I have a rash or bug bite, it's a red dot that is getting bigger by the day, I went to this Urgent Care to find out what it is, the Doctor was very good at what he does, not sure what it is but the cream he gave me is working, the redness is going away and it has stopped itching.

My girlfriend and I went to this urgent care, the experience can be hit or miss since there are several doctors practicing. The first time the doctor we saw was not very receptive of the chief complaint and tried to prescribe something that would've made the condition worse. Today we went in and everyone was very kind and receptive to the complaint, the doctor we saw today even confirmed that the meds prescribed last time would have made the condition worse. This doctor also came up with a more thorough plan of care and the MA also suggested a good recommendation for a specialist. It was a very good experience and we felt cared for and heard out.

Getting better care here than I ever did at Wayne Medical Center, which no longer takes walk-ins. Been with them since 1988 but now moving my medical history to Rite Med 5 stars!

Just came from rite med Urgent care I was discussed how dirty the place was I wouldnt take my pet pig to this place!! Very unprofessional I don't think these people are even qualified or board certified don't take any family or self to that terrible mud hole.

Long story but I will say, this place was awesome. From the first person at the desk to the doctors that didn't hesitate to go the extra mile. I went in lost and scared. I left feeling better mentally and physically. Unbelievable service. I honestly thought the days of people caring was in the past. These people deserve to be recognized for what they did for me today. I have found a group of people in my city that I'm so proud of. Thank you.

My daughter plays softball and got her hand injured while playing. When we arrived we were checked in quickly and got right back. The nurse was beyond kind to my daughter since it was her first x-ray and was scared. The best part of urgent care is that it is a quick in and out. Everytime we come here that's what we get. Kindness compassion and quick to be seen but still very thorough. We always go here best urgent care around! Thank you to the entire staff!!

Tarick is amazing! I had such bad irritation in my eyes from these contacts i was using. I came in and he helped me immediately and prescribed me meds that treated my eye infection quick. I’m extremely happy with my experience with tarick

If I could give a negative start I swear I would . I was seen there today for SEVERE left eye pain and swelling . The triage nurse suggested it was a stye . “Dr tark” came in did not even get close to me , did not even check my eye , but from 2 feet away told me “you have pink eye and it’s spreading to your right eye too” said he would send eye drops to the pharmacy and walked out. I’ve had pink eye before and I knew it was not as painful as this . So I left there right away and got a second opinion …. And do NOT have pink eye , I have a cut on my actual eye ball and those drops would have infected that cut …. WOOOWW . Not to mention they prescribed and sent penicillin for me to my pharmacy AFTER I PHYSICALLY told them I was allergic to it . When I called to speak to a manager about this I was told “we don’t have one” how is that even possible ?? If you value your safety please please please DO NOT GO THERE !!

went to Ritemed urgent care they were so polite beginning to end. i signed in didn't wait long. got called back while getting my weight and vitals the lady who was doing this was amazing. held a conversation waited for the doctor he came in and he asked how I was. he listened and didn't talk over me. he actually listened! I literally love it here. so nice. bed side manner is amazing. thank you so much for all that you do.

Very clean, friendly, efficient, Dr. Tarik is the absolute best! Patient education and care, are top tier as well as accommodating and NO LONG WAITS!!!! They were so good I made them my primary!

I'm very, very, very upset my daughter went to get a checkup on something she wasn't feeling well. The front staff was very rude from the beginning. She didn't get any diagnosis and was told they'll call her if anything wrong from testing. My daughter went somewhere else and she just had an upper respiratory infection. Well Rite Med called my daughter few days later and MISSED DIAGNOSED her of two illnesses. On top of that they called in two prescriptions that was not needed at all. My daughter asked them over the phone did they have the wrong person and they were very very very rude to her. And yelled at her. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Just what if my daughter took that medication they prescribed and something happened to her . I'm so upset my child experienced that. She was very hurt and scared.

nice staff and doctors . I like the service. I go to the urgent care with my family and kids .I came last week for my asthma attack and was short of breath . I got a breathing treatment and shot . the service was great and quick . will come back definitely

be careful, they diagnose wrong and dont have time to diagnose correctly or even have the ability to diagnose correctly. I am worried the doctors are not even board certified. my sin was touching his ear, so we took him in and the "doctor" looked at it for a second and said it was ear infection and needed antibiotics. the next day we took our son to his primary doctor and he was perfectly fine and never had an ear infection . be careful coming to this place

Last time I came here for treatment the doctor didnt even come in until noon so I had to leave & come back. Very unprofessional. This time they refuse to open on time & I had to wait 20 minutes after they were suppose to be open. Always an issue.

When I called, I said that my BABY was wheezing and thought she may have RSV. The receptionist said to bring her in and they could test her. Once there, the doctor said he didn't really treat babies for this, but gave me literature on honey, and told me to go to a pediatric urgent care. They shouldn't be advising people with babies to come to this location for anything other than something honey will treat.

I have visited this location 3 times 2 I was the patient they are super polite and compassionate The staff is professional I appreciate there has never been a long wait

This is the second time I dealt with this doc .for this . the lady doctor so rude has no respect. I don't recommend this place at all
