I have been a member at Edge westland for a little over a year now and I must say…The staff is amazing, the gym is clean, and the equipment is new! Love this place and I will continue to enjoy it!

Beautiful facility, I have no complaints about that. I am not one to ever complain about an establishment publicly, however, this has gotten out of hand. You cannot cancel your membership unless you have a doctors note or have moved however many miles away from the gym. It has been a pain to pay $25/mo when I have moved just under the limit and cannot afford to drive the 25 minutes weekly anymore. They also have been contacting me religiously about payments that are past due when I have been charged every single month. If you live, close, and will live close for the entire year, I have no complaints about this place. However, if you no longer want to go to this gym and don’t have a doctors note or haven’t moved far away, you are completely stuck and no staff can help you whatsoever. I will not be returning and I will be canceling as soon as possible.

Had a pay by month membership but the company said I'm not eligible to cancel my membership because I'm under contract. I even sent the agreement and they are determined to keep charging me. Had to block this merchant from drawing from my bank account. It's absolutely ridiculous. I've had the membership for about 6 months only going a couple of times but it's too far from the house. The actual gym is fine. It'd just the part that they try to keep charging you. Even lying. Also it gets a bit crowded there.

It is obvious they try to make cancelling your membership as difficult as possible. No other gym has made me call a number at a specific time of day, make an account on a 3rd party website, and send an email. It should be as simple as walking in and saying I would not like to renew. Don’t sign up unless you want to spend hours reading the fine print to figure out how to end the contract. Poor business practice and it sticks with me to this day. Even if I move back I will never sign up again and I tell everybody I know my experience.

This gym and the people inside are great, but don’t try to cancel for any reason. I do not live near this gym anymore and needed to go to a gym near me. I went up there to cancel, they said it would be best to wait till my agreement is up( which was may 4th) and call customer service. Completely understandable. On may 5th I call to cancel my membership with customer service and they said I have to give them a 30 day notice before canceling which is they craziest thing I heard from a fitness center. I not only was I charged for this month(which is on me I get it) but I’ll probably be charged for next as well just because they do not respond until 5-7 business days per their automatic email response. Great gym, horrible canceling experience.

My wife and I signed up with all intentions of going to they gym. But some unforeseen circumstances happened and we’ve never even set foot into the gym. So we are trying to cancel our contract which they say it’s not possible except for 3 reasons which we don’t fit into. Plus we were misled by the people that signed us up saying we would be able to cancel if we didn’t use the membership. For god sakes it’s a gym membership, I’m not dissolving a Fortune 500 company. I just feel this is ridiculous and it would be easier to foreclose on a house versus gettin gout of a gym membership.

Charged me $50 after I cancelled. Shady business practices at this gym. Highly recommend you go elsewhere.

This place isn’t as great as it use to be. Gym etiquette has declined greatly. Nobody racks their weights. Nobody wipes their equipment. Half the time there is nothing to wipe equipment down with. Lockers have random pieces of worn/smelly clothing that sits for god knows how long. They keep reading an open time of “4am” but they don’t ever open until 5am. Imagine waking up to get a head start on the week only to sit in the parking lot for an hour because I’m sure someone from this place keeps changing their hours on Google back to 4am. Been coming here a long time but I don’t see any improvements aside from it being busier. Edit: if you are late on payment you’ll be charged double. Been late ONE time in 2 years and dealt with this. Just beware and read everything thoroughly.

I went in for a tour, because I was interested in switching gyms. One of the staff workers asked another staff worker, if she could give me a tour. I overheard her say to him, that she has been giving tours all day. Needless to say, that she didn’t give the tour, the other employee that asked her to, ended up doing it. I didn’t say anything, I allowed him to give the tour. However, I will remember how I was treated. Not a place that I’m looking to go workout. I’ll stay with my current gym…

I still love this gym but over the past 2 years things have gone downhill a bit... Overall, the gym is clean however, I can't tell you how frequently there are no wipes to clean off your equipment (just gross). No body puts out spray bottles/paper towel. Don't even try going between 4pm-8pm... it's packed. No benches or squat racks available. Even at 5 am you'd be surprised how busy it is there. Zero accountability for not re-racking weights. The staff are super nice and helpful. They have an inBody scanner which is nice for helping to see your overall progress. The classes and instructors have always been great! Might be time to open another Edge in the area (Canton, Plymouth, Belleville). Help spread out the people a bit!

