The staff works on their own schedule and they don’t even feel the need to let you know that you’re going to be waiting 40 minutes PASSED your appointment time EVERY TIME you come in, no matter what doctor you see. I waited for an EMERGENCY ultrasound for 40 minutes just in the waiting room then the dr came in and didn’t even check to see what was wrong, just asked if I had any questions which at that point I forgot because I was so furious and hungry and left a medical condition completely unchecked. Today I had another ultrasound with a different dr and 15 minutes passed my appointment time I asked how far behind the dr was and was told 30 minutes passed your appointment time. I understand emergencies happen but to be waiting this long every time is not acceptable. If the doctor is running late, we should be notified when we check in.

Very poor management and patient service. We have been here several times, and they are always running at least 45 minutes behind. They seem to have no concern about keeping people waiting for endlessly.

If you go to this blood lab, be prepared to wait. I have tried coming when they open, mid-morning and afternoon and no matter what the staff says it's almost always a 30-45 minute wait. I have not tried to make an appointment so I can't say it would be the same time frame if I did.

I had an appointment with a specialist here; I was very pleased. The staff was helpful and the facility was clean.

Having just moved to CLE I went to my new ophthalmologist today at the Westlake location. The front office was cordial and so helpful! The techs came to the lobby and “cheerfully” called back the patients. I met with 2 techs before the DR who were both SO kind & helpful. My new ophthalmologist was professional & gave me the time I needed on my initial visit. Feel very lucky to have such a great office in my new home!

I went in for Colonoscopy pre screening and felt that they were sort of rude and very impatient and couldn't answer simple questions just to comfort me. Hope the Colonoscopy goes better the the pre screening.

Very unorganized and they do not honor scheduled appointments. The staff are rude and not pleasant. They don’t great you with a hello or how are you. Everyone who walked in was unsure where to stand in line. Won’t come here again if possible.

The OB-GYN office here that my wife and I have been going to for ultrasounds, is very terribly ran. There is a sign in the office to notify the receptionist if you wait 20 minutes or more. Well even with doing that, that fastest we have been seen so far is 45 minutes. Sometimes over an hour. With many people who come in after us being sent back before us and we show up 10-15 minutes early(as instructed). The staff is rude and very impersonal for being a very personal visit. The system as a whole and the doctors themselves are not bad though.

60% of the time you won't see a doctor. You'll see a nurse or physician assistant. Their edicational background most probably won't even be in the field of medicine you're seeking professional advice in. Many times the appt. line will book you with them instead of a doctor and not even tell you. Oh, and you'll be billed as if you saw an MD. Very often you'll see a resident or fellow 1st with very little time with the actual MD you made an appt. with. Good for them, not for you. To get an actual MD appt., good luck with the 3-5 month wait for symptoms you have right now! The MDs were told (staff member told me) to see 3 more patients a day which might explain the hour + waits. This is their so called "world class service."

Parking is horrible. Had to drive around in circles looking for a space and then had to park about 1500 feet away i overflow lot. Is an awful situation for mobility impaired people.

This place was wonderful! Excellent place for care.The nurses and staff were all the best you can ask for.😊🤗

Called in to create a patient profile and make an appointment. The lady understood my first day of my last period and how far along I was. The day before appointment an hour before they close I got a call saying they incorrectly scheduled me because it “looks like I’m a little under 7 weeks” THEY HAD MY FIRST DAY OF MY LAST PERIOD. By tomorrow (2/8, my appointment) I would be OVER 7 weeks. 7 weeks 6 days actually so I’m 8 weeks and have no idea what information they were looking at. If it’s this difficult already I’m good 👍

Staff doesn't know they're, but from a hole in the ground. Very poor management, very poor scheduling and very poor communication.
