i’ve been going to westlake lash lounge since 2020 and they’ve always made my lashes look amazing!! a little over a year ago i started seeing macy, she is the best lash tech! she’s so sweet and always gets my lashes right. i definitely recommend going to see her!!!

If you’re looking for an amazing clean lash place that will give you great results with whatever you’re booking for lashes eyebrows they got you covered look no further I found this place when my last lash place decided to overcharge me and treat me poorly and when I found this place, I could not be any more pleased, always are very informational and polite never had one bad experience I go to my lash girl Macy and oh my God she always does such a phenomenal job on my lashes always goes the extra mile for the perfect desired look you want couldn’t recommend her enough always is so sweet and caring and we have the best conversations go book you an appointment with my girl Macy💗

I do not love my lashes. I asked for and paid for a hybrid fill and they are not full or uniform. One eye has a drastic change in length that occurs in the center of the lash line. My fill doesn't even fulfill the requirements to be called a classic fill. Which makes me severely disappointed in my hybrid fill. The quality of fill I received is not worth the money I paid.

I left 100% satisfied. Macy did an exceptional job on my lash lift and she was very efficient . Will definitely be back again to see her.

my lashes, one day after getting them left gaps Made my eyelash line sore somehow? Left gaps where my real lashes where was my first time ever getting my lashes done. Call Dan and had them redone only for the same thing to happen the next day. took the right care of them and brushed them would not recommend.

I have had a full hybrid set and 2 refills done here before my wedding, and I LOVE my eyelashes. I have gotten so many random compliments on how natural they look, and those compliments should be paid back to the staff at this Lash Lounge. My tech takes her time and makes sure I am 100% happy with how they look—she even remembered this last refill was right before my wedding and took extra care. Love this place!

The whole experience was great! The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was comfortable. Alliyah did a wonderful job on my lashes!

All but a few lashes fell out on one side the next day. They would not offer anything to fix it. They said I could pay myself to get more added. It looks terrible. Was my first time, won’t go back. I’m going somewhere else who will stand behind their work and not blame the client for faulty work done. They should have lasted a few weeks.
