🚩if I could leave zero stars I would ! Worst office ever. During covid I brought my daughter in for routine vaccines . After a 45 min sit in the office the nurse came back and told me they didn’t have the vaccine she needed in stock that day. So we left and got a call back a few hours later saying we could return for the vaccine that it just wasn’t in the fridge and that they had it… no thank you…. Fast forward to today. I was seen on Friday and I received test results for something that required treatment on Monday during open business hours. I called on Tuesday because I wanted to get treated asap and no one had contacted me about the results. That turned into a 45 min call. Going back and forth with the front desk , who refused to let me talk to the nurse. I was told by the doctor I seen on Friday what the course of treatment would be. When I called to request that treatment, I was met with statements like “I’ve never heard of that” , “that’s not our protocol” by the receptionist . Just because you’ve never heard of it doesn’t mean that it’s not your protocol! I did reach out to the patient experience line and within five mins the clinic was calling me back… and explaining that I would be treated the way the doctor told me on Friday. I was also told by Chasity the woman that runs this office that I could always find another primary care if I wasn’t happy with how they handled the situation and that I didn’t need to be rude.. if I hadn’t of been “rude” I would still be sitting at home waiting for someone to call me about test results they’ve had and remain untreated . trust me I’m eagerly waiting for my doctors practice to open, I only came here because your close to me and I need treatment asap… which honestly was a mistake on my part because you all can barely make it through a patients concerns on a phone call, let alone actually do the work you need to provide patients with quality care and treatment 🚩 don’t waste your time here

Honestly if I could rate this place a zero i would! Nobody ever picks up the phone if they do your on hold forever. My doctors a joke I've been complaining about problems I've been having for over a month that led me to the ER! Now because she didn't do something about it my problem might be 10×s worse. I cannot express how much people should run away from this place! I'll be looking for a new Dr. ASAP! The staff if also rude af, just hangs up on you. I'm beyond fed up with this place! You can't just go around not caring about people's health! What are you even open for?

This place is terrible. They are mask nazis when masks do nothing. Every employee freaks out over masks. They do not answer phones in a timely manner. They run through different dr.'s constantly because they are contractors and know the front desk people all act like they are in a backwards bicycle race. Seriously avoid this facility.

I would not recommend this medical facility to anyone! They let my father rot away with cancer. Misdiagnosed twice and then finally a trip to the ER showed on X-Ray he was dying from lung cancer. We went through the process of getting a biopsy even when they failed us. By puncturing the cancer sack. It spread rapidly and soon became his time to leave us. We immediately followed up with the oncologist. Who gave him less than 6 months to live. Suggested hospice care. Also asked why we didn't come in sooner. Why? Why? Because one of your fellow doctors wasn't knowledgeable enough to figure out his illness. That question still haunts me almost a year later. They will keep trying to get you to come back monthly so Medicare payments keep rolling in. What they won't do is cure you or make you well. Stay clear of this place. Far away!

I love the Doctors here but the staff is rude and barely wants to answer the phone. I tried to call to schedule an appointment but was on hold with no answer at all for over 12 minutes straight. This kind of service is unacceptable and appalling to say the least! I previously called and asked about scheduling an appointment for my mom as a new patient and the lady on the other end wanted to just give me a time frame instead of doing her job and pulling up the schedule to see what time and date was available. I had to ask 2 more times and tell her no I want to know the specific date not what your usual time frame is. DO BETTER! Or if you don’t like your job get a new job and let someone else work there, please. People want to speak with someone who is pleasant when the call to schedule an appointment for a medical issue or concern.

They illegally pick and choose which patient can enter based on insurance information. They will tell undesirable patients that they are "a Sports injury medical clinic only" when they really are staffed by several care providers. Also there's only handful of athletes who require Redwings level "sports medicine" and in this area, there are none... They also said that I could only see a doctor if I agreed to register it under a different doctor's name( one different from the one I'm seeing) just so that they can continue to collect $$$ illegal scam style. They also tried to pull the "Patient Emergency Priority" BS on me in an empty waiting room with a staff that was busy doing nothing other than discriminating against the poor. They will try to to give themselves plausible deniability by telling you at the very end that you can come over "if you really wanted to" , just to turn you down and away. And you could have an appointment scheduled for weeks, only to be told that you have to wait 3 more weeks (only hours before your appointment) to receive the same service that was already scheduled. They also purposefully won't answer the phone for ridiculous amounts of time. They probably have caller ID if they have an automated answering machine and an empty office with a full staff. All Beaumont Urgent care facilities need to be investigated for choosing greed over the sole service this community has entrusted them with. BBB and MI AG should have a look.