I had signed 1 year membership with edge fitness center starting January 15, 2020. At that time we didn’t know about COVID situation. During March everything shutdown and so were gyms. Because of the COVID situation I didn’t wanted to hit gym since it was still spreading during September. I asked for a cancellation of membership but they charged me for 2 months extra. Since membership was for $9.99 I was okay with it. But for second month they charged me 50$ which is 5 times. When I called them about this they said it’s yearly enhancement or whatever fees which was never discussed. And the guy told me that it is for next year which they assumed I m gonna renew membership. Very disappointed with edge and I would rather prefer some other fitness centers. Never gonna go back.

Buyer, beware. This place is running a scam. We were interested because of the kids program set up. 1 month after signing up they discontinued how it runs. I calked to get help, they said you have to come in. So I go in. now I asked to cancel because of this. They say sorry its 1 year commitment. Everyone you talk to gives s different story . This is a low class place STAY AWAY

The music is too loud in this gym , I talked too many times with guys who work here , they careless. Maybe the owner can see my comment and fix this. We don’t wanna listen to your music , I don’t have to blow my ears to hear my own music through my headphones; Most if not all are using their own headphones so No need for loud music this is not a club.

They charge your card whenever they feel like. Total scammers.

As someone who used to work here. I can say that this facility has gone downhill. I read a lot of these reviews and a lot of them are true about the cancellation policy. It really is a run around and an inconvenient way to operate with no in-club cancellation. There is also a lot of dishonesty amongst many memberships in the club. (Some members might not know that they're in 24 month agreements instead of 12 months). If you're signing up, there is a 3-day grace period to look over your contract. I will highly advise that you ask to get it printed out as the email system for agreements can take some time. The equipment is high quality, but a lot of the gym rules have been exercised for certain members as it is like a buddy system. My advice would be to look over your options and ask yourself if it suits you. In my opinion it is not the right choice to sign up here. As there is just too much dishonesty and unloyalty within the club/ agreement.

Please do not join Edge fitness. They charge excessively and make it hard to get out of your contract. And they tell you not to be on your cell phone. And they limited time to be at the gym. Some closed early and will little notice. Please read the contract thoroughly before you join. It's more of a business agreement than you just wanting to get healthy. Not to mention the workers forget your appointment.

I love this gym really but a $30 late fee is absolutely ridiculous. That’s just as much as my membership. I got a new card and didn’t update my information so now they are charging me $70 for an accident. It actually made me think about not going here anymore because wow it was an accident and now I have to be charged double. I called to see if they could fix it the fee and they said there’s absolutely nothing they can do about it. I have been going here for years, so definitely disappointed.

Just had my complimentary personal training evaluation. It was amazing and tailored to what I told the trainer my goals were. I’ve had evaluations at a couple other gyms over the years, and this is the best one by far. One evaluation I had in the past was done by a trainer whose mood made it seem like he was questioning his life choices. Another evaluation, the trainer literally laughed at me because I was struggling with the exercises she had me doing. Neither of those evaluations was tailored to what I told the trainers my goals were. The trainer at Edge Fitness explained and fully modeled each exercise for me. She also watched me perform the exercises from all angles and corrected my form. I’m really excited that I joined Edge Fitness. I’m really going to see results here.

Nice gym. Literally went once and then COVID happened. I can’t afford the expensive membership, opted to downgrade to the cheaper one. Turns out I can’t until my one year term with the gym is over in August 2021!!! I feel like I was mislead by the person who sold me the membership. He said I could downgrade if I decided I didn’t want all of the extras, but he failed to mention the strings attached.

Called about canceling me and my 14 year old sons membership due to covid and our health conditions was told that they need a doctor's note to cancel our membership people are dying every day from this virus also they just took the the money from card without a heads up this place was a great place before the pandemic they are not understanding of the health dangers its all about the money. We won't be back my son loved this place he went every day we will find another place to work out at after this ends.

Well ive tried to cancel my membership for over the last 3 weeks if not longer .I no longer work in the area and was told we could cancel it because I live in woodhaven and now I work on the east side which is 45 min or so away from me. I've called a few times and no one has returned my phone calls.

