I made an appointment to clear up an infection bug bite. When it was still not cleared up after a week on meds, I was asked back for a follow up, which they charged me for?! I will NOT be back!

Worst kind of service ever! They will denigrate you when you are sick. The secretaries that are supposed to be welcoming have a Do Not Disturb sign! Only if you are healthy and go their once a year would I recommend this place. Don't expect to be able to make an appointment in a reasonable time if you are sick during flu season. The doctors do not work together. I left them after years of putting up and moved to UH or Cleveland Clinic.

Everyone is helpful and professional. Having the labwork and imaging done right there is so convenient.

I’d love to see Dr. Haddad, but the answering service and office secretaries are terrible at their jobs. You are losing money and patients because of their laziness. I called 2 times (a few days apart) and left voice messages, sent a message through the website, and even emailed with the office manager and she spoke with your secretaries. 2 days later, still no call back. I’ll find a new doctor, but if you value your reputation and making money, they are killing it.

Don't get your eyes checked here. The staff is lazy in this department. They are older white women that fill entitled to offend people. The lady who measure my wyes never called me to pick up my glasses. And the secretary was rude when I called. I went in and she wanted to charge me another 86 dollars after I paid for the crapiest glasses. These people are trash. Premier Physicians "hell pass clinic".

I've been seeing my doctor at this facility for 10 years. While I am a healthy person, she makes sure I stay that way. When I have been I'll, her diagnosis and treatment we're appropriate and I did not require a second visit. I would highly recommend for family medical care.

I have had several experiences at Premier. All extremely positive. From the receptionist (very nice personality) to the lab phlebotomist whom is excellent at her job) Radiology (mammography and stress test, to EKG. This is a very nice group of providers. They do an excellent. job. They are busy and sometimes they have a patient that may need additional services but they try very hard to meet your appointment time. If they run into an issue, they will contact you and ask if you can come in later. Unlike the mega center hospitals, there is no facility fee charge and their fees are reasonable. The center is very easily accessible with plenty of parking.

This is a medical building. It has plenty of parking spaces. Always clean lobby and restrooms on each floor across from elevator.

The doctor is good but the office is disorganized and inefficient. There is only one person between two offices to complete paperwork for prior authorization. It’s been one week and insurance still hasn’t Rex paperwork. Staff was rude and gave differing answers until pressured to explain the situation.

Dont go to this hospital because front desk worker is doing her job there.. I dont know why they are keeping her there.. and that same person there, her voice turned to aggressive when I didnt understand her(English is my second language) and then They dont send my medicine form to insurance so I cant get medicine for 8 days and I dont know when they will do their job and I can get my medicine and I have I wish I could give 0 star for this place. I m in rheumatic pain and I cant get medicine because of a worker there..

I was looking for another Internal Medicine doctor since I was not happy with mine from the CCF. My GI doctor recommended Premier Physicians and one of his nurses highly recommended Dr. Plasa because she goes to her. Dr. Plasa is WONDERFUL! I see her in Westlake. She is fantastic!! She takes her time with you and is never in a rush. She is very caring and compassionate. She also has excellent eye contact which is rare these days. She is always open if you have any suggestions about different types of testing. Staff is really nice and they are very accommodating in scheduling an appointment and they call you back when you need something. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Plasa if you are looking for an excellent PCP or Internal Medicine physician.
