😠 The worst hospital I can’t even get into all of the words that I want to say about my experience here every time I’ve ever tried to come here from the time my daughter was born until today. The nurse or whatever he wants to check their vitals and send us back was so rude and so mean I left I walked... People often mention hospital,

The worst hospital I can’t even get into all of the words that I want to say about my experience here every time I’ve ever tried to come here from the time my daughter was born until today. The nurse or whatever he wants to check their vitals and send us back was so rude and so mean I left I walked out we weren’t being seen nobody even checked on my kids who had a fever and were throwing up all over the parking lot on the way in instead he asked me why didn’t I go to the pediatrician are you kidding me it’s an emergency we are in the car and they are throwing upAll the pediatrician would do was send me here. I left highly upset I recommend rainbows in Cleveland is the best hospital I’ve been there with my daughter when Saint John has sent me home I went there to find out she was diagnosed with something she was born with called ataxia never knew every time I went to Saint John they would send us home saying nothing was wrong. This hospital is very wrong Catholic or not they need to get it together

Worst hospital ever, I got sick while traveling by myself and an ambulance brought me here, they wouldn’t want to admit me though I was having severe pain, they did all the labs just to charge my insurance, and when the doctor came he didn’t check on me or anything, And decided to discharge me without discussing that with me. I’m 3 hours away from home, and obviously can’t drive and they made me feel worse. Not coming back again! Not recommending anyone to come here! Nobody here cares about the patient safety or health.

One of the worst ER’s I’ve ever been to. Treated me like I was beneath them and made me leave still in pain even worse than when I came in. Didn't even bother to help me I’m pretty sure they just thought I was there trying to get drugs. Do NOT go here they don’t care about you.

My husband was taken by ambulance to the ER. I wasn't able to come with him so after awhile, I called the ER and asked if they would be able to provide updates (unsure of the rules). Here's how that conversation went: Me: My husband was taken to the ER about an hour ago by ambulance. Would you be able to provide me with any updates? Woman on the phone in a very condescending tone: *long pause* I don't know who your husband is......... Me equally condescending after that stupid response: Yeah. I realize that. But IF I told you who my husband is, would you be able to provide any update? Woman on the phone: I can only tell you if he's here. Me: I know he's there. Thanks. I hung up. How rude! There are so many different and professional ways she could've handled a concerned family member. Perhaps saying after I asked my initial question "I'm sorry, we're not allowed to provide updates. I can only tell you if he's here. What's your husband's name?" That would've been excellent instead of acting like I asked some stupid question and treating me as such. Apparently whoever answers the phone needs some professional training.

I came to this emergency room recently. I can't thank them enough. My back was in bad shape and the staff here was fast and amazing! I really am appreciative to them all. They were very kind and did their jobs very well.

My rating has nothing to do with the level of care provided or the long wait times. I completely understand the staffing issues. My complaint is that they don't separate the waiting room between injured people and sick people. You want to talk about spreading disease. This is ridiculous. There is more than enough room here for 2 waiting rooms.

I was there for myself, not the pediatric side. Decided to try this ER after a horrible experience at Southwest General emergency. Night and day! The DR there today was so compassionate and caring. Highly recommend this emergency room. You’re all angels, thank you so much for helping me

My late parents would always take us there even though there was old saint Joseph hospital just 10 minutes from home because of their faster service

This was an experience I haven't had in probably 20 years at an ER department. I'm truly grateful for the careing people that did so much for me in a short period of time. It's almost unbelievable. Thank God for Dr. Corey Berlant and his wonderful staff. I was in severe pain and this was my second trip to an ER for the same amount of pain of a herniateddisc with sciatica to the point where I could not walk(Cleveland Clinic was 1st trip and they did nothing for me and even told me they couldn't, I'll never return there). This St Johns hospital, I never been too before and they came through for me and even gave me phone numbers for Doctors in the UH system to call and get in asap. I can not express my gratitude enough. Thank you and God Bless!

Was highly discriminated against and was billed 5x the amount and I told them I was struggling 1k bill for blood pressure? If I’m dying I will never go here I will never trust these losers ever again. Hell is hot remember that.

Had to take my daughter there on Thanksgiving this year and everyone was amazing. Didn't have to wait long to get in and seen. Super friendly staff and Providers. They cared about my daughter as if she were their own.

Can't speak for the ER, but the doctors and staff in the pediatric in-patient wing were top notch. Extra big kudos to nurse Saundra who took excellent care of my son and wife. Great facility, too.

If I could give NO STARS I would the wait was extremely long they were very rude and inconsiderate to a sick patient. The nurse was literally screaming in his face telling him nothing is wrong with him while he’s telling her that he’s having trouble breathing DO BETTER! The woman at the front desk when asked why was the wait so long she said that has nothing to do with her

Lauren, Jason and Samantha were all amazing! Our two year old was traumatized from falling and needing stitches. They were wonderful with him and their kindness never wavered even when he was screaming and kicking at them as they stitched his forehead. Plus, they took us back right away and kept us informed the whole time. I hope to never be back (no more injuries!!), but if we do need another ER visit, this is where we will go!