The worst gym ever I went here a few times from when open until 6 the gym was open and no one was working there and I called the gym no one pick up haven’t even gotten my gym card or assement

In short, THE best gym in the area, period. Has the largest amount of space, some of the best equipment, and the friendliest staff around. Detailed: There are cleaners in here constantly, going around making sure that things are as tidy as possible. Things break, but are repaired in a timely enough manner and there’s usually duplicates of whatever is down so your workout will go uninterrupted. The sales team were thorough with explaining the contract I was entering and when payments would be processed (pay attention to when they are going over the contract so you aren’t complaining about it later on a google review). The gym gets busy just like any other popular franchise would, but luckily The Edge is at least spacious enough to where it doesn’t feel like you’re on top of everyone when you’re trying to workout. I could write a whole novel on how much I love the staff that works here so I’ll just leave it at that. 10/10 would gym again

This place is busy all the time but I get a good workout every time I visit, usually 5 times a week.they have awesome protein shakes (different flavors) post workout boost (different flavors)workout gear and more. Love EDGE Fitness

Great gym selection just always busy busy busy no matter when you go. They need a LOT more free weight benches and adjustable benches to use. You have to literally wait in line just to use them because they have too many machines Noone uses and too few benches people want and use all day long... are you listening management?

I’ve been a member to plenty of gyms and none of them are like the Edge. What really enhanced my experience was joining the group exercise classes. Such an empowering community to be apart of. Great instructors such a Jai Davenport-Perry & Sharon Brooks. In this 2 years of joining their classes, I’ve had a full transformation. Thank you Edge for introducing me to this wonderful instructors.

ITS A SCAM...all they will do is lie to you to get you to sign up. Getting a membership here is like doing a deal with the devil. Im disgusted at how this place operates. So many hidden fees. I hope this place shuts down definitely dont need to be in business

Really bad gym when it comes down to customer service and funds. They tell you one price but they pull more from your account. Not very easy to close out an account with them. When initial sign up I asked if I can do a free trial, the rep that I was dealing with said they don't do trials. All around experience was terrible.

This place is a whole joke. I tried calling to cancel my membership due to COVID and NEVER stepping foot into this gym, yet they are taking money from me monthly and they told me I needed a doctors note to cancel or I have to wait until March when my 1 year is up. Definitely would not recommend going to this gym at all.

People don’t join this gym it’s the worst experience I’ve ever had with any service in my life. They take extra money from your bank account and then when you try to cancel your contact at the end they give you the run around and make it impossible to do so. WOW! This gym is more than IMPRESSIVE! I walked in not wanting to entertain the "hype" but the gym speaks for itself! So different and convenient! Not only was the gym impressive but BECCA was over the top amazing!!! She was informative and just a ball to be around! So nice! Just cancelled my Lifetime and Crunch memberships because I get all the luxuries plus more here.

I like the gym and it layout. Staff seems friendly but I'd say less than half actually know true personal training information or are knowledgeable in the gym. Only 3 star because I have spoken to multiple employees including the GM about issues with my rewards and referrals still not being given to members. The times for the kids area is rough, especially if you would like to work out on the weekend. Let's see some improvements and I'll revise my review.

They do not enforce mask wearing, and refuse to let us out of a contract that was signed when there was childcare available and also, no global pandemic.

I’ve been on both sides of the desk at this gym, as an employee and as a member. My experience as a whole has been top tier! The facility is always clean, the employees are friendly, the equipment is the best there is, and there’s a whole movie theater inside with cardio equipment! What other gym can say they have that?

By far the best gym in the area! Membership prices are good, the equipment works perfectly, and it remains clean at all times. When you walk in, you’re greeted by the nicest staff. I’ve been going here since they opened and more than likely will not switch gyms.

You will fit right in and get all the assistance you need from strength training or working on certain areas...Diego is great along with the rest of the "no pressure" or judgment staff. The facility is laid out nice and is clean.

This gym is really nice; not too big, not too small. It’s very clean. They have a lot of classes and a lot of great instructors. One of the instructors is Jaulanda Davenport-Perry, and she is fantastic. She has great energy and a positive attitude. Most importantly, she loves what she does, and she wants you to love it too. Take any one of her classes, and you will have a lot of fun working out!!

I joined The Edge a little over a year ago, and it has been an amazing experience. I mainly participate in the exercise classes and grew to love the motivation from two of the most fabulous instructors, Sharon Brooks and Jai Davenport-Perry. It has really been life changing for me and I see the results everyday. It’s a great place and the community of people makes it even better.

The Edge Gym has a family feel environment! The classes are the greatest! I was never a class taking gym person but being at the Edge, I absolutely love the classes. A must try is the Spin Class with Jai! Her class will not only burn a minimum of 500 calories but also inspire and encourage you to keep going strong on your fitness journey!

