I haven't really ever enjoyed Red Lobster, but it has been about a decade since I've been here, so I thought I would give it another shot. I first ordered a beer, which they didn't have. The wait staff was not enthusiastic, the food was mediocre at best, and the interior was very dated. The mozzarella sticks tasted like the low quality option in the frozen section of a grocery store. The mac and cheese was decent, but again felt very processed and had a pre-packaged feel. The fries and shrimp were basic, and felt very under seasoned with nothing special going on. The waitress forgot my drink order, which was just water because the beer I ordered wasn't available. This meal was a mess, and the quality did not live up to the high prices I paid. I wanted to like it, but after such a bad experience, I'll probably never return.

Great service. Good food. Very average over all.

Walking in the hostess was okay, but the server was amazing 👏 . Took my little one to make her feel special because the teens had plans. She brought energy and great food fast.

My food was A1, even with an hour to go before closing. I truly appreciate the good food and great service at the bar area in Westland. Thank you. Ps. My Sangria was amazing!

This actually was a pleasant experience. I say that because I've had bad experiences with this chain before. The service was good not excellent but good. The waitress was friendly and attentive. The only gripe was she forgot a few sides which was corrected of course. The top-shelf long Island was more tea than liquor but the margaritas did the job lol. The food was excellent with nice size portions. Overall I would revisited that location. clean facility, restrooms and all with nice staff and good food.

Entered at 8pm, had to wait 30 min for three empty tables to be cleaned in order to be seated. My girl said no onions, she got onions, she ordered all you can all you can eat shrimp, she got a shrimp platter. Some guy mopping at 9:30 slowing all waiters. Had to wait ten min as i watched Sam to go to three cash registers trying to break a hundred on wet floor. Sam disappeared and we went to the front desk asking for the change. Couple minutes he pops up hands me the change. I said loudly "count the change" Sam walks away. Of course its a twenty short and the only thing the manager steven says is your trespassing, I'm calling the police. Police show up, best happy birthday dinner ever...thanks. Wash the bile off the crab, learn to count, and train the managers to offer solutions, like old faithful.. call corporate, instead of calling the police.

It was a great night with good food and drinks. Our waitress was running her butt off to deliver good service overall she was great. The booth we sat in needs to be fixed where the torn leather is right in the middle of the seat.

We’ve been coming to this Westland location for years and have never been disappointed. The food is great and the service is attentive. We chose to visit again on our anniversary and had a wonderful meal and experience. Ask for Nina—she’ll take good care of you! The only negative I have to share is that you’ll probably have to wait because there are lots of other people who love this place, too😋

The hostess was awesome he seated us right away. And our waitress was out of this world she was totally on top of everything we didn't have to ask for anything as for our refills drinks biscuits and she made sure to fill out take out glasses before we left. She got a great tip from me.

I have been to Red Lobster SEVERAL times in my life... Several locations.. And this particular location MOST often because it's not far from me...I expect a typical Red Lobster experience, NOT in a negative way, just that it's something I've done often... Well....THIS VISIT was EVERYTHING but typical! We all know what draws us are the Cheddar Bay Biscuits😉😋😂... Which did NOT disappoint.... However, everything was Excellent on this visit! Our server was AWWWWWWWESOME (I THINK his name was Vu)... His suggestions and service was impeccable.... The food was HOT.. And EXTREMELY GOOD ... The portions were LARGE... It just WORKED on that day!! Thank you! This is definitely a reason for me to return SOONER than before!

We were very pleased with our visit! From the time we entered the door, we felt catered to. The hostess was pleasant and sat us right away. Also, she accommodated our request for a table without negative feedback. Our waiter was amazing. He was very attentive, and drink refills were brought without having to ask. Our overall experience was wonderful!

Took a friend out to dinner. Had the ultimate unlimited shrimp and it was great. My friend got the ultimate something or nother lol can't recall but she said it was great as well. We had a new server who was nice but his trainer wasn't that nice.

We waited for over 50 minutes and the people that came in after us were seated before us. They said they thought we had a party of 12 when it was only 2 of us. The manager Kim was very nice about the situation. Our waitress Katherine was amazing. She made sure we had everything and kept checking on us.

I just love the fact that we did not have to wait to be seated lol Went to another Red lobster before this one and there was a 40min wait to be seated. So I went here and we were seated immediately, and the food was pretty good my lobster was not over cooked and my steak was cooked right the first time (meaning I did not have to send it back) it's the simple things for me 👍🏾 oh and my server was the boom she even gave me a free dessert.

Pretty good food. I had the endless shrimp for 20 dollars and the stuffed mushrooms as an app but they were old. I can't really complain about portions because I had a mini buffet for the price and I left very full. Only thing I can complain about is how slow the waitress was

This location was wonderful. I have been to other locations where the food and service was not up to par at all. In fact, I had stopped going to Red lobster all together because of such terrible experiences I'd had at other locations such as the one at 12 Mile and John r, which is the closest to my house. We all have the ultimate feast and it was absolutely delicious. The seafood tasted fresh and the sides were beautiful. Highly recommend this location at least.

My food was good. I was not impressed with the unlimited shrimp offer. It was almost like the waiter did not want to ask in case one had leftovers. The machine at the table did not work well so I was not able to get the points for the order. Ordered lemon cake to take home and it was delicious. Very light great lemon flavor and a nice berry sauce.

They'll tell you it's a 25 min wait, which was actually a 50 minutes wait. The wait on the table to actually get the bread and the starters is like 15 min and to get the food another 25-35 minutes. Food was delicious, we had juice orange it was so bad we returned it and still got charged for it.

It was so good! They have better selections to choose from than ever before and it's good!

Customer service is awesome!!! I wish I remembered our waitress she was so kind and patient!! The wait was not long.

Just had a taste for some shrimp Alfredo. Stopped in and was seated right away. Very efficient wait staff and they brought my appetizer very quickly. Perfect stuffed mushrooms. Then they were quick with the main course. Everything was very tasty.

They have one of the best Sangrias I've ever tasted. The portions sometimes are small but it's not with every visit. Clean environment and friendly staff.
