Been here twice now both times I had a good experience. The second time we did eat here and the food was pretty good! Staff was on the ball as were the techs for the games. One of the better Dave and Buster's iv visited. Picked up 10 NFT's and a autographed baseball.

Love D&B. Sometimes it's a little crowded, but overall, the layout keeps things moving. Ticket amounts are a little high for prizes, and games are a little expensive (most games are 7-9 credits, 200 credits is $35). Of course there are different package options to give you more bonus, but always get more than you think you'll need. On a date night, you can blow through like $100 on "tokens" in About 2 hours. Food is usually pretty good and drinks are a little pricey at $10-13 a piece. It's a good place to go for events but not somewhere to go casually.

The children loved it. They changed the menu a little since the last time I was here, and the food was good. I brought 2 children with me. I got the card for 3$ of which they gave 15 tickets + 125 tickets for total of 140 tickets =totaling 52$ . The food and drinks 63$ ( non alcoholic) even for me.🤪from the noise factor. It was a good evening for all.

Absolutely horrible. Every time I come Here the place gets worse and is going down hill more and more. I get everywhere is short staffed and the server was trying her best with no support staff . The food was disgusting. High priced for barely any ingredients. Got the nachos and it was pretty much all chips . Our food came out 20 minutes before we even had waters or our cocktails. We went for lunch on a Friday not even prime time. No manager came out even with us voicing our concern on food quality. Will come back for games but not good again

It’s just one of my absolute favorites, hard-working dedicated team members clean fun environment great tasting food exciting drinks as well as nonalcoholic the grape juice. Worms is the best. The only bad thing is because it is so much fun and so good. Sometimes it gets a little bit busy.

Had a great time with the family, just a heads up you cannot use game play coupon on Wednesday due to half off game play. Food coupons are acceptable. While dining in, Booster seat given for my toddler was not wiped properly it was really sticky. Food portions are big and most games are working. Parking lot has several pot holes so be careful. Veteran Parking spots limited and discount available, except on game play purchases. Traffic started picking up around 4pm.

I haven’t been here in over a decade and the updates they’ve done are great. I’ll definitely be back. There was a decent amount even my 3 YO could do. They now load tickets directly onto your card, which makes life a lot easier. The app is also really convenient. We were there on a Saturday early evening, a busy time—it was clean and everything was functioning well. Staff was polite.

Great place to enjoy yourself for a few hours great food and entertainment. Good selection of games for kids and adults. Food choices are good also, I enjoyed the steak it was really good and tender and cooked how I wanted it. Ribs are really good too they come right off the bone. I really like the Veterans parking and veterans discount on food. Definitely a place to go once in a while.

Dave and buster’s is super fun- always! But, I love the D&B in westlake. Their happy hour is so fun and I love that they’ve included healthier food choices. But, on a cheat day, their giant pretzel and fries are absolutely amazing! I wish they would include some more healthier drink options. Everyone at the Westlake D&B is super friendly and it’s fun for the whole fam!

Pretty typical Dave and Buster's scene. Felt like maybe there weren't as many games as other locations, but there were still enough. We got the nachos and they were VERY GOOD! Definitely a good spot to hang.

We had a great time. The food was okay. Like being in a big bar but fancier. Games were fun 99% of them were working. Great place to go to enjoy relaxing & having fun.

Been a VERY LONG time since I went to a Dave and Buster's. It was such a great experience (I was a little bummed my Cleveland Monsters coupon wasn't accepted for half price Wednesdays) The food was actually really good for an entertainment place! What I do hope for is a secondary location in Cleveland instead of all the way out in Westlake since I took the RTA there. Lakewood or Rocky River area would be great!

Really nice place! Their prices are pretty decent. Me, two of my sisters and mom had a really good time there. We played almost everything. It was our first time there too. We only saw two of the machines out of service but they were working on them.

This was in a strange location, but overall it was a very nice Dave and Busters. The food was simple and quality and it has a wide variety of games as well as a large range of prizes. This location did have a fair amount of broken games, which was disappointing. Not enough to ruin the experience, but it seems that maintenance is fairly low. The staff is friendly and the food and drink service is on point. My family and I did have a great time although some games were beat up.

