I love Ram’s Horn, but lately, they’ve been letting me down. My husband and I will go there once a month and get pretty much the exact same food each time. The quality lately is awful, the food tastes old and nasty. Even when we order a simple side of cheese fries, they are old fries and the box is not filled. I’ve attached pictures of the food we recently had. The chicken Caesar was terrible. The lettuce was dirty and had mold on it, the croutons were stale, I asked for extra dressing— the dressing cups were half empty (and they were the SMALL containers) The chicken tasted spoiled. 0/10 stars on that visit. The manager on the phone said she would “never charge for extra parm on a Caesar salad because that’s silly” but I asked for extra cheese and dressing… neither of which did I receive. They overcharge for subpar food.

My go to family restaurant for more than 50 years! The breakfast here are the best! Very few places can poach eggs like the Ram’s Horn! I recommend the burrito!

Enjoyed my Lunch here. Had the Burrito, Coffee, and Maddie my waitress was very attentive, and has a wonderful smile. Nice representation for Rams Horn. I would definitely return to this quiet, covid-clean restaurant. ....and, look how clean the windows are! Thanks Folks! Look at that decadent delicious dessert too!

My second review and Rams Horn Chili still ranks!! Our server Anthony was wonderful and gracious. Overall - when I’m in the area it’s one of my favorites.

Been coming here for about 3 weeks now. Same time everyday. Service was always slow but good coffee and decent food. This past week has had the slowest service ever and the place is empty. Food has no consistency and been very bland. I feel the prices have been rising on a daily while standards have declined. Almost $20 for a omelette, side of bacon and coffee? I’m moving on. Sorry RH.

We arrived just before close. We had been searching everywhere for anywhere that was open & we could sit & have a coffee to warm up a bit, as it was a bit chilly on our motorcycles. We entered with our masks on and said we only wanted coffee & wouldn't stay too long. The manger let us come in! Very nice people. The lemon merengue pie & coffee were both great!!! Thank you for letting us warm up a bit!

Ahhh, Here's a place I'm glad to see survive the great Covid storm of 2020. The food was delicious as it always has been. Our waitress was very attentive to our needs. I couldn't and wouldn't complain about the price because for one inflation is real and two they were very reasonable in price. May Ram's Horn have many more years of continued success, they are very deserving

Went and had lunch with a friend around 11:30am today. I ordered a BLT and hashbrowns. I started to feel sick a hr after eating that meal and I'm still not feeling well. Be cautious.

My to go salad.... I had ordered for pick up. Came up there with my kids picking up meals for 5 people. No dinner rolls for the 3 kids meals, no extra sauce for my burger. I wouldn't have been able to eat without due to texture.. I'm picky as are most. I called and the manager made me a new one which I had to then leave without sitting down with my kids and their grandma to eat dinner. (I must add that his hospitality was great) I get there to pick it up. He made it himself surprisingly opened it up and showed it to me and it looked delicious but I still had to again ask for extra sauce. He handled it with a great manner and I walked out a little better spirited and headed home to eat with my kids. Ate burger and got to my salad and it was just Lettuce and a single slice of tomato. I think I'm going somewhere else from now on.

Location never seems busy, which I like, but the place is clean, service was nice and food was good. Simple diner-style fare, short order breakfast, lunch and dinner. I got the All American breakfast: three eggs scrambled, hash browns, ham, and rye toast. Hash browns were crispy but not hard, so that was a plus, and they gave quite a bit. Same with the ham, so much so that I actually didn't finish. The Mrs' go-to there is always the ham sub with no mayo and Italian dressing on the side, plus fries, and she got plenty also, so overall very satisfying and we grabbed a menu on the way out for future carryout orders. $20 for both of us before the tip. We'd go again.

Waited to be seated. Young guy said one minute and proceeded to put place mats on table and completely ignored me and friend. We are both seniors and could not stand long so we left. This was uncalled for. We were completely ignored. Was he a new employee. You don't tell someone just a minute and proceed to do other tasks. Will not be returning to this location. Is it because we were Black Neither of us could stand long.

6 star for the staff. The waitress was great, the gentleman that seated us, and the blonde lady, I'm assuming the manager, all very nice and very professional. We stopped eating here during covid and gave it another chance today, glad we did, very clean, very nice, and will definitely be back. I hope the owners know what good staff they have

Food is always made good never burned or under cooked. They have a great Philly. Our waitress was friendly and always made sure our drinks were filled. Clean store friendly service

The food was bland and warm not hot. Service could have been better if there were more than one server. It took longer than expected to get my food order.

