Nice place. Seemingly good clientele, those around us were friendly. The pours are small to slightly average, not what we are used to in a nice place. Bartender was nice, bit flighty, just needed a bit of reminder. Food was not really hot, but warm and very well done. In 2019 we frequently visited this location and were really happy. Not sure if they changed owners or the whole convid deal cut things a bit... Just not as amazing as 2 years ago. Even 2020 when they opened back up was still great.

Enjoyed a small dinner with friends at 𝐁𝐀𝐑 𝐋𝐎𝐔𝐈𝐄. We ordered a few drinks including the sangria pitcher, had my new favorite Pb&j mule 🤤. For food we ordered quesadillas, calamari and salmon 🍣 sliders. Everything was pretty good, especially the service! One of the better lunch spots by far!

Was there first time after living in nearby area for 8 years. Wanted to try soemthing new. I must say this place has the vibe. it being in Crokcer Park area puts it on better place to start with. drinks selection and food selection is wide too.Their 4 chesse grilled chesse is worth trying. The thing that got my heart is their "Freaking spicy buttermilk ranch". Yes its called Freaking spicy buttermilk ranch. it's a must try. Service was pretty fast too. All in all perfect place for date night or family dinner.

Erica was our waitress. She was delightful and attentive. Drinks where bold and delicious. Food was delectable and filling. Officially my New favorite restaurant in Crocker Park. Thanks a wonderful dinner it’s appreciated.

Had a fabulous Impossible burger! The fries were exceptional as well. Excellent service and will definitely be back.

Sharon was fantastic. She came over to us quickly and then got our order in immediately. She also made recommendations that we followed. Our food came quickly and hot. It was delicious. Sharon's demeanor was very friendly, and she checked on us often. She could not have made us feel more welcome.

Visited the Bar Louie Westlake location this past Sunday night (12/3/2023) for dinner with my fiancée and family. Our waitress was very kind, but after her introduction it became very clear to our family that she had been drinking. She slurred her speech and her breath smelled of alcohol. There were about 5 or so other parties in the whole restaurant but our appetizer (Trio Dips & Chips) took about 30 minutes to come out. Once it finally did, it was brought out by a different waitress, who first brought it to the wrong table. Our waitress screamed from the other side of the restaurant our table number. The waitress carrying our food apologized to the guests at that table and then walked past our table as my family all tried to flag her down to tell her it was our order. She passed right by and set it at the table next to us. Our waitress continues to call out our table number from across the restaurant as we still try to get her attention. Finally, she recognized her mistake and came to our table to drop our chips off but not before our family noticed she also slurred her words and smelled of alcohol. Our food came out about an hour after initially ordering (again, with barely anyone else in the restaurant). My fiancée ordered the “That’s My Jam” burger and it was nearly raw. Completely red on the inside. She unfortunately ate about half before realizing and ended up throwing it up most of yesterday. I ordered the “Ultimate Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup”. My soup came out at room temperature and the cheese on top of it was curdled, creating a curdy, lukewarm thickened paste. I told our waitress about the issue, but she told me unfortunately the microwave is broken, so that’s probably why it’s not very warm. She tried to figure out what to do with it for a minute before telling me she could have the kitchen “run it through the oven a couple more times.” I told her she didn’t have to worry about it. My grilled cheese was alright, but caked in so much butter that finishing half the sandwich made me queasy. Overall - I don’t want anyone to lose their jobs but I’ve never been to a restaurant, let alone in front my family, with such blatantly intoxicated staff. No doubt the kitchen staff were drinking as well considering the quality of the food we received. Thank God my mom and Grandma only ordered a pizza because food poisoning could be a lot more serious to them than myself or my fiancée.

My friend and I had lunch on Wednesday. The food was good and our server, Jennifer was amazing. I cant say enough about integrity. My bill was $15. I thought I gave her a $10 bill and two $5 bills. I told her to keep the change. I accidentally gave her a $20 bill and two $5 bills. When she brought back change I was so confused, I picked it up off the table to look at the receipt and realized what I did. She could have easily just kept it but she realized my mistake. There are still good people in this world!

Bartender made drinks fast and correctly. Food was the proper temperature, freshly prepared, and the care put into the presentation, and the end result was obvious. This is probably among the best bar food I've reviewed.

Stopped in to watch the Cavs with a buddy of mine and we were fortunate enough to be served by Hannah. She was absolutely incredible. Very friendly , personable & went over and above for us making our experience top tier & most importantly comfortable. Food and drinks were also great! Will definitely be back!

