I sure wish we lived here just to utilize this facility regularly! I'm glad we were able to make a day trip though. The kids had a wonderful time and all the staff were so kind and helpful. What a great community resource!

A fine example of what all community centers should be, the Westerville Community Center features a climbing wall, multiple basketball courts, a running track, a fitness facility, an obstacle course, and even an indoor water park. Though it is geared toward Westerville residents, they do allow non-resident membership (at a slightly higher price because it's paid for by Westerville taxes), and a limited number of daily admissions (paid upon entry). The facilities also feature a senior center, multiple activity rooms, a childcare center, and extracurricular classes (like pottery!). The classes change quarterly, but there is a magazine available at the front desk that showcases all the upcoming events and classes. The good: excellent dues-to-benefits ratio. Clean. Well maintained. Courteous staff. The bad: a little pricier for non-residents, and space for non-members isn't guaranteed (but this is to be expected).

Recently expanded and upgraded. Better than ever! Wonderful fitness center, great indoor track, fantastic pools, excellent basketball courts, and friendly people. Now there's enough gym space for practicing basketball hoops while the pickleball people are doing their thing. Lots of workout equipment. Senior center is in the same building. Free wi-fi.

Nice amenities, warm welcome staff. You could spend all day with activities. Monthly membership but Classes are paid separate. For those who have silver sneaker option, you’re lucky.

Great facility. I use the eight lane lap pool. But they also have a rock climbing wall, big gym, fun area for the kids to swim and play in the water. All for a very reasonable price, even more reasonable if you live or work in Westerville

Fun indoor pool with lots of options for kids & adults. Beautiful facility. One male lifeguard could have been a bit friendlier when telling us no eating in pool area ( we were giving a toddler animal crackers.) I walked to larger pool area and a family, with older kids, was actually eating PIZZA in the big pool area. No one told them no eating. That was disappointing. Otherwise, the front desk staff was very nice, and the playground area for kids is nice, too. I recommend it for a raining or cold day. It's nice that out of towners can utilize the facilities too. Well done, Westerville!

Great community center, however, I dropped a star for a couple of reasons. For those with small children, the pool hours are awful. There are no morning swim hours. So then it gets slammed in the few hours that it does allow kids. My next complaint is the childcare room. It’s open to anyone, member or nonmember and I’m not sure how clean it is.