We live nearby so we were coming here a lot and ordering take out a lot. Everything was good until one day… it was May 13 in the morning, my husband ordered a takeout as usual and we found a very long black hair in our food. Needless to say we won’t be going back to this location. I would actually reconsider if it wasn’t for the managers attitude when we came back. Yes, they refunded us, but the manager seemed like she couldn’t care less. Also it seems like the staff is NOT waiting hair nets, in the kitchen. Well, okay, I don’t know about the cooks, but she came in and out to the kitchen with nothing on her head. I’ve worked in a restaurants both as a server and in the kitchen and I take these things super serious. They way she reacted, was sad, she was fake sorry and didn’t seem to want to do anything about it. And that tells ya it’s a matter of time it’s gonna happen again.

Seating is pretty tight. The food was amazing. I always recommend the BBQ chicken wrap!!! We got everything we ordered without any issues. Great spot to stop for a bite

Went there with a large party after a funeral... the food and service was great. They did an amazing job tending to us with the unexpected amount of people. Thank you for making our experience great 😊

A staple in the community for many years for home cooked style dishes. I don't know when they opened but I worked here nearly 20 years ago and they are still gong strong 💪 . I honestly don't ever remember them not being there. Great chicken noodles and cabbage soup. I really love their cob salad (lettuce, bacon, cheese, chicken, black olives, onion, tomatoes and green peppers) . The current staff is kind and I was surprised that the managers are still some of the same people I worked with almost twenty years ago. If you like rice pudding they offer it here and it is delicious. I prefer my rice pudding warmed with whipped cream and cinnamon.

11/23/23 Happy Thanksgiving 🦃 I called here two days ago to see if they would have Thanksgiving hours and they did. It was a GREAT choice as my Turkey, Dressing, Mashed potatoes and gravy, Soup 🍲, Salad, and my Dessert were all Delicious. I had nice, THICK slices of Turkey just like you would get at home 🏠🏡. The Stuffing/Dressing was very good as was the Apple pie 🥧 I chose for dessert. My waitress was amazing and I am thankful to the Rams Horn for being open on this Holiday. Rick Zorn

My server Heather was great! Seriously. Having been in food service for YEARS, I was in awe as Heather was the Only server and had 13 tables that she was taking care of well. The restroom was disgustingly Filthy, gross,dirty. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in Years. It makes me wonder about the kitchen... The manager was not helping at all..she could have coffeed the room at Least. Her face would have cracked if she had attempted to smile. My hat's off to Heather for being so efficient and kind. She needs to go work somewhere else where she could make more money 💰. I won't be back. Too Dirty.

This Rams Horn has very friendly wait staff and my homie that busses the tables and refills coffee is really amazing he once made sure my daughter didn't forget her phone. I enjoy going there for lunch with my daughter just the two of us and also dinner with my lady and my daughter either way it's very pleasant.

Ordered a turkey club with fries for take out. Fries taste like cardboard and were so cold I could not eat them. Lettuce looked like it had been stepped on then placed on my food. Turkey was HORRIBLE. No taste, very bland. No mustard in the bag, when I asked for it at the time of the order. No salt for my fries, I guess you have to ask for salt, my bad, thought they still gave out salt. I would have thrown it outside instead of the trash, but that would be cruel to the stray cats or other creatures. This is disappointing as the Ruben I ordered as well for my daughter was EXCELLENT(according to her) Did two different people make our order?

Their computers were down so the ticket time for 3 of us was 35 minutes for breakfast. Barely any diners in the restaurant but they are very understaffed so the few folks working were trying to do all jobs.

Rams horn is one of my favorite restaurants to eat it even though it’s just a local restaurant and not a Logan’s or Lonestar or any restaurant like that their hospitality is wonderful their food is cooked wonderfully day it’s like a family when you go there I have nothing no negative things to say about them I will continue to keep coming back and I asked you to do the same it’s a local business keep us and keep us in the in the in business over here

This place has been a part of my "home away from home" (as I am no longer a Livonia resident) whenever I'm in town for a visit and, despite a restaurant shutdown in the midst of this awful pandemic, it CONTINUES to serve GREAT FOOD at a GREAT VALUE!
