I have been a patient for 8 years, and should have written a review long ago. Dr. Shelley Thompson is the BEST ever, and is exemplar in her technical skills, use of technology, and is also extremely personable. Recently, four crowns were needed, and she and the hygienist Lisa were like a well tuned machine. They calmed my fears as they prepped my teeth, with a wonderful authentic temporary placement. Past crowns have fit with such precision I cannot tell they are not my real teeth. I pride myself in my smile, and have been fortunate to have very nice teeth, resulting in exceptionally high standards. They surpass every expectation, including every hygienist and staff member I have ever encountered during my time under their care. I moved from Westerville several years ago, but I make the drive, because they are an outstanding team. As I shared with Dr. Shelley at my last appointment, she can NEVER retire! :)

I love being treated by Dr. Patel. She really takes the time to explain things to me and makes sure I understand things completely. The assistants are wonderful as well. I am very hesitant to have dental procedures done due to an irrational fear of pain and discomfort. This practice eliminates all discomfort and ensures that I am comfortable at all times

I couldn’t be happier with how Just Smiles Dentistry helped my teeth! I’ve hated my smile for years, even after braces. Throughout my childhood and high school, I was bullied for having “alligator teeth” they were pointy and uneven. For the first time in 27 years, I don’t feel like I have to cover my mouth when I laugh. They’ve given me a whole new level of confidence. Not to mention, they were able to get me in so quickly! My first inquiry was sent May 31st, they were able to get me in on June 12th and get me taken care of the same day! The office was so clean and the staff was welcoming and friendly. I’ve never had such a good experience at a dental office and I’m so happy that because of this experience, I will continue to go back! :)

We all know that going to the dentist can be stressful, uneasy and uncomfortable at times… the good news is that Dr Patel and her amazing staff, Lisa and Kira, just to name a few, will take all of those feelings away in short order!! The confidence in ease in which they maneuver around the chair is phenomenal. I felt relaxed and comfortable the entire time. (2 hours and 20 min) Not to mention the state of the art facility, cleanliness, modern equipment… I couldn’t give a higher recommendation to any other dentist or practice in Ohio.

Getting a crown replaced by Dr. Shelley and her assistant Lisa was a great experience! Lisa took the time to explain everything from beginning to end and they both made sure that I was as comfortable as could be before, during, and after the procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Shelley and Lisa and will definitely be using them in the future!

I have lived here for 13 years and just discovered Just Smiles by the Giant Eagle 1 mile away! What a great discovery. I broke a tooth off of my implant over the weekend and found them on Google as my nearest dentist who does implants and dentures. They got me in immediately and bonded the tooth back in. Just Smiles is named correctly. From the staff up front to the assistants and Dr. Shelley Thompson they are terrific. I heartily recommend them if you are looking for a dentist or want to explore implants/dentures. They also do great repairs. I just wish I could give them10 stars!

My experience was amazing! The office was so clean and beautiful and the front desk was very kind. My hygienist was Kathy and she was so incredibly kind! She made the experience a breeze and enjoyable! Meeting with the doctor was so informative and again was very personable and kind. Overall a perfect experience!!! Highly highly recommend. :)

Dr. Shelley and all the staff at Just Smiles in Westerville are FANTASTIC!!! This office is newly remodeled, bright and inviting. They use cutting edge, state-of-art equipment and procedures. Everyone knows their individual jobs well and they all have excellent customer service skills. I left my previous dentist to come here about 2 years ago and I am so happy I did. Just Smiles -Westerville location has many 5 star reviews because they ensure their patients are comfortable, educated and well cared for.