"Dr" Azeem Khatri mocked my anxiety disorder in front of my son, and had me crying in the office. He also complained about how many other patients he had to see after my son. RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL doctor! AVOID!!

I am absolutely disgusted in Beaumont. They make me want to switch PCP so I never have to deal with them again. Complete disaster

I went looking for a doctor that would care instead of saying here pop a pill. Definitely found that here! The phone lines they are almost pointless, especially if you call anywhere between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. it's like they take a 2-hour break for lunch. The ladies at the window a couple are pretty friendly. I really like them but the other two really need to take a breath and breathe. It's not our fault you're having a bad day or don't like your job.

... literally the difference between tablets and caplets is preventing my daughter from getting relief from excruciating pain. We waited at kroger for 2.5 hours today and were unable to get a message to the doctor to have it corrected. We were turned away from Wayne hospital last night because they were at capacity, tried Garden City hospital too and were unable to be seen. So frustrated. The nurses at Beaumont Westland family practice are Angels especially Pam. The guard, J. Was so nice to us and pushed her wheel chair out to the car. I appreciate those people who care so much. Thank you for being so kind! Dr. D. Was very nice... we just can't get all her meds. We'll try again tomorrow. 🙄

Called to schedule an appointment and asked if they had anything after 5pm this week and the receptionist said “haha mmm probably not and most doctors won’t take new patients for that time anyways” and then didn’t even bother to check.

I have Dr. Lewan as my PCP/gyno and she is fantastic!! I have also now worked with resident Dr. Ahmed who is also great!!

October 12th 2023 was the first time I went to this urgent care and I saw Dr Daniel Tanbakuchi, DO. I was skeptical because I was used to going to a family doctor who had a little place of his own and retired so this whole experience with different doctors was kind of on my mind. However Dr Tanbakuchi was wonderful I was so happy to have him as a doctor and he was very knowledgeable about what my problems were and was very helpful. The next time I went I saw another doctor, Dr Walsh, she also was wonderful and very helpful. Both doctors listen to me explained everything to me to where I could understand and asked me if there were any other questions. I love this place and I'm happy that I decided to go this route and chose this place over the one in Belleville. I also want to add that on two occasions I had to go to the my Beaumont chart to ask a medical question and I was a little bit leery on that but both my questions were answered with a phone call within 24 hours by the doctor. Now that is fantastic service.

I really like my doctors I always have... As for trying to call up there and make an appointment. It's ridiculous to try to get through to anyone.. nobody should have to wait on the phone for 45 minutes for them to answer not just once or twice this is continuously. Honestly after this pregnancy I will probably never go back. Like I said I do like my doctor but feeling like you're not important enough for them to answer your phone call or for them to call you back. It's just not worth it. I can find a better facility. Sadly, it just seems to be a Beaumont thing recently. Beaumont has gone downhill massively in the past few years

The doctors are OK. Like literally just okay but the front desk staff is so unhelpful and rude when you call. They just want you to visit and get insurance money 4x a year.

I have to get my blood drawn once a month. Today when I went I encountered 2 nice young ladies (Krista and Reyana)... they were very polite and professional. Thanks for the great service!!!

I just have to write a review about my lab work. My doctor rushed labs for me and didn't even have an apt amd was treated so kind. The lady that took my blood was so great I didn't even feel it. Was in amd out if there. Best experience I've had coming to give blood I very the years!

Dr. Drewry and staff were amazing. They were very friendly and helpful.

Never had issues, they are a busy office obviously but that's a good thing, love the doctors. Office is clean, staff is professional. Tried having a prescription filled before close and they told me to come back in the morning. No problem with that. They wanted to go home, can't blame them.

My three year old Granddaughter and I were there to have Her blood drawn. Christal Bell was absolutely perfect. She was communicative, respectful and gentle with My Granddaughter 💎 It was over so quickly and with no tears. Thank You 🎁
