    Not sure where customer service has gone, because it’s not at this location. Drink refills are rare. Not once did I see anyone other than the busboy clean anything off the tables. The waitresses let dirty dishes pile up on the tables. If you’re walking back empty handed, you’re being lazy. On top of that, the BE app is useless. The store can’t scan the barcode on the phone and therefore using the “coupon” is nonexistent. Restroom looked like someone was going through a colon cleanse. Probably won’t go back to this location.

    First off it was thanksgiving and 9:15 when I ordered online. I was advised it would take 40 minutes for my order to be ready. The fact that my breakfast was cold and lukewarm when I got it home is less of the issue today. They have a limited holiday menu- so I would expect it would be cooked thoroughly. Our potatoes were undercooked and had an odd taste to them, even when we cooked them further they tasted on the verge of being rotten- just off. They did not out any butter or honey or jelly in the bag, nor did they have any out. Biscuits were cooked thoroughly and good. My over medium eggs had some runny white to them(which is not over medium). I prefer my sausage more done and gave 1 away. Overall the meal was not worth the $25 spent for certain!!

    Won’t be ordering take away or supporting this location anymore. The wait staff doesn’t even try to be nice. On Sunday afternoon the place was empty. The chicken on my salad was petrified. I paid online and tipped and when I went in the two people at the checkout counter didn’t even want to reply to my hello. How can you move up in the world if you can’t master a restaurant job? $13.00 for an awful salad. Thanks Bob!

    Lisa the waitress is very rude. She tried to follow me outside into the parking lot because I was waiting over 40minutes for a carry out order that was placed ahead. She proceeded to chest bump me and then tried to follow me outside to my car when I left with my food. By the way was only 3 small side items. They have 3 seated tables, and 7 people working. Multiple people walked out and so would I if I hadn’t paid ahead.

    Food was great. Service was so-so. Waitress 'memorized' our order. Got three things wrong, billed us for one thing she forgot, never came back for refills. She was visibly annoyed when the hostess sat us in her section. This place is hit or miss lately.

    The place was dead when we walked in. No one greeted us for a few mins. The staff was dodging eye contact. When we finally were seated our server didn't check on us. Our food was cold and the kids food looked nothing like it should. The kids food came out after the four adults food. The server said the kitchen was busy with to-go orders implying they were priority.

    This is one of my better experiences at this location. The food was very good. I did curbside pick up and the young lady that brought out my food was so nice and she even ran back inside to get me butter and a pancake syrup with no hassle. I wasn't feeling well so I'm glad I was able to do curbside. The best part of this experience was definitely my interaction with the young lady who brought out my food. She has to be a new employee there cuz I haven't seen her there before but I hope they keep her and treat her well! Excellent customer service from her. I wish I had her name to recognize her. I also love Bob Evans coffee if you haven't tried it. It's delicious!

    Didn't get to try it. Waited 10min at host stand and nobody came. **UPDATE** This was the message I got back when I emailed. Their "concern" was just a standard copy paste message and it didn't even say anything about my specific problem. Took me longer to fill out their form with all the specific information they wanted then it did for someone to paste the generic reply and send it off. "Thank you for reaching out to Bob Evans Restaurants. We pride ourselves in providing quality food and friendly service in a clean environment and we sincerely apologize that we did not deliver on those standards during your visit. Thank you for your continued support of Bob Evans and allowing us to correct our mistake. "

    Personally, I feel it is a 3.5. the food is okay. I am not crazy about it. I can only eat one thing on the menu there and I am noticing that the portions are getting smaller and smaller. The waitress was fantastic which is why I would give them a 3.5. obviously, you can probably figure that out was not my idea to go there.

    Horrible! I give a -10!!! My family and I, total of 5 people went last week. 90% of tables were empty. 5-6 servers-workers were standing around chatting behind the counter. We got there at 6:01pm and was told a 20-30 wait. After 6:47pm I asked when we would be seated. A girl finally sat us. After close to 10 minutes of no service, we left. As we were leaving a server yelled out "Patience is a Virtue." That set us off. We will never go back!

    Sat for almost 40 mins before we was greeted at our table. Once order was place didnt see the server again til it came out, also, wasn't brought refills til almost the end of the meal,asked for Togo drinks, waited another 15mins ended up to getting the drinks at the checkout counter

    Order 2 meat omelet and wasn't really happy😒. Turn out to be a face open omelet. The🥚was fried🍳on both sides and the toppings places in between. Not what I prefer and that was the first time⏰️ I ordered the omelet. I usually get the farmers breakfast with 🥞. Guess I shouldn't have strayed🤷🏽‍♀️

    This location at Huber Village was one of my favorite places to go. The last few times I have gone, the employees ignore you as if you are not even there, they hide behind the counters and choose to not even acknowledge you. You wait for about 15 mins before they even take your name down. I attempted again because my grandkids wanted to go there for dinner. We were there waiting with another couple and we all left. This is poor customer service. We will not be back.

    Family favorite spot for many, many years. Food is always fantastic and exactly as you'd expect. The servers are all fantastic, but we make it a point to sit in Amber's section as she's so friendly and welcoming that she's essentially part of our clan now. Sunday morning wouldn't be the same without her.

    How does one order busicuits and gravy to go, and not receive gravy??? The manager this afternoon already seemed extremely uninterested in the thought of even being here, but I guess they're not interested in making sure you receive your full order either. The food was at least good, but what's the point when you don't even receive it all?