Look it’s a good gym. Everything you could possibly ever dream of, nice staff, etc. I was there for 2 years and had no issue canceling my membership, smooth and easy. The reason why I cancelled it was because it’s so overcrowded at times. I’ve seen lines for a squat rack in this gym numerous times. It’s good but I would plan specifically to go super early to avoid the crowd.

Can’t go wrong with crunch. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the gym is a lot cleaner than most gyms in the area, and the equipment is well taken care of and still mostly new.

This complaint is less to do about them, and more to do about their finance company. I wish they would find a better company, I called a week before my account was to be charged for that months payment to put it on hold because I'm first trimester pregnant. they said okay, and everything was fine, but they still charged me. I called them to get It reversed, they did. But then two days later they charged me almost $60 for "missing my payment" + a late fee on top of that. I've always enjoyed my time at this gym, but it's really unfortunate that members have to struggle with this sort of finance issue.

I hate this gym. The only reason I go is because they refuse to cancel my membership. They charged my card 102.00 at 2am and when I called they couldn’t do anything about it. I can’t wait to get out of this gym. I’m going back to planet fitness immediately!! I don’t recommend it. The membership is very misleading.

Great Gym but bad hours. They have the best equipment and it's always clean and well maintained, but the hours are pretty bad. If you work weekends you won't be able to work out then.

I am a avid gym goer. This gym is well managed and maintained. Staff is friendly and the membership fee is very fair.

Everything is a hard sell and a commitment. You should not be obligated to a 12 month contract unless you love to an area where there is no edge or provide a doctor's note. That's ao excessive. Even personal training requires 30 days notice to cancel. What a scam. There is something wrong if you have to force your clientele to stay.

Do not go to the edge fitness club they took money out my account during the covid ,I haven't been in this gym since the virus. I have talked with management on refunding and putting my account on hold till I free good to come back all they give me is excuses no I can't put my account on hold but they fast at getting my money. Clearly read the contracts and take it to someone that can be frank and explain all of the clauses, the staff will not explain the details clearly. They will try to get as much money from you as possible. They will also try to force their products onto you using your card on file and no signature. Be careful

The cardio machines sometimes malfunction. Some of people at the front desk like to stand around and talk when there are people waiting for service.

Just joined last week, very impressed the store is very clean, everybody wearing masks, and complete wipe down of each machine after use. Looking forward to having the best abs for a 61 year old man!

Nice new gym, signed up months before it opened. Not a fan of the layout. If I want to grab a small BB or some DBs to do some stuff next to cardio machines/weight machines to create my own interval training the free weights are far away. There are no accessible mirrors to watch form, near the cable machines, weight machines, or turf area, only in free weight area. I like the cinema room the best, but there were only 4 ellipticals in there-at least 1 was usually broken. May be going back to CRUNCH, as Edge has NO heavy bags at all. Group class rooms require a card swipe to get in, so rooms cannot be used when there are no classes going on. Never tried the Shake bar, overpriced, very calorie heavy for something I would drink post-workout. Have not been in since pre-covid (feb).. current hours are too short on weekends especially. Invested heavily in creating a home gym.

This gym is wonderful. They have a great amount of different lifting and cardio machines along with squats racks and free weights for all levels and fitness goals. They offer different types of fitness classes and even a kids center as well as a smoothie bar and multiple drink coolers. The only downside of the gym is that it is not 24 hours. Aside from that, I definitely recommend trying it out for only $10 a month!

***UPDATED - I just met with the new general manager Daniel. After learning what transpired with prior management Daniel went out of his way to make certain that my concerns were hear, my opinions respected and the situation was resolved. I greatly appreciate him taking the time during a busy day to meet with me to resolve the only major negative I had with the Edge (music aside!) Daniel, thank you and you have my respect for your professionalism as well as being a man of your word.*** I will start with pros of The Edge first in this review. The center itself is spacious, clean and bright. Excellent variety of cardio equipment, weight machines and free weights, including and Olympic area for squats and dead lifts. The cinema is a nice touch as is the sauna. The staff is generally friendly. The music blaring all day is not what I would consider workout music (frankly it sucks!) but that is what headphones are for. Now the cons and this is where I guess the "buyer beware" warnings come into play. ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE SIGNING UP!!! I was one of the first to sign up before the center actually opened after taking the tour. They offer three contract options, sadly all for one full year with little to no way to get out of it. I can deal with that, however when I talked to the rep about the middle contract option that offered, what I was told were unlimited classes (I was not informed that some has additional fees), tanning etc. I was informed that if I did not like the option, or used it as for the classes, etc. I could downgrade to the base package. Armed with that information I did sign up for the middle package and tried it for a few months. When I noticed that most class has additional fees I inquired why and was advised it was due to it having a personal trainer leading it? Wait what? Shouldn't all classes have a trainer or someone who knows what they are doing be leading them? I WAS NEVER TOLD AT SIGN UP THERE WAS ADDITIONAL FEES FOR CLASSES!! Well I inquired on downgrading my membership since I was told I could however there were additional charges to downgrade! At no time during sign up was informed it would cost me about $50 to do so!!! This is very disappointing to me and is a major reason for the low star ranking. I will make sure to tell anyone who asks me for an honest opinion on this gym this. I won't tell anyone to stay away however I will warn them of this! Remember ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE SIGNING UP!!!