Food was great! But the service was amazing. My server was Maggie. She was so attentive and patient with my questions on the changes I needed. She made sure our drinks where filled in a timely manner. She was so upbeat and personable. She was knowledgeable of the menu and drinks. She recommended what I ordered and it was so good. If you go there MAKE SURE TO REQUEST MAGGIE! You won't be disappointed. I'm going back just to have her as my server again. Best server I've ever had!!!

Patrick and mikayla are by far literally the best bartenders . They make me the best strawberry lemon drop ever! And mikayla literally looks like Selena Gomez ! They’re super sweet:

Worst Dining Experience!!! Started with weak cocktails, my husband ordered another cocktail with his dinner and had to Request more alcohol to even taste it! He ordered chicken wings, 8 very small wings were served. I tried the Hot Chicken Sandwich on Sourdough. I was served literally a small chicken breast with Honey Jalapeno seasoning/sauce on DRY SOURDOUGH TOAST!?? Had to request grilled onions & plain lettuce just to be able to eat it. Our waiter went back to the kitchen 3 times. It took 15 minutes to get 3 small barely grilled onion pieces and shredded lettuce. Had to request More Onions and some butter to moisten the DRY TOAST!!! We left very dissatisfied and my husband (who is Not a Big Eater, was still hungry!) Are you Kidding??? Management did Not come to our table, and no offer to remove the sandwich from our bill. $100 ... Never Again!!!

The overall experience wasn't bad, however for the prices and the area I expected better. Ordered the Pitcher Pineapple Express Sangria, it was suppose to contain 3 servings but with all the ice in the pitcher and even the ice in our glasses it barely made two. The did give us a 3rd glass no charge. We ordered, chicken wings, chicken nachos, and Chipotle street tacos. If you're expecting it to taste like your favorite Mexican restaurant or close to, it will not. The jalapeno honey sauce was ordered on the side and was only honey. However the name of the place is "Bar" Louie so I probably shouldn't have expected it to be restaurant quality.

I really enjoyed the service from our server Claudia. She was really nice and helpful! My only complain is that the jalapeños on the loaded fries are incredibly spicy so be prepared. keep in mind, this is coming from someone who has a pretty good spice tolerance by those, were spicy. Overall, this is a nice little place and delicious food.

On December 3, 2022. Me & Co~worker want to ‘Bar Louie’ on Saturday Night for dinner and drinks. The place looks co clean and healthy, the server name ‘Mikayla’ did a very good. She took care me and my co-worker very good, the food is very good, the drink I had lone star strawberry lemonade is very good my very first drink. The food is excellent so as the service.

Super yummy. Great atmosphere. Our server Alyssa was super friendly and attentive. Will definitely come back to visit soon.

Zach... You da man! Excellent service. Food was very very good. I enjoyed the Voodoo pasta and my wife enjoyed the Deep South mac n cheese. Both entrees were exceptional. So much more than regular bar food. Always something special here. And Zach served it all up hot and fresh.

Went to Bar Louie after watching a movie with my wife, this being our first time going there, we came in to a wonderful bartender/server. Her name was Chelsea. She had a great vibe, very polite and funny. We enjoyed the one on one time she gave to us while also handling the bar the way she did. Can not wait to come back with our close friends and enjoy some more memories. Thank you Chelsea, Pablo

The last time I visited Bar Louie, it was non-eventful. I sat for 6-7 mins and no greeting. But this time was different. I was greeted as soon as I found a seat. Got my drink which was amazing, I never knew kiwi was so good with gin. The fried pickels are good. They could use a little more breading in my opinion, but combined with spicy ranch, they are great. The burgers are great too. Overall, the service here is great, and I've been told that staff have been advised to continue with the greeting and great service. Well done on correcting past mistakes. You have earned my business again, and I look forward to returning.

Shianna was an amazing server. She attended to us in a great time span. Told us about happy hour and suggested her favorites, which were very delicious. (Try tequila lemon drop) Definitely would come back.

Came here on a Tuesday for some cocktails and a late night snack. Ordered Tito's Soda and the chicken wings. The wings were bone in hot dry rub with blue cheese. They were crispy and came out in a decent amount of time. The bartender was generous with the liquor servings. It wasn't a bad place to drink but their were some creepy people in the venue. **Update** 20220823 The owner cares about the customer experience and reached out to make it better. Unfortunately, I was only visiting Cleveland but based on the responsive customer service I raised my raiting to four ⭐'s.
