I visited this office for the first time today with my high-anxiety pup, Ollie. Vet visits are a difficult experience for the both of us, so I felt the need to leave a review about our experience today. Every single staff member that we encountered was incredible; the doctor, assistants, and receptionists are so kind and understanding. We were here for a routine check-up, blood work, and vaccinations. The staff initially tried to remove Ollie from the room in hope that he would be in a less protective state away from me. I could hear the staff outside the door reassuring Ollie that he was okay even though he immediately began to panic upon losing sight of me. They brought him back in the room and continued with bloodwork/vaccinations while I held him in my arms, and this truly aided in the process. I was nearing tears over how stressful this situation was and how uncooperative he was. They continually reassured me that I am not the only person with an anxious animal and that he was doing his best in a high-stress situation. I cannot thank this team enough for minimizing the embarrassment I felt and taking the time to make my dog and I feel welcome and comfortable. I highly recommend this clinic and their wonderful staff for any of your vet-care needs.

Was a customer many years ago. I'm now back with a new pet. Staff is still very nice and caring. Prices are a bit less than other area vets. Definitely recommend.

We love taking all our babies here! We found this place when we got our first baby pup and have been going there ever since. Everyone is always so helpful and can always answer questions when you have them. Our second pup got diagnosed with diabetes when he was 6 months hold and they have been a big help ever since. I have seen multiple vets and vet techs here and I always leave with my questions answered and happy. They even work with me on things and I always appreciate it! This place is a good place to take your fur babies to make sure they are good and healthy!!!

Our new GO To vet servicing the Canton Westland area. Friendly staff and capable Drs. So far so good, we will follow up in a few months but for now they are our new vet. Be advised they do have pandemic style waiting however so pay attention and they will get you in a set up in no time. Good place👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Cherry Hill animal clinic was awesome. Had to get my dog in for quick checkup and everyone was 3 weeks out. They called me back next day to fill cancellation. Everyone was awesome and I appreciate it.

We have been going here for many years. They are always very friendly. They were especially good when we had to put a couple of our pets down over the years.

The Dr. and support staff are wonderful. WITH THE EXCEPTION of the receptionist Anya. Anya might be the rudest person I’ve ever had to deal with in the service industry and mars an otherwise great experience.

I wasn't actually able to book an appointment. My cat was not a patient of theirs and they were completely booked up and one doctor short but they were very helpful in giving me names of other emergency hospitals I could take her to and said that if I couldn't find someone to please call them the next morning. I could tell by the concern of the employee over the phone that this would be a great place to take your beloved pets.

Started bringing my pets here 20 years ago. Dr. Parish was the only one for a few years and she was amazing! Then seen someone different every time after that and prices went way up! Now its all about money period! I'm looking elsewhere! Which sucks!

The staff is kind, the techs are great. The vet was thorough with my concerns. They are helpful in helping you find the best route for your dog and will help get you quotes so that you can choose the best care for your pet without the worry of astronomical out-of-pocket cost. My dog loves it here.

Fantastic staff, always friendly and compassionate. They never try to sell you on things you don't need and truly have your pet's well-being as their top priority.

I am very impressed with this clinic. They were knowledgeable, caring and did not try to encourage me to get things for my cat that she didn't need. Their prices are reasonable as well.

Staff was amazing and very comforting when I had to take my fur baby to cross over the rainbow bridge. They let me take my time with her and never rushed me during the process. It made a very difficult time a little bit better.

Our little guy had a rough day today. Fletcher broke a nail which curled down into his paw pad. So light sedation to have the nail removed. Thank you Dr. Schoeder and Emily for taking such great care of our baby. Our baby is getting a little TLC tonight.:)

I absolutely 💯 love this place and I tell everyone I know about it! I have to wonderful dogs who go here for all their needs and they are fly taken care of and healthy! I recommend everyone to go here and so do my Oreo and Cookie!

I recommend going to this vet clinic over any other in westland. Kind staff, caring vets. Nobody want to take their fur baby to someone who doesn't care. These workers care and it shows.

Charlie is getting 5 teeth pulled today. He is in the care of one terrific Doc !
