I loved the fact that we walked in and we weren’t attacked by a salesperson. We checked out a few couches and a young man asked us if we had any questions about lovesac. He told us a little bit about how the couches could be redesigned to fit the occasion and how the covers could be taken off and washed. He gave us time and space to talk about what we were thinking and we decided to buy one. He went over the options and promotions they were having and we made our purchase. Great experience overall.

I finally received all my boxes which where 11 for a 4 x 5 couch. I highly recommend watching the You Tube videos that they send you to assembly the furniture. Unpacking and putting most of the covers on is a one person job. If you purchase roll arms it takes two people to get those covers on correctly. Two people for assembly. It took me 6 hours total. I was impressed with the quality and construction of the pieces really high end. I was scared that the pieces were damaged because the condition of how the boxes were delivered. Only one boot was damaged. Really the the finished look.

We've been wanting a Lovesac for a long time. The environmental impact of furniture these days, how could one not want one. I'm so excited with the removable covers to wash. We have three cats, so anything goes. The manager and her team were super helpful, not pushy and helped with picking out the right color and fabric and when you wait for the best deal of the year, it's worth it.