Womens area is very good

Absolutely love our new gym. Been a member since they opened and both myself, husband and kids are very happy there. The coaches at the kids club do a great job with the kiddos even when it gets crazy busy in the evenings. I love the women's section in the back and use it daily. The refillable water stations are really convient and the locker rooms are really nice. They have a cinema which is very unique to this gym and a great option. The kids love getting smoothies before we leave. Some recommendations that i would make to make this gym even better would be longer kids club hours on the weekend. They close at noon, so no afternoon workouts for us on those days. Also, a few more elliptical machines in the women's section. Other than that, we're extremely happy with our experience!

This could be my favourite gym. We visited with PAYG whilst on a visit to the local area, and loved the gym so much we returned the two following days. Great service, brilliant facilities within the gym and the other areas, including a small coffee bar and seating area. I wish it was closer to home! Functional fitness area is spot on.

I don't actually go to that gym but the dentist so maybe they should add them into this as it's the same building.

I sign up to have a good good experience but i end up having bad experience, i called to pause my membership at the time of pendamic, but didn't paused it, it keeps going and charging my account ,again i called to cancel my membership on December, and i gets charged for January .i don't recommend this gym .no one to talk to.

Edge Fitness as a whole is one of the better gyms around as far as cost/equipment/amenities go. I really enjoy the equipment as a whole, but the location is huge and is accommodating for a large amount of people. The staff here are also very nice and welcoming. I've never had any issues with billing like some of these other reviews have claimed.

Cancellation policy is ridiculous. Nobody with the business can help and customer service is non-existent. Don’t join Edge unless you want to pay monthly fees forever.

First time here new member and I love it. No luck alarms but on the flip side no over achievers and show offs. Great atmosphere and great staff no complaints on this trip.

I signed up for a membership last year, thinking this was going to be my forever gym. Over the last couple of months of reopening, this gym has gone downhill. I signed up with thinking Thursdays and Fridays were supposed to be open 24/7. I work 13-hour shifts and work a second job I only get time to myself a couple of days a week. I have been trying to contact the membership staff at the Westland location about my billing because your system was trying to charge me twice and they supposedly were trying to fix it and suppose to call me back but never received a call. I called them three times and been told I was supposed to receive a call about my membership to get it to fix. I was also promised with all the referrals on my account the I was supposed to get free months but never received anything. This company has become a joke since you guys have been back open.

I joined this gym for the sauna, it's still closed and la fitness sauna is back up....come on edge fitness what's the problem???

This is a good gym to go. We signed up for personal trainer and every trainer we had they left with not a heads up and that wasn’t cool. We ended up with 3 different trainers less than 6 months which is really disappointing because every trainer have their own workout plans. Other than that it’s good.

Great gym! Plenty of equipment and free weights so you rarely have to wait for anything and the place is always kept sparkling clean. My only complaint would be that they have a hard time keeping personal trainers on staff. During the time we were using the training sessions we had four different trainers in about 9 months.

Great place to workout. The staff is A1. I would've given them 5 stars, but the music Sucks. You can bring your own headphones, but the Country music will drown your music out. Still a great place.

This gym has it all! Staff is very professional, answers any and all questions, and just overall AWESOME! This gym is definitely unique. I mean what other gym has a Cinema, where you can combine working out while watching a movie on the big screen?

