Place is kinda wild. Got here at 11:30 sat there was waiting to get food lady with pink shirt on today brings menus and holds them asks us what we want to drink we order water and she takes the menus with her and brings us water and never brings the menus back I sit there waiting for menu to order food but instead she and the waitress look at us confused and not even the server does anything she kept looking at us the entire time but attends other guests that come into the restaurant. The customer service here is really bad and so are the employees never again will I return to this place if I could rate it zero I would.

Nice looking place. Service not so good. We tried to get our waitress's attn to ask a question about our check as well as get more coffee. It took quite awhile. Btw, there is a $.99 upcharge on any breakfast meal on the weekends (we did not see this as it is in very small print). We will not be coming back...

Drinks (water) took 15 minutes to get to us. Waited another 25 minutes to be approached by a waitress who was different than the one who took our drink order. Orders taken and food came out promtply but incorrect (and via a different waitress than the first two); I didn’t want to cause a disruption so I just ate it. Omlette had a big eggshell in it and not even an apology from the waitress. I took my leftovers home and yet again another huge eggshell. Everything tasted good but timing and customer service was not worth it. Edit: just found more eggshells. Shocker.

It is hard to screw up breakfast but this place does it so well. The menu shows fresh fruit on the waffles and crepes but when it arrives it is fake fruit loaded with sugar. I'll never come back.

CC&D is one of the best kept secrets in NE Ohio! Excellent diner/family restaurant, with a spacious, open floor with tables and booths. The menu is extensive, and no matter what you order here, the food tastes excellent! Employees/servers are very kind as well, especially Sarah and Sadie.

I placed an order at 1:10 and then at 1:14 was informed my order wasn't confirmed and to call the restaurant. So I did. As someone who works down the street from this place I was excited to try the food and hopefully find a new lunch spot only to have a staff member rudely tell me they were "obviously closed, as the kitchen closes at 1:30." I called at 1:15. These time discrepancies on top of rude staff responses has ensured I will not be eating there and I will stop referring individuals to their business from now on.

Claudette's Cafe & Deli is a very clean establishment. With excellent customer service. They were packed, but attended to us immediately. They were very friendly and everyone smiled and said good morning. Our waitress, came with menus and she brought our waters fast. The food was great. I ordered the French toast combo it ones with 2 bacon, 2 sausage and 3 eggs, I ordered my eggs scrambled with cheese. I recommend trying this family restaurant.

Food was great, but only one of the 2 waitresses was halfway decent and she seemed new to waitressing... the prettier one didn't hardly do anything but play on her phone

Very good service, extremely good breakfast. This is one of the best places to eat breakfast. Update 7/16 for some reason it wasn't that good today. No flavor, and overcooked. I had the cornedbeef hash. The margarine on the toast had a strong aftertaste. Perhaps just an off day. Normally this is a very good restaurant. The service was very good.

My family and I ate breakfast here, great food! Our waitress, Sara, went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything.

This place is great. The food is great. They have a rather varied menu for a diner Ihad the chicken soup and dare Isay, it was as good as my Grandma used to make. They even have vegetarian section. I'm not one, but I had a cheese sandwich with spinach andavocado. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Rather large for a diner but worth the visit. Our waitress was Sarah, and she had our food out I believe even before we finished ordering. Try it, you won't be sorry!!!

Got a veggie wrap with literally iceberg lettuce and cold mushrooms in it. Did not at all get what was on the menu. They are open till 2 but at 1:30 started closing and stared at us until we finished our food and left at 1:35. Highly doubt I will return which is sad, as I like to support local business.

Hashbrowns more crispy than need be but overall it was great..waitress was pleasant and attentive. Most importantly cheese comes with omelets and receipt states up front price with cash and with card. I'll definitely go back.

This is a fantastic place! I definitely regret that I didn’t know about it before. The food is amazing and delicious, service is quick, the environment is very welcoming. Jackie our server was awesome. I will go there again and it is highly recommended.

Great breakfast spot. Love some of the waitresses. Food is quick and reliable. Decor is so-so but what mom and pop breakfast place isn’t a decorated a little like your wacky aunts house?

We waited over 45 mins to be waited on. People came in after us and we’re helped before us. The food was not cooked correctly and the waitress never came to check on us and was standing around while the other waitress was running around like she actually cared. I asked to be comped for the incorrect food and they refused. The old lady checking us out said the kitchen doesn’t take order in the order received. That’s coming from their own staff.

Had the fish fry! We ate our food so fast we didn't take a photo! The soup was hot and tasty. Service was good but they weren't busy. Everything was great. We will be back to try again!

Best restaurant for breakfast or lunch on the far west side. Family owned. Lots of parking. Huge portions, great food and wonderful staff! Weekends are very busy!

Completely disorganized. Super long wait for service and food. When one of our party finally received food it was cold. Waitress was very nice but that’s the only thing I can say. Would not go back.

Tried this place after local community page suggested it. Unfortunately, the experience was terrible. Service was extremely slow, more staff folding silverware than helping wait tables. Time from order to table was very long. When the meal arrived the eggs benedict was cold, not prepared well, awful taste. Traditional eggs and bacon ok but nothing special. Will not return.

My friends and I are here visiting from Miami, and I saw this place come up first on Google and decided to give it a shot, I’m so happy I did!! Food was absolutely delicious. The service was great. Thank you for the amazing breakfast! 🥰
