My Beautiful Daughter got married here and they just knock it out of the park. I was so shocked how things fell in order from beginning to the end.

So this was my first time deejaying at Wagner’s and the staff was FANTASTIC! Super organized, very communicative and readily available.

Our family had a 75th birthday celebration with a sit down supper for both parents. There were 60 guests. Everything was fantastic! The food, the facility and especially the staff! Very engaging and super willing to help any way they could. It's wonderful to experience people that enjoy what they're doing! We felt like we were being served by family.

Perfect place for a wedding in the West-Cleveland area! We did both our ceremony and banquet here, and were very happy with everything - the service, the food, the location, and the pricing. Shaiann was super friendly, helpful, and responsive in helping us plan everything remotely (since we live quite far away). Service the day of was also very attentive and helpful (fixing our cake topper after a small piece broke off!), and everyone enjoyed the buffet food. Pricing with the various packages made that part very simple & transparent, but we still had plenty of flexibility for special requests. Can only recommend

After seeing several events such as cover bands and weddings. I am impressed on amount of work that is put in to make the events so memorable. Tables perfected, floors still shine, and the employees are very friendly. I will recommend my friends to hold their events there.

I truly have nothing but great things to say about my experience as well as the staff members here. I got married and had my reception here this past Saturday. It was already set up for us and everything was perfect. Shaiann was the easiest person to work with. She answered every single question and made every accommodation possible. The day of the rehearsal & the wedding day she qued everyone when to enter. She was recommended to me by someone else (and the venue) but she was truly the deciding factor. You don’t want just a nice venue but someone who is going to make everything so easy. Courtney was also fantastic. I didn’t really work with Courtney until the day before and day off but she was so kind! She made sure the night was running smoothly for me. If she saw I needed a drink she had one ready or asked if I needed one. Every need was handled by her & she did it with a smile and didn’t complain once! The rest of the staff were also great! Food was great! Not a single complaint.

whatever they say. The letters were stolen from their establishment, that makes them responsible. I'm not interested in getting them back. It's just that you are the ones responsible. They didn't have the decency to call to ask if anyone was still coming for the letters. They just let anyone steal from them. Bye! hello good morning! There was a party where I rented some letters and One person took a GRAD marquee letter and a giant decorative graduation cap from this hall. This happened between the 25th and 30th of September. The ladies in charge of the hall say they don't know anything about who took the letters. I don't understand what happened, how someone can steal something inside this hall.
