I had the best experience at Puffers! My hair is((was)) red and is very thick and I have a ton of it. My stylist Rachelle was amazing and brought me to the beautiful blonde I wanted to be! My hair looks and feels amazing! Thank you for great conversation and beautiful healthy looking AND feeling hair !

I am not good at hair, never have been. It never looked the way I wanted it to, no matter what I tried. Until now. I booked an appointment with Jamie back in August and have been to see her twice since. When I booked the appointment I wrote my usual speech about not wanting anything special-- I don't like to take time on my hair, give me an easy wash and ready cut that flatters my face, etc. Jamie changed my mind about my hair completely. She showed me that I in fact have curls. She took the time in that appointment to show me how to properly care for my hair and how to style it in a way that is super easy and wicked cute. I have the style I always thought was unattainable and in fact it only takes me seven minutes to replicate at home! In that appointment Jamie had unlimited patience for my questions and even had me practice while she helped me get it right. My additional appointments since then have all been awesome too. I had been to Puffer's before for some services (for weddings) and have always found the services to be stellar. However, I am so glad that I booked with Jamie. She's magic with hair!

Nicole gives the best facial. Walking in sometimes I don't feel welcomed as if I'm out of place. Customers stare and the staff in front has once chuckled when I walked away. They overbooked once and asked if I can go down in a very small room in the lower section. It was so loud. I could hear every footstep from above. Nicole always makes me feel welcomed and that's the only reason I keep going back.

I guess aging and a little vanity go hand in hand so I decided to pamper myself and get facial and a little skin care advice. I booked an appointment for a facial and I was paired up with Nicole. I had no idea what to expect but I left feeling confident that I made a good decision. Nicole was understanding, patient and willing to explain things that I could do to help my skin in detail. I almost fell asleep on the table. I would highly recommend coming here as everyone seemed to be very friendly. Thanks Nicole. I will be back to feel younger again.

80 minute stress massage today with Steve. This was my first time at Puffers and will definitely not be my last! Steve was fabulous. He asked me what my stress was and worked on those areas. Excellent atmosphere. Awesome massage. Couldn't be happier! There are cheaper massages in the area....but, you won't be disappointed at Puffers!!

I've been visiting Puffers Salon for all of my massage and facial needs for many years now. Today was my stress relief deep tissue massage and wow she was so amazing. She was very polite and kind. Her hands were very strong it felt very amazing. Without saying I will be returning. This is in my opinion the best place to get massage or facial services in western Massachusetts.

Excellent service and great products! Rachel cut and styled the hair of all three of my teen daughters, and all three were ecstatic. That’s rare!
