Randy and the rest of the staff was so awesome. From the time we walked into the store they all welcomed us with open arms. Randy especially took his time helping my fiance make his selection on a pair of Ray-Ban. He was very helpful to the point I purchased a pair of Tory Burch that I didn't plan to buy, his sells pitch is amazing. We were in town for the weekend and this was by fair the most pleasant experience ever. Great job guys.

Fantastic store. All of the staff were wonderful. The one gentleman (did not get his name) adjusted my wife's glasses. He would not stop until she was completely satisfied. One of the best experiences we have had in a long time.

Randy was the manager working on the day I came in for my sunglasses. He had multiple clients in the store but was still able to give me his full attention. He helped me with my new sunglasses and was quick and professional. I can’t say enough nice things about him.

Matt helped my husband, Greg , at the Summit Mall store 06/22/22. He went above and beyond what was expected. We will definately be back and high recommend!!

Recently lost my sunglasses - Hanna took lots of time with me listening to my needs ( especially a smaller frame size) and showed me many options from expensive to sale prices . Found a pair I love. Thank you Hanna.

The employees of this store were amazing 10/10, their registers went down and they could only take credit card, but they were able to still assist me in finding two great pairs of sunglasses! We walked in and Hannah I believe is her name came up to us and greeted us and walked us through the sunglasses, different types, and deals that were going on! She made the process of buying sunglasses very easy and 10/10 recommend her and the other employee she was working with! Now with these great employees, they need the proper technology to operate the store efficiently! They did their best to sell as much product as they could, however many people couldn’t pay in credit card or cash only so a lot of business was lost! But never less even with the faulty equipment at this store those two employees kept that business a float. We were in the store for about two hours and they helped every second! Both deserve a raise asap!! And fix their registers so they can properly run the store. Thanks. P.S. I would have gave 4 starts for the register situation, but those employees on Saturday deserve 5/5 stars, and if I could I would give them many more!

Shopping on a Friday evening currently 6:30pm. I received a phone call and took myself outside the door to not disrupt the employee who was on the phone. He immediately comes behind me and locks the door. No warning nothing. Hours state you’re open to 9pm. Lost my sale of a pair of Guccis.
