    Wow..... what a great sub sandwich. I have not been to a Capt'n Nemo's in years (because I didn't know that any of them were left) but the reunion was AWESOME!! You have to go and see for yourself. They have all varieties of submarine sandwiches and I love the ones that they grill because they also slightly grill the inside of the bun so it has the soft outside and a very slight crunch on the inside when you bite into it. My personal favorites are the Pizza sub, the Grilled Ham & Cheese sub, the BLT sub and the list goes on. Prices are very reasonable in these costly times. Dine inside and enjoy their Big Screen TV or take it to go. Ample parking available and masks are optional at this time. And you can get dessert next door when you're done.     Great food as always, they're definitely understaffed still so the wait was pretty lengthy. I won't hold that to the staff that is working, so go get you some greatness!!

    I have been getting Nemos for over a decade. Belleville has always been the best one I think but that being said I have been going to the Merriman one for awhile. Not sure what happened in the past few months but their hours have drastically changed and they NEVER pick up their phone. Only thing I can guess now is that they are order in only and don’t take calls. This is my 4th time recently trying to order Nemos within the past 3 months. By 4th attempt I mean 4 different days and times with at least 3 calls attempts per try. Honestly, I am writing this review because I go very far out of my way to get Nemos and it seems that’s not an option. Place has gone downhill more than I could imagine. Best steak and cheese but not I have to find a new sub place.

    This place is a total joke. We called tonight to have a order replaced that was screwed up for the 3rd time. Ordered a traditional sub minus tomato and light onion. Went to pick it up and the guy said " I put the lettuce on the side because I was not for sure if you wanted lettuce. REALLY!!!!! The staff apparently does not pay attention. So I got home and the sub is an absolute joke. Asked for it hot, well it was not, they put the seasoning on the side in a little container I didn't ask for it with no seasoning. Tried to call back to tell the manager the issue and they will not answer the phone. I kept calling probably about 20 times and then again now the phone is off the hook because it is a busy signal. They absolutely do not know anything about customer service Needless to say they just lost a customer. We will never go back there.

    Ordered 2 18 inch subs from there, when you order online website isn't clear that when you click something you are taking it off not adding it so we basically got 2 18 inch steak subs that were nothing but bread and steak and nothing else. Called manager and she understood said it happens all the time the website isn't clear and she was going to replace them for me. I called a week later, same manager answers and she takes order says she is replacing them for me. 10 minutes later owner calls says he won't honor what his manager told me twice and that he will only give me a $5.00 off coupon. Said he didn't care what his manager said that's all he is doing. They just lost a customer for life.

    The food is always great. I've had the pizza chicken club BLT and the meatball subs. The bread really sells the sandwiches' great value for what you pay

    I ordered my sub online their website sucks. Got there the sub is incorrect there was liquid cheese all over it not what I ordered none of my toppings were on the sub they're in containers outside the sub and lastly didn't even put lettuce on the sub. Went in told him that it was wrong he says well I'm a small business owner I can't afford to buy that sub for you you're going to have to get charged twice for the sub because I can't afford it. I will never go there again I will never ever let anybody that I know go there and I will make damn sure to post this! Warning warning warning do not do not do not go to the sub shop go to the real Captain Nemo's in Romulus!!! And now that I look, they damn near didn't even give me any meat so this is $20 worth of a sub??

    Heard good things and drove 20 mins out here to try their subs. Unfortunately they shut off their grill 25 mins before they close. Worked plenty in food service, and this is a quick way to turn off new customers

    I have lived in Romulus my whole life. Romulus is the first location I went to school with his daughter. A lot have changed over the years I would just say this the sandwiches that I have received from this location... are the closest to the original recipe that you will get. I literally live a mile and a half away from the original Romulus location and I promise you the Westland location is holding true to the original recipe!!! I will order from them 100% !!!

    The Most Delicious Good Food! My go to is Roasted Chicken Sub with a side of Honey Mustard. You know this place has great food, awesome service, and they make it fresh when you order because it's always busy! I love it! Worth the wait! Which isn't too long anyway because they run a seamless system.

    This place was closed all weekend. Had a sign on the door saying they were closed for a few days. If your business is closed the public appreciate it if you update your Hours of Operation online so you don’t waste your time driving there. 6/25/2022

    I placed an order on Monday September 26th 2022 for 4 subs 3 steak and cheese (1) with extra cheese with dressing on the side (2) with peppers, and 1 chicken club with cheese. None of the 4 sandwiches had cheese let alone the extra cheese for the one steak and cheese with supposedly extra cheese. The club didn’t have any ranch on it. No peppers were on the 2 that requested them. My bill was $52 and some odd change. I called to tell someone about my order and I was told everything was prepared as ordered! I refuse to pay almost 53 dollars for what they felt I should have. I called a 2nd time to speak to speak with a manager. I was told by the same person that manager was gone for the day. I asked for the managers name so I can address the person by name she stole me just “ manager”. I was very displeased with my service all the way around. I will be calling the store tomorrow to speak with the manager.

    If I had to name one shop I miss from Texas, it's this one. I absolutely love their sub sandwiches. Glad I was able to visit and enjoy their sub sandwiches again. Always a treat for me.

    I've been craving Nemo's for a while. I was sad that the one in Wayne had closed. While out shopping I decided to go to this location. The service was great and so was the food. Surprisingly, not all remaining Nemo's make the subs the same. I am big fan on the pizza sub ever since 80s (Inkster location). I was not disappointed. Too bad I'm 20min away.

    I live right by Captain Nemo's I've always wanted to go there.. looked like a good place.. ended up going there twice in one week very good clean and professional they made the best Philly cheese steak and fried mushrooms I've ever had.. that cost about the same as everywhere else I recommend it..