Best gym I'm been to. Love the employees and how friendly and energetic they are. Never a dull moment within the classes and they serve delicious shakes

I'd have to say so far so good. Appears very clean, staff is Normally upbeat "and in decent shape" which should be a staple to work inside of a gym, at some gyms you find it to be lacking but not at this one... the people they hire young & older, seem to look and sound the part which is very motivating. My close acquaintance has a membership, and Advised me to visit. I've been allowed to visit with them multiple times without any pressure to join. Yet to feel any high pressure which I think is super important for a gym this is the first gym I've never felt that at 👍👍. On each occasion I did not experience any members who seemed immature or childish, most people seem to have great hygiene. Grows: The music, it seems they try to play upbeat music which is great, but sometimes it's just too loud LOL. And I can take some volume... but sometimes you can't hear yourself speak to your partner. The second area is a biiiig thing for a lot of the ladies... is a hip thrust machine, with the push to develop huge glutes being at the top priority for many in the fitness industry it seems this would be a staple machine now and they would have at least two or even three 🤔🤔🤔, to my knowledge they don't have one.., this is probably a major deal-breaker for many people. I know that my acquaintance is very let down by it. Other than those two things so far I would say this is a pretty upbeat attractive-looking gym. 👍👍

Do not make an account with this gym. Very unprofessional and you CAN NOT cancel your membership. I’ve sent emails trying to resolve this but Haven’t got anything back.

An all around great gym to go to. Plenty of equipment. People are chill, Employees are helpful and knowledgeable.

It's the perfect gym! It has all the equipment you could possibly need and plenty of space for you to incorporate calisthenics into your workout.

Nice club

Plenty of parking. Was greeted by a happy employee at the front desk. We had made an appointment with a trainer, Tarif, who was ready for it. He was personable and knowledgeable. Showed us what we need to work on to start with. Also sat down with Ronnie who explained the membership and "The Challenge". He spent enough time with us to make sure we were understanding the benefits of the club. The manager made sure to come out to meet us. Extremely clean and plenty of exercise equipment in perfect condition. It was a beautiful place. Has a smoothie bar that makes yummy healthy drinks.

The whole staff is amazing! They all have great personalities and make you feel like family. The personal trainer Preston is the absolute best! He motives you to go beyond what you think you are capable of. His energy and personality is one of a kind. If you are looking for a gym this is the one.

Love, love, love The Edge!! It is always clean and the staff is top-shelf!! THE BEST GYM EVER!! The equipment is state of the art and you can go to the movies, while you workout. . . don't forget to grab a delicious shake on your way out after your workout. Yup, they have thought of everything!!

Opened a membership with them a couple days ago and on my first day I was had gotten the best customer service from Trey and the manager at the time (I think her name was Bree but I’m not sure). They were both super nice and friendly and made it very easy to open up a membership. Not only are the prices cheap, but so far all their equipment looks very clean and functional. It looks like they stay on top of their stuff. I have a 20 minute drive to get to this gym but it’s worth it compared to the gyms closer to my house.

Spin class is fun! Gym is always clean and I love the different other class options. Protein shakes are yummy

I went from Member to Instructor. The Edge Fitness is a Gym like no Other. Clean, Vibrant, something for everyone at any fitness level. This gym has definitely been a huge part of my journey in losing 155 pounds to date. Come see for yourself how awesome working out here can be.

Just started my fitness journey so naturally I was intimidated on the gym. When I entered Edge I felt like I was home. The staff is so kind. They’re a movie theater to watch movies while you work out! I love the women section (however I wish it was bigger 🤣) and I love the classes they offer. ❤️

Decent gym for a workout. There has been a few Monday mornings at 5am and we are all standing by the door but no staff to get in. They could use with walking around checking cleanliness. There was chewing gum left by a machine and sometimes you can’t find wipes to clean off after you use them.

0 Stars for Edge Fitness in Westland. I have been trying to cancel my membership that my ex-husband signed me up for a year ago because I divorced him due to domestic violence and they refuse to cancel it. I have reached out via phone call, in-person, email and social media and no one will help me. I work in fitness as a manager and have been for 8 years in boutique and this is no way to treat anyone. Especially in an industry that promotes community in a safe environment. It's so sad that they are more concerned with my $35 payment than my physical safety.

It would be awesome if you could turn down the obnoxiously loud music. Almost everyone has headphones in there, and it’s deafening to the point I can’t hear my own music through my headphones. Also , please update the “athletic shoes required at all times “ sign. It is clearly outdated since y’all don’t far care people are walking around with their gross socks all over the place . Thanks

Make sure you read the fine print on your membership. A lot of random fees! The gym is packed too barely any room to workout.