Be prepared if you’re an international visitor to don’t be allowed alcohol with your local ID. Manager didn’t event explain why. Worst Dave & Buster’s I have ever visit.

Drove over 40 minutes just to have their shareable truffle fries. Went around 1pm and was served promptly however when food was brought, the portions was beyond less than I have ever had and went to comparison to a side order fries. I stop the server with questioning about the portions, the 2 dressing and he explain that they changed the size a while back without changing the prices(shareable). He was very apologetic so I tipped him and sent my food back. My time was wasted and gas.

This year we opted for experience over gift and my son's choice? D&B of course! Brought him and friend here for a day of fun! I had an issue with the kiosk loading coins onto my card and one of the managers went above and beyond to help me out with it! We had a really good time and will most definitely be back soon 😁

I wasn't sure what I was walking into, but I got in there & didn't want to leave. It wasnt busy, but there was only 1 person working. We ordered the sticky spare ribs, cheese steak with truffle fries, and a steak salad. Our waiter Tobin was the best. He was the only person working and he was still attentive and on top of things.

Took my babies out for some 5⁵⁴⁵⁵⁵fun & food & as always, this place did not disappoint. Fun atmosphere, good customer service,

Came here to celebrate brother-in-law and husband birthday and graduation. Our server was NICHOLE. SHE WAS AMAZING LOVED HER PERSONALITY AND ATTENTION TO US. THANKS FOR SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE.

Wednesdays are the best days to go. Half price games till 6pm. $5.00 D&B long Island ice teas after 4pm. We did eat in the arcade and the service was excellent. I am glad to see the menu slowly expand again. Before the pandemic the food options were plenty and never disappointed. Glad to see the food quality going back to pre pandemic levels. Will be back for sure.

Went with my family on Saturday for my birthday. Food was good but the service was HORRIBLE. Our server and the manager were unprofessional and rude when we nicely brought up our concerns. It took 30 mins to get our drinks, the server wrong up the wrong appetizers and drinks, and overcharged us for drinks we didn’t order. She got an attitude immediately when we brought it up. How are you going to give us an attitude when you messed up more than once. We’ve never had a bad experience here until Saturday! Bummed!

My grandson had birthday day party there. Everyone had good time. Staff was great. We had a birthday party there on September 3 2023. Thank you Dave and Buster's.

It was so loud you should eat in the restaurant area not the game area when visiting here. If you go on a Wednesday the games are half price. We had so much fun & happy hour is from 4-6 with 5.00 limited specials. The fried pickles are great!

Fun fun fun. We had a really fun time here. The games seem a bit pricey especially if your just trying to get lots of tickets. I didn't eat, so can't comment on the food. I had an Old Fashion drink that was prepared to specs and a white claw and had a $14 bar tab, so not bad for a premium drink in a cool environment.

Fun for all ages, we had toddlers to teens and they all had a great time! The staff were helpful and friendly. Food came quickly and was pretty good. Prices could have been better on the food and non alcoholic drinks. All in all, it was a fun way to spend the evening and we will 100% go back again.

The only complaint really is the late night happy hour is advertised on the display card on tables for Sunday... was told after being charged full price by a employee, that Sunday happy hour no longer is done. Even though it's advertised all over the food area, then the manager says you have to ask for the happy hour price. Even though what I ordered was already on the happy hour menu, DURING HAPPY HOUR... one employee says no, another says yes but charges your customers full price during happy hour pricing. Makes it feel like someone is taking money on the side as a tip... highly suggest looking into this...

Lots of broken games. Most of the time you didn't find out the game was broken until you put your money in. Interior is newly designed and renovated. Looks really good. Did have a good time playing the games that did work. Would definitely return. Had a good time. Bring hand sanitizer!

Nice selection of games arcade and VR ,great cocktails. Honestly food was unbelievably good. Manger even stopped by to check in on us that's on point customer service.
