Petco, Well staffed, Clean, Stocked & good variety of products. Rescued four* 3 week kittens. Found everything we needed for them. Manager was jumping around helping customers and cashier was friendly. Beautiful bird's!! I wanted them all. The animals & aquatic seems to be well cared for. Had a pleasant experience, will definitely shop here again.

Great little strip mall they have Bed Bath & Beyond Petco Sally's Beauty Supply Target Burlington Coat Factory to name a few and Target does have a Starbucks in it what's it with its own little Café so that's really nice parking lot is well taken care of no bumps to mess up your car

Love the remodel at Burlington! Still great prices and great choices throughout store! More variety of selections for family clothes, shoes and great household items for kitchen, bedroom and other living areas of home. Quick checkout with many more registers now too.

Staff are always friendly and helpful, but the grooming department staff are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful.

I really like the selection of dog treats, they have a much larger and wide variety of treats than other pet stores I've been to.

Customer service here is top notch! Took both our pups here for grooming and were astonished with their expertise and professionalism.

I have been going to the petco grooming salon for probably 627 years. Amanda is itty bitts Stylus she is wonderful I wouldn't change her for anybody keep it up

Loved getting boba and candy at Bulk foods and Smoothies🧋🍬! Petco had the toys I needed for my pets🐶🐹. Amazing staff, I wish I had gotten their names so they can get a raise 😁!!

Petco is not my favorite pet store. I only came here becuse I was in the shopping center. There are better options in the area.

I like to take Leila shopping. she likes to pick out her toys when we go into this Petco. The store is always clean and staff is super knowledgeable. I appreciate all of them just for being fabulous and approachable people. The prices in the store are reasonable although I note some differences when we visit other stores? Plenty of parking the store is easily visible and accessible.

One thing for sure there is a lot of parking spots available... Lots of good store options

Petco is great they treat your fur babies like family.

Pros: they have many of the items that I can't find at my local Target. Lots of parking. Plenty of associates. Cons: No self checkout lanes.

There are a lot of businesses still open in this large strip mall... Parking lot is not full of pot holes like across the street..

I went there to pickup a camera that I had ordered online from Target. they sent me an email saying that it was back in stock, I drove 27 miles over there to find out It wasn't there. From now on I will call before driving all the way across town for something. I was upset so at least the manager gave me a gift card for my trouble.

They do a good job. Per tech, Wooffest is fine till he hears the hair dryer. .... But, he likes going to Petco.

Super helpful staff. They were out of the dog food we use but I'll still go back. Very clean inside, also.

Excellent place to pull over when you are laughing so hard that you pee yourself while driving. Multiple options for buying towels and new pants. Also, parked next to a guy who was performing out of the back of his van. Kind of like theme music for my shame.

The Target there is kind of outdated. Long lines, few cashiers. I understand there are employee shortages, but it is like being a Meijers now.

Sanitizer and mask was placed at the front door for you to clean off your basket or put on a mask if you didn't have it the cashier's was messed up store was clean had a great visit will be back

Typically I'd give a 5, b/c I prefer to to take my business early. I was here during late afternoon this day, service was longer than anticipated, customer service was still good. I'll stick to mornings.

Didn't hate the place they just never have what I'm looking for very women friendly so out of 100% 80% of the clothes is for women.. the other 20 is for men so if you're a lady it's great for you..

A few stores in here but not a lot of selection. If these meet your needs it great but kind of run down looking.
