Great experience! I went in with a bad case of poison ivy. The staff were all super friendly, very efficient and thorough. Would definitely go back!

I wish I could give more stars! From the time I walked in until the time I left, I was treated with the utmost respect and care! Melissa and Jackson McDonald got me through one of the most painful things I have ever went through! The bedside manner and gentle care they provided to me was impeccable! They really know how to get you through a tough situation and through the pain! Melissa even gave me a hand to hold (and squeeze) when I was in the worse pain! Jackson McDonald you have a bright future ahead of you. Thank you for respect and care you gave me tonight! I could not recommend more! I am beyond satisfied with the care I received at Westar urgent care! Also the receptionist was very pleasant with getting me checked in and updating me on the wait time, which was not long. When I left she wished me well and I felt like the whole staff really cares about their patients!

I went there on October 31st in the middle of the afternoon. I had stopped by a different urgent care center prior to visiting this place and the wait was going to be over two hours. This place had me in and out in less than 30 mins. Fast and efficient- what’s not to love!

I don't usually leave reviews, but I must say, this was a very pleasant visit. From the lady at the front desk to the nurse, medical student and Dr who treated me. Everyone was very courteous and kind. Keep up the great work everyone!

I had a deep wound, but did not want to go to an ER. it wasn't real busy when I went. They were all very friendly, professional, and not a long wait. Plus easy parking! Highly recommend.

First time visiting Westar Urgent Care and was pleasantly surprised at level of service. The nurse who I met with initially was very nice and welcoming. Very sweet person. The doctor I met after was awesome. Very professional but laid back and actually listened and had normal conversation. I would definitely return here and recommend it. 👌
